Tyga Owes Over $100,000 In Rent & Could Get Himself Arrested Over It! Find Out What Dumb Picture Was The Final Straw For His Landlord!

Good thing his girlfriend just bought a house!

Tyga is in deep trouble for not paying the rent at his Calabasas mansion, and his landlord is p*ssed!

Reportedly, the rapper owes over $ 90,000 for a house he rented back in 2010, and things are getting legal!

Previously, while at an event hocking L.A. Gear kicks, Tyga was served papers, demanding that he go to a hearing over the money that he owes. Apparently, the landlord wants to find out where the 25-year-old’s assets are so they can be seized as payment.

But, T-Raww never showed up, and the $ 1,090 check that he wrote to pay for the landlord’s lawyer (as a gesture of goodwill) BOUNCED!!!

The landlord may have taken compassion on the 40 Mill artist, if he hadn’t posted this pic to Instagram shortly after the missed hearing:

William and Kate's New Daughter -- Welcome, Whatever Your Name Is (VIDEO)

Kate Middleton bounced back hours after giving birth to a little girl who is now 4th in line to become England’s head honcho, thanks to Prince William.

The third in line to the throne briefly left the hospital Saturday where his wife, Kate Middleton, gave birth to the 8 lb. 3 oz. baby.  William returned 10 minutes later with 1-year-old George.

Daughter and mom are doing great, and William — who was present during the birth — did not look the worse for wear.

The baby — whose name has not been announced — is now 4th in line for the throne, behind Charles, William and George … and 5th if you count Tommen Baratheon.

 BTW … the Queen dressed in pink Saturday for an event.  It’s unclear if she had a blue dress just in case, or whether she was clued in ahead of time.
