Mark Salling: Rape Case Thrown Out of Court!
Earlier today, we reported that former Glee star Mark Salling was being investigated for rape.
Now, in a surprising turn of events, the Los Angeles County District Attorney has dropped the charges against Salling.
The reason for the decision has little to do with Salling’s perceived guilt or innocence, and probably won’t do much to restore the disgraced actor’s reputation.
According to TMZ, the DA decided not to pursue charges against Salling simply because too much time had elapsed since the alleged incident.
An unnamed 22-year-old woman claims that Salling forced himself upon her in 2012.
The woman says she was a virgin at the time, and Salling ignored her repeated pleas to stop.
She claims she told Salling, “I don’t know if I can do this,” but that he plied her with alcohol and eventually overpowered her.
She says she blacked out during the rape, and Salling was sleeping next to her when she awoke.
The following morning, he allegedly wanted to have sex again, and the woman says she consented.
A source close to the DA says investigators felt they would be unable to gather sufficient evidence due to the fact that more than four years have passed since the alleged incident.
The matter was further complicated by the woman’s admission that she had one consensual sexual encounter with Salling.
Insiders say law enforcement has allowed for the possibility of re-opening the case in the event that more evidence should emerge.
Of course, just because he likely won’t do any jail time in connection with this latest allegation, that doesn’t mean Salling is out of the woods legally.
Late last year, Salling was arrested on child porn charges after police claimed he had stored thousands of illicit images of children are a hard drive.
In May, Salling was indicted on two counts, each of which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years.
The 34-year-old actor is currently out on $ 20,000 bail.
Salling’s trial is due to begin next month.
Those familiar with the evidence say the prosecution is considering the case against him to be open-and-shut.

A slight damper was placed on Halloween this year for the Kardashians and Jenners.

Angelina Jolie: ALSO Being Investigated For Abuse?!
As you’ve no doubt heard by now, Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt last month.
The actress’ abrupt decision to end her marriage came after an incident aboard a private jet, during which Pitt was involved in an altercation with 15-year-old son Maddox.
It remains unclear what exactly took place aboard the aircraft, but it was bad enough that it resulted in Pitt being investigated for child abuse.
As of now, Jolie has sole physical custody of the kids, and Brad is allowed only supervised visits.
That may soon change, however, as at least one former associate of the couple’s has come forward to reveal that he never witnessed any abusive behavior on Brad’s part, but did overhear Angie issuing threats of violence.
An unnamed former bodyguard claims that he once heard Angelina threaten to “beat [Brad] to death” during a particularly heated argument.
He adds, however, that he never saw her become physically abusive, and has no reason to believe that she ever did.
It’s also important to note that the bodyguard doesn’t claim that Angelina ever made any threats to the children.
If this is the sort of character testimony that Brad is relying on for his upcoming custody battle, he may be in trouble.
Of course, several media outlets have reported in recent weeks that the Department of Child and Family Services investigation into Brad’s behavior has been expanded to include Angelina.
It’s unclear, however, if the department is investigating claims against Angelina, or attempting to determine if she was abused by Brad.
Last week, Jolie was interrogated by the FBI for several hours, but it is not believed that there is any reason for her to face criminal charges.
So basically, we don’t know much more about this case than when we first found out about it six weeks ago.
Brad’s team has successfully muddied the waters, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s blameless of that Jolie is guilty.
After all, he’s hired some of the best-known lawyers in Hollywood, and those folks pull in eight figures for a reason.

Yes, sure, you may dress like an old lady sometimes and like the insides of the human body at other times, but 10-year old Gage DeVader went out this year for the holiday as Donald Trump.
Sorry, not Donald Trump. That costume idea would not be remotely original in 2016.
He went out as Donald Trump’s HAIR.
The costume was designed by the boy’s mother, Jessica DeVader, and it has become the talk of the Internet.
DeVader, who hails from Kansas, told BuzzFeed that she glued fake grass table skirts in sections around an umbrella to achieve the perfect comb-over look.
It really is amazing.

“Every year we come up with a ridiculous idea and he just goes for it!”

Adele Opens Up About Postpartum Depression, Binge Drinking
Adele is one of those celebrities who generally keeps her personal life very private.
She’s got one of the best voices on the planet and is one of the most relatable celebrities out there.
The 28-year-old is currently touring North America as part of her world tour in support of her album, “25.”
The star opened up in the December issue of Vanity Fair about her personal life and what it’s like to live in the spotlight.
One of the things that came up was Adele chatting about her having postpartum depression.
“I had really bad postpartum depression after I had my son, and it frightened me,” she tells the magazine.
“One day I said to a friend, ‘I f**kin’ hate this,’ and she just burst into tears and said, ‘I f**kin’ hate this, too.’ And it was done. It lifted,” she explains.
“My knowledge of postpartum—or post-natal, as we call it in England—is that you don’t want to be with your child; you’re worried you might hurt your child; you’re worried you weren’t doing a good job,” Adele says.
“But I was obsessed with my child. I felt very inadequate; I felt like I’d made the worst decision of my life. It can come in many different forms. Eventually I just said, I’m going to give myself an afternoon a week, just to do whatever the f**k I want without my baby. A friend of mine said, ‘Really? Don’t you feel bad?’ I said, I do, but not as bad as I’d feel if I didn’t do it.”
Adele also chatted about what made her cut back on drinking alcohol.
“Having a hangover with a child is torture,” she says, referring to herself as once a “massive drinker.”
“Just imagine an annoying three-year-old who knows something’s wrong; it’s hell,” the global superstar adds.
“I used to love to be drunk, but as I got more famous I would wake up the next morning and think, What the f**k did I say and who the f**k did I say it to?” Adele recalls.
“I can see from an outsider’s perspective that I will never write songs as good as the ones that are on 21, but I’m not as indulgent as I was then, and I don’t have time to fall apart like I did then. I was completely off my face writing that album, and a drunk tongue is an honest one.”
“I would drink two bottles of wine, and I would chain-smoke. Then I’d write the lyrics down and the next morning think, F**k, that’s quite good. Then I’d find the melody. But since I’ve had my baby, I’m not as carefree as I used to be.”
However, with things changing over the past few years, Adele may not be rushing to expand on her family.
“I think it’s the bravest thing not to have a child; all my friends and I felt pressurized into having kids, because that’s what adults do,” she says.
“I love my son more than anything,” Adele insists,”but on a daily basis, if I have a minute or two, I wish I could do whatever the f**k I wanted, whenever I want. Every single day I feel like that.”
“I’ve always been pretty melancholy,” she explains.
“Obviously not as much in my real life as the songs are, but I have a very dark side. I’m very available to depression. I can slip in and out of it quite easily,” she shares.
“It started when my granddad died when I was about 10, and while I never had a suicidal thought, I have been in therapy, lots. But, I haven’t had that feeling since I had my son and snapped out of my postpartum depression.”
Postpartum must be a scary thing for any mother to go through.

Rob Kardashian Drops Racial & Homophobic Slurs in Shocking Texts
Last week, we learned that Rob Kardashian is being investigated for allegedly threatening a man named Pilot Jones.
The texts were sent in response to rumors that Blac Chyna cheated on Rob with Jones, and that Jones is the father of her baby, who’s due to be born in early November.
Chyna took to social media to shoot the rumors down in brutal fashion.
Many accused her of gay-bashing Jones, but it turns out that Rob had already gone much further in the language that he used to describe Blac’s alleged cheating partner.
In text messages obtained by TMZ, Rob threatens and harasses Jones, accusing the man of lying about having an affair with Blac in order to drum up publicity and help boost his music career.
While Rob probably won’t face any criminal charges, as investigators have determined that his language is too vague to constitute an actual threat of physical violence, his use of racist and homophobic slurs is sure to damage his reputation.
Below are some of the most shocking texts published today:
“And u fa—t ass bitch this is ROB and u did the most DISRESPECTFUL s**t ever by releasing pics and a story to a pregnant Woman who is 17 days from having a baby!”
“This is my Wife and you about to get your ass beat by every Mexican in LA including me.”

Jones presented the texts to the LAPD as evidence that he had been threatened by Rob.
However, investigators found that he had incited Rob in the past and may be guilty of harassment himself.
In all likelihood, neither party will face any charges, and if there’s any legal culpability at all, it will be decided in civil court.
Unfortunately, the world has now seen a very ugly side of Rob, and no judge can strike that from the record.

Nadya Suleman: I Hate Octomom! I Sold My Body!
Nadya Suleman bares all in a new interview with The Doctors.
No, not in the way that Nadya Suleman bared all in the past.
There is not a new batch of Nadya Suleman nude photos coming your way below, we promise.
But the viral sensation formerly known as “Octomom” did appear as a guest on The Doctors this week, opening up like never before about her past life.
For example: she’d really prefer if we did NOT refer to her as “Octomom.”
Not now. Not tomorrow. Not ever again.
“I never set out to become an ‘octomom,’” the 41-year old says in a clip from The Doctors that was first published by People Magazine.
“I’ve always wanted a big family – not this big!”
In 2009, of course, Suleman gave birth to octuplets via IVF after Dr. Michael Kamrava injected her with 12 embryos.
She went on to garner Internet fame because… well… because she gave birth to eight babies at once.
Many people were disgusted by this notion and then grew even more disgusted because Suleman cost them money by relying on government assistance to pay for her giant brood.
This, she says, is what caused her to eventually pose naked: Suleman needed to pay her bills.
“Rather than go get more public assistance, which I already felt ashamed of, I ended up selling myself out,” she admits in this interview.
“At the time, it was like an investment so that I could support my family. I believe the judgment I experienced was warranted because what were people supposed to believe?
“All they were being fed by the media was negativity.”
Suleman starred in porn, took part in bikini photo shoots and took her clothes off in front of the camera at various times, all so her 14 kids would not go hungry.
(Yes, 14 kids. At the time she gave birth to eight babies, she was already the single mother of six children.)
Suleman – who now goes by the first name “Natalie” – previously confessed that she embraced the “Octomom” persona because it at least put cash in her pocket.
Now, however?
“There’s nobody, possibly, who could have hated ‘Octomom’ more than I,” she says.
So why is Suleman back in the spotlight now?
When her entire point seems to be that she regrets having been so public with her name and her body back in 2010 and 2011?
“My history was haunting us,” she says. “I left ‘Octomom.’ I went back to my life as a counselor. I went back and my kids had a healthy, happy life. The problem is it’s followed us, because people never knew what I did. They never knew the true story.”
Yes, in the end, Suleman regrets a lot.
She wishes she had made some different choices back in the day.
But she can take solace in one very important fact. Which is this:
“I own and take responsibility for my poor choices, but it’s certainly doesn’t take away from how extraordinary these kids ended up turning out to be.”
Now, if only she could somehow delete the photos above from the Internet archives and our collective memory, all will be forgiven.

Kordell Stewart: The Real Housewives of Atlanta RUINED MY LIFE!
The Real Housewives of Atlanta was responsible for the demise of Kordell Stewart’s marriage, the NFL alumnus says in his new memoir.
Well, that and the minor detail that he was married to Porsha Williams.
Kordell was married to Porsha for just two years before it unraveled, as you know if you watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta online.
Why? People watching The Real Housewives of Atlanta, according to him.
It’s not that the show single-handedly wrecked something amazing, but it didn’t help, making a tough situation demonstrably terrible.
“As I unlocked the doors and allowed Bravo’s camera crews into our house and our lives,” he writes, everything began to fall apart.
“All existing problems in our marriage seemed to be brought to light.”
The 44-year-old former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback is delving into the split in the forthcoming Truth: The Kordell Stewart Story.
“Over time,” he writes, “I felt like my only choice was to file for divorce.”
A single dad to pre-teen son Syre, he also accuses the series’ “lifestyle” of having a “negative impact” on his “young, impressionable” boy.
We don’t doubt that it did for one minute, but … had he never heard of Bravo, or the Real Housewives franchise, before signing up?
According to Stewart, divorce in the spotlight can get very, very ugly.
“The show made the divorce worse, but I chose to keep my mouth shut,” he says of his breakup with the mercurial, combative Porsha.
“Whenever you see people running their mouths about things, it’s difficult, especially when those things are not true,” he says.
“But the reality is that I have a child who is more important than a foolish reality TV show and people who are trying to make themselves relevant.”
Now, without Williams, “my family is ten times better,” he adds.
“I can be around my son and have the right, positive energy.”
Of course, drama – and Kordell Stewart gay rumors – followed the Colorado Buffaloes collegiate standout long after his divorce was finalized.
Porsha Williams herself hinted at his sexual orientation being something of a gray area, claiming her ex-husband didn’t want to have sex.
And tales of a sordid hookup resurfaced with the memoir.
“A Pittsburgh cop had supposedly arrested me in Schenley Park for performing lewd acts with a transvestite,” he recalls of a 1998 scandal. “
“The rumor was so absurd it was almost funny.”
Almost. But clearly not at all for the bitter Stewart.
Kordell later made a cameo on the series as an acquaintence of Claudia Jordan, but the two never took things out of the friend zone.
Porsha … has had quite the run in recent years.
Williams beat the f–k out Kenya Moore at a reunion taping that will go down in history even by the wild reality TV standards of today.
She was the subject of a police investigation and later demoted to “friend of the housewives” status, but is back in full force nowadays.
As for Kordell … if nothing else, he always has this:

Duggar Family: Ready to Film Jinger"s Wedding?!
For obvious reasons, the Duggar family’s second TLC reality series has been surrounded by controversy.
The Duggars’ first show, 19 Kids and Counting, was canceled in response to the Josh Duggar sex scandals, and many former fans were justifiably outraged that the network was so quick to give the disgraced family a second shot.
Declining ratings and bailing advertisers have led to talk of Counting On getting canceled, but for now at least, it looks like the network that made the family famous is still all-in on the Duggars.
Insiders say the Duggars are currently filming Counting On Season 3, and as predicted, it will reportedly feature an entire episode devoted to the Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo wedding.
In fact, it will likely feature several episodes that revolve around the upcoming nuptials.
As fans of the show know, producers basically got an entire season out of Jinger and Jeremy’s courtship and engagement.
The proposal itself was teased for several weeks, and viewers got to see Jeremy pop the question only after a bizarre bait-and-switch clip show.
So you can bet the folks behind Counting On are planning to get a lot of mileage out of Jinger and Jeremy’s wedding, as well.
A leaked production schedule led to rumors that Jinger and Jeremy would get married over the weekend.
That didn’t happen, but the family was spotted filming scenes at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade.
The show generally takes place chronologically, so we suppose it’s not surprising that the Jinger and Jeremy wedding isn’t taking place right away.
It stands to reason that producers would want to film a few episodes about the build-up to the wedding, because as so many irritated fans pointed out over the course of Season 2, they really don’t have much else to go on in terms of storylines.
Sure there’s Jessa Duggars second pregnancy, but Duggar births are like Trump scandals:
It feels like there’s one every week.
The importance of Jinger’s relationship has led to some interesting accusations, as some fans believe Jinger and Jeremy are getting married for the ratings.
We doubt that’s true, but the quickness with which they’ve rushed through the courtship process does seem to indicate they had some additional incentives.
Of course, given the fact that Duggar kids are prohibited from having any sort of premarital sexual contact, they might not need any additional incentive.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna: Is It Really Over?!
Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna don’t have the world’s healthiest relationship.
That shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, as Rob wasn’t exactly in the most stable place when he and Chyna first met, and rushing right into getting engagement and a baby probably wasn’t the smartest move.
We were reminded of just how much trouble these two are in on last night’s episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
The entire family got together to celebrate the 82nd birthday of Kris Jenner’s mom, MJ.
Well, almost the entire family.
After going so far as to consult a professional stylist in order to get ready for the low-key family gathering, Rob was a no-show.
Blac earned some points with the rest of the family by showing up anyway, but his sisters remained royally pissed.
And it wasn’t just the fact that Rob skipped his grandmother’s birthday that had them outraged.
For reasons that remain unclear, Rob blocked his entire family and Blac on all of his social media accounts.
Blac also informed his sisters that she was unable to get in touch with Rob.
It’s one thing to ghost someone you’re dating, Rob and Blac are engaged, and she’s expecting his baby, so completely cutting off all contact is decidedly not cool.
The situation has gotten so bad that even Rob’s more stoic sisters (Kim and Kourtney; Khloe doesn’t tamp down her emotions) felt the need to sound off about his behavior.
“It’s crazy how he’s acting. It’s so f–ked up!” Khloe remarked while complaining to her sisters about the situation.
“Rob is going to be a dad, and he has a family to answer to,” a slightly more chill Kim commented.
“He has to deal with his problems, he just can’t run away and ignore them.”
Of course, the episode was filmed months ago, but it doesn’t look like Rob and Blac’s relationship has stabilized.
In fact, things have gotten worse in recent weeks, thanks to rumors that Blac cheated on Rob with Pilot Jones.
Clearly, Rob is still coping with some pretty serious emotional issues, and while he seems to believe marriage and fatherhood may offer answers, that’s not quite how things work in real life.
The formula goes:
Sort out your mental health issues, then take on way more responsibility.
Sadly, Rob is currently reminding us how messy things can get when you do it the other way around.
