Billy Bush: Back on Instagram!

Billy Bush is back.

On social media, that is.

We’d have to imagine it will be a very long time until we see him on television again. At least until the launch of Trump TV.

The former Today Show host was removed from that position this month after a video surfaced from 2005 that featured him and Donald Trump on board an Access Hollywood bus.

They were headed to the set of Days of Our Lives in order for Trump to film a cameo opposite Arianne Zucker and they were unaware their microphones were on.

Released by The Washington Post, the video depicts Trump bragging about how he just grabs beautiful women “by the pussy” and kisses them without permission.

As for Bush’s role?

He eggs Trump on and laughs at his dirty references on multiple occasions.

Upon seeing Zucker awaiting their arrival, he also tells Trump that “his girl is hot as sh-t” and exclaims:

“Yes! The Donald has scored again!”

NBC suspended Bush almost immediately as co-host of Today’s third hour… and then made his departure official a couple weeks later.

We’ve heard next to nothing from Bush ever since, but the ex-anchor shared his first photo and message on Instagram over the weekend since he parted ways with the network.

“Hiking with lady long legs. Nice to get out,” Bush wrote as a caption to this photo of himself and his wife, Sydney.

The two appear to be in Southern California and you can see what Bush is trying to accomplish here.

He’s snapping a simple selfie, making it clear that life is back to normal and that he and his wife are on good terms.

But was it really a smart move for Bush to references a woman’s nice “long legs” in his first Instagram post since the world overheard him talking about women like pieces of meat?

Yes, this is his wife. We know.

But we’d still have avoided any mention of a woman’s body part altogether.

Bush, who left Access Hollywood for his gig on Today earlier this year, issued an apology after the scandalous tape was leaked, saying he was “embarrassed and ashamed.”

“It’s no excuse, but this happened eleven years ago – I was younger, less mature, and acted foolishly in playing along,” he added. “I’m very sorry.”

Bush is married and has three kids.

In the wake of his departure from NBC, Bush said the following:

“I am deeply grateful for the conversations I’ve had with my daughters, and for all of the support from family, friends and colleagues. I look forward to what lies ahead.”

It’s unclear what that will be, of course.

But it will likely take television executives and viewers a long time to forget about the way Bush gleefully joked with Trump over how he likes to sexually assault women.

Since this video surfaced, 11 females have come forward and alleged that Trump assaulted or acted inappropriately toward them in some way.

The Presidential candidate has denied all charges and claimed he will sue the women after the election is over.
