J.D. Madison: Alleged Victim of Southern Charm Star is Facing Threats
In August, Southern Charm star J.D. Madison was accused of sexual assault. The details of the allegations are … heinous.
Another man was implicated, and it is that man’s actions that are bringing this case back into the spotlight.
He is now accused of having shown up at the victim’s house and threatening her.
J.D. Madison is accused of having drugged a woman and of having raped her once she lost consciousness.
According to FITSNews, another man implicated in the assault, chiropractor Jay Schwartz, showed up at the unnamed victim’s home.
“I’ve been trying to contact you,” he reported told her while standing at her doorway.
He then apparently said: “I want to talk to you about what happened that night.”
Instead of leaving when he realized that he was unwelcome, he apparently told her that he “has the messages from that night.”
To make matters worse, when the woman tried to close her door, Jay allegedly placed his hand between the door and frame, propping the door open.
It is at this point that he allegedly repeated what he had told her.
Once he had finally departed, the woman contacted police — which is absolutely the right thing to do under those circumstances.
Police then went to Schwartz’s home and asked him about the encounter.
He reportedly agreed with the woman’s “assessment of their conversation.”
Police then returned to her home where they gave her a copy of the No Trespassing order that had been issued to Schwartz.
Truth be told, an instruction to not trespass on someone’s property is a very mild response, considering the circumstances.
A man implicated in the drugging and sexual assault of a woman then showing up at that woman’s home and preventing her from closing her door?
That sounds like a terrifying ordeal.
It also sounds like a court could interpret it as witness tampering or witness intimidation.
Southern Charm fans cannot help of being reminded that J.D. Madison’s good buddy Thomas Ravenel was recently arrested.
Ravenel was arrested for assault and battery, and those who have connected the dots believe that the charges stem from the allegations by Nanny Dawn.
She is one of two women who have accused Ravenel of sexual assault.
Others have accused him of alarming behavior, saying that he seems like a perfect gentleman … right up until he becomes someone else altogether.
Thomas Ravenel will not be returning to Southern Charm for Season 6.
J.D. Madison was never a star of Southern Charm in the way that Ravenel was.
Instead, Madison had a recurring role — but that role was ongoing for the first five seasons of the series.
Some are asking if reality television in particular has a problem — if there is something about the genre that makes bad men gravitate towards it.
We understand the arguments, but we are not so sure.
Maybe, as more men are coming to realize, there are just a lot of terrible, predatory men out there. Not most men, but too many.
Perhaps some of them being reality stars is just a statistical inevitability.

Demi Lovato BFF Dani Vitale Begs Fans to Stop Sending Death Threats
In the aftermath of Demi Lovato’s overdose and hospitalization, her backup dancer and bff Dani Vitale received death threats from Demi’s own fans.
See, fans think that, because Demi was partying after celebrating Dani’s birthday, that Dani and other friends are somehow to blame for her relapse and overdose.
Dani has finally broken her silence and is imploring Demi’s fans to stop sending death threats to the ones who love Demi the most.
Demi Lovato’s guitarist thinks that Demi’s friends are to blame for her relapse and overdose. Dani Vitale says that no, they all love and care about Demi.
“I care about Demi just like all of you do,” Dani writes on Instagram.
It’s worth noting that she turned off comments on the post. We can only imagine the sort of vitriol that she might otherwise receive under her words.
“I have not said anything about this situation until now,” Dani acknowledges.
Just because you don’t write about it on social media doesn’t mean that you don’t care. Obviously.
Dani explains that her silence is “because her recovery has been of the most importance.”
“I was not with Demi when the incident happened,” Dani clarifies.
She shouldn’t have to defend herself, of course, but perhaps that explanation will put people’s minds at ease.
“I am with her now,” Dani writes. “And will continue to be because she means the world to me just as she does to all of you.”
Danie emphasizes: “There is no need for any negativity towards the ones who care about Demi at this time.”
“There is too much of it in this world as it is,” she explains. She’s right about that.
Dani’s heart goes out to Demi’s fans, many of whom are young and have never dealt with such a sudden health crisis in a pop star.
“I know you’re all feeling lost without her at this moment in time,” Dani writes.
“Remember,” Dani implores them. “That you have always been a community of Lovatics who LOVE.”
Sometimes, a lot of people forget right and wrong when they’re looking at a screen instead of a person’s face.
Writing a message on social media is not the same as screaming into a void.
Dani asks: “Please remember that when you take out your phones and start typing.”
That’s good advice for anyone, not just for Lovatics.
“Remember that we all love her more than we can ever put into words,” Dani reminds the world.
“Please,” Dani concludes. “Continue to send her love during her recovery.”
Of course.
The sad truth of the matter is that there are cases in which friends are at least partly to blame for an overdose.
Factors like peer pressure aside, if someone provides the wrong dosage or the wrong drug, or if they simply fail to check on a person, that person has not been a good friend and may even bear some responsibility for an overdose.
When people who know very few of the facts of an overdose decide that they know exactly what happened, that’s a problem.
To make matters worse, well, they really should not be sending death threats. To anyone. They should not be bombarding Demi’s loved ones with hate now or at any other time.
And, again, Dani literally wasn’t even there for the overdose.

Dani Vitale: Demi Lovato"s BFF Receives Death Threats From Angry Fans
It’s been three days since Demi Lovato suffered an overdose that nearly claimed her life.
Friends, family, and fans of the singer are still reeling from the news, and unfortunately, some have chosen to lash out in destructive ways.
Earlier this week, Lovato’s guitarist, Mike Manning, blamed her friends for the overdose and threatened to “expose them” as addicts.
To be clear, it’s understandable to feel a confusing mix of emotions at a time like this, but unless it turns out those friends held her down and stuck a needle in her arm, it is 100 percent not okay to blame or shame Demi’s fellow users.
If this situation has taught us anything, it’s that addiction doesn’t discriminate, and the addict begging for change on the street deserves to be treated with the same dignity as a multi-platinum recording artist.
Manning hasn’t launched his horrendously ill-conceived campaign yet, but the misdirected outrage from fans who are desperate for someone to blame has already begun, and predictably, it’s made an awful situation considerably worse.
In the hours before her hospitalization, Demi was spotted doing shots at an LA bar.
Sources say she and several friends were celebrating the birthday of Dani Vitale, Demi’s longtime friend and backup dancer.
Little is known about what took place in the hours after the group left the bar, but since Demi was last seen celebrating Dani’s birthday, several foolish fans have decided to exacerbate whatever guilt of grief she might already be feeling by harassing Vitale online.
Insiders claim Vitale has been receiving non-stop hate messages and death threats.
This, despite the fact that she Dani is a teetotaler who has reportedly been a much-needed source of strength for Demi in the dark days following her overdose.
“Dani spent the whole day at the hospital with her,” a source close to Vitale told Radar. “Dani and Demi have known each other for a long time, and are very close.
“She’s very upset about it,” the insider added.
“She is very straight; she doesn’t do drugs.”
Despite the fact that Dani has apparently devoted herself to ensuring that Demi receives the best care and treatment possible, hundreds of fans (many of them tagging the vigilante Manning, of course) have spent their weeks hurling non-stop vitriol at Vitale.
“Fake friend…. f-ck you bitch is toxic,” one such psycho wrote today.
“I’m about to beat this bitch up,” reads another comment on Vitale’s Instagram page.
“Ima brake ur legs if i see you,” a third Demi obsessive commented.
Guys, we don’t know Demi personally, so we hate to speak on her behalf, but we’re pretty sure she’d agree that there are better ways to spend your time and express your concerns than issuing physical threats to her best friend.
Just sayin’.

Jenelle Evans to Fans: Please Stop Sending David Eason Death Threats!
Jenelle Evans’ reputation has hit rock bottom so many times that we’re not even remotely surprised when she sinks to a new low.
The past week has seen Jenelle drawn into an ugly conflict with her castmates that began with an unprovoked remark from her unemployed husband, David Eason.
For reasons that defy explanation, Eason commented on a photo of Leah Messer’s 8 -year-old daughter, and it was every bit as creepy as it sounds.
David thought the girl was wearing too much makeup, and because it’s not at all weird AF for 30-year-old men to sit around thinking about young girls’ makeup, he decided to let the world know.
But David apparently got upset when people said mean things in response, so now he’s enlisted his wife to defend him:
“Now to me, it looked pretty heavy. To my friends, it looked heavy. So David was the only one who commented on it,” Jenelle said in a video posted to Instagram today.
“He commented on some cheerleading makeup and you guys are sending him death threats. Do you understand how wrong that is?”
Oh, the irony of a woman complaining that people are being mean to her grown-ass husband because he thought it would be smart to publicly to bully a child.
Proving once again that she hasn’t the foggiest notion of how normal people think, Jenelle went on to “defend” Eason by admitting that his main motivation for trash-talking a third grader was revenge against the girl’s mom:
“He doesn’t hate Leah, but when you go on someone’s podcast talking pure shit and when you go on Snapchat talking pure shit, people don’t forget that Leah,” she continued.
“So David decided to comment on it, he didn’t have to go onto her Instagram and comment on it, but you know what, he did and I mean whatcha gonna do about it?”
You almost have to admire the lack of self-awareness here.
Jenelle absolutely lost it when David got fired from Teen Mom 2 for spewing idiotic comments on social media, but now that he’s back at it, she’s trying to act like a nonchalant badass about the whole thing.
The question, Jenelle, is what are you gonna do about it, and this time, it’s not rhetorical.
You see, as long as you’re employed by the network and easily butthurt by fan comments, you’re far from impervious, so you might want to exercise your authority as the sole breadwinner and rein David’s ass in a little bit.
Evans concluded her video with a sarcastic apology to Leah:
“I’m so sorry if my husband got on your account and commented on your Instagram, maybe you should block him or delete him and then you won’t see his comments anymore. Problem solved.”
Does Jenelle remember that she was the one who sent cease and desist letters to her castmates because they made jokes about her on Twitter?
If not, we’ll be happy to remind her,
Watch Teen Mom 2 online to remind yourself of just what an absurd human being Jenelle is.

Kim Zolciak: I Got Death Threats Because of Nene Leakes!
There are reality star feuds and then there’s the beef between Kim Zolciak and Nene Leakes, which is more akin to a nuclear war.
You see, this isn’t just a simple case of two co-stars throwing shade at each other on social media.
No, Nene and Kim keep raising the stakes, and it seems there’s no end to this bitter battle in sight.
It all started when Kim’s daughter, Brielle Biermann, randomly claimed that Nene’s house is infested with roaches.
Nene clapped back in a big way, claiming that Brielle is a racist who learned to hate from her mother:
“Kim & her daughter whole family are racists! What her daughter did at my home… was racist, learned behavior etc,” Leakes wrote on Instagram, referring to Brielle’s roach post.
“Kim is a calculating bipolar racist with a horrible mouth, who uses black folks for her come up.”
Nene says she was led to the conclusion that Kim is a bigot by Brielle’s use of the term “roach”:
“That word ‘roach’ just ain’t the word I needed to hear her saying,” Leakes said on this week’s episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
“It sounds very racial when you are speaking to an African-American person and talk about roaches. Because people feel like you associated that with the ghetto or trash. Black people do not receive that very well.”
Leakes went on to say that she may have exaggerated “out of anger,” but maintained that she still believes Kim harbors racist tendencies.
“Do I believe Kim is a racist? Some of the things she has said would definitely make you go, ‘Hmmm,’” Nene remarked.
Zolciak was so incensed that she sued Nene for saying she’s a racist.
On last night’s episode, she revealed that the situation had deteriorated to the point that she received death threats
“We’ve had to hire security. I’ve had people come to the gate at my house,” Kim told Sheree Whitfield.
“She wants to pull the race card. That’s the devil, bitch,” she added.
“She spent so many years trying to sabotage my name and I just let it roll.
“Now you’re f–king with my kids? ‘The whole family is racist, prejudice?’ My whole family? There’s not a racist bone in my body. Not me, my husband, or my children see color. Never have.”
Kim recently confirmed that she had her lawyers send Nene a cease and desist letter.
Unfortunately, for Mrs. Zolciak-Biermann, it seems the document failed to have the desired effect:
“I burned it up with a lighter,” Leakes said when asked how she responded to the missive.
Something tells us this feud won’t be coming to an end anytime soon.
Watch Real Housewives of Atlanta online to relive all the Kim vs. Nene drama.
