Melanie Martinez, Former The Voice Contestant, Accused of Rape
Melanie Martinez is the first woman to be ensnared in the ongoing Hollywood sex scandal.
A contestant on Season 3 of The Voice, Martinez has been accused by fellow musician Timothy Heller of committing sexual assault.
In a four-part tweet on Monday evening, Heller detailed a night during which she “repeatedly said no” to Martinez’s sexual advances.
However, Heller says Martinez ignored her very clear requests.
She says Martinez proceeded to forcefully penetrate her with a sex toy, among other disturbing acts.
(Based on a deep dive into their respective social media pages, we can deduce that Martinez and Heller have been friends since 2015.)
In the first of her Tweets last night, Heller comes right out and says “my best friend raped me.”
“She took me in, which I was so grateful for. I felt like I owed her my life,” Heller writes, referring to Martinez as “perfect” and “different,” in a positive way at first.
The artist goes on to allege, however, that Martinez soon gained an unhealthy “power” and “control” over her.
For example, “I had to apologize for having an extreme panic attack… because it ruined her night.”
It was a “codependent” relationship, Heller Tweeted.
“One night during a sleepover, she became increasingly interested in my sexual preferences,” Heller says, after admitting she had a difficult time “saying no” to this person.
Heller says she had previously been assailed and found the topic awkward, but the friend persisted.
“She began asking me while in bed if I would have sex with her… I repeatedly said no.”
The next night, after smoking marijuana, Heller said she hoped she’d be able to just fall asleep. But this friend brought up the sex question again, over and over and over again, even though Heller “said every form of no I could think of.”
The friend kept asking things such as “Can I just touch your boobs,” even “begging” to do so, in Heller’s recounting.
Finally, exhausted, Heller allowed for this one act. But “this led to her touching the rest of me,” as she “used her power over me and broke down.”
Heller insists she kept saying NO.
“Just so there is no confusion,” she emphasized on Twitter. “I was molested by my best friend.”
She goes on to say she was later “penetrated by a sex toy without being asked” and that this individual performed oral sex on her.
Heller and the friend never discussed what happened after the night in question and Heller ended up in a kind of denial, her head “messed up” and confused over what transpired.
Due to “recent event,” a clear reference to many Hollywood stars being exposed these days as sexual predators, Heller hopes people will believe her story. But she’s “terrified” about the response.
But she does want everyone to know the following:
“Girls can rape girls. Best friends can rape best friends.”
Heller never names the friends in her array of Tweets, but then wrote the following after posting her troubling tale:
“When I wrote this story about my assault, I initially wasn’t going to make the abuser. But I think it’s important for you all to know this is about Melanie Martinez.”
In turn, the singer, who rose to fame on The Voice Season 3, has responded.
Seemingly admitting to a sexual interaction between the pair, Martinez Tweeted late Monday:
“I am horrified and saddened by the statements and story told by Timothy Heller.
“What she and I shared was a close friendship … We tried to help each other. We both had pain in dealing with our individual demons…
“She never said no to what we chose to do together. And although we parted ways, I am sending her love and light always.”

Lorraine Gilles: See! I Was Melanie Brown’s Consensual Lover!
Lorraine Gilles is sticking to her word after claiming that she and Melanie Brown engaged in a seven-year sexual relationship.
Her latest effort comes in the form of some pictures that apparently implicate Melanie Brown as being Lorraine’s lover.
Gilles uploaded the pictures to Pinterest, because, apparently that is the best source for information for a lawsuit.
We are not kidding; she apparently used the below pictures in the defamation suit.
The above picture looks like a friendly enough picture to friends would take together. Right? I mean, it looks like one of those pictures you would see women sharing on social media at the weekend.
Nothing from it screams that they were in a relationship, so there’s that.
The below picture does nothing to help Lorraine’s case, either.
Yet again, it’s a picture that could have been taken under the most sincere of circumstances. All of this seems like it won’t stand up in court.
I mean, there is every possibility that Lorraine has other evidence she’s keeping out of the public eye, but so far, we’re not quite buying the story.
Ever since it was announced that Mel B was divorcing from Stephen Belafonte, the couple has been embroiled in a very public feud. Mel B even speculated that her former nanny had joined forces with her Belafonte to drag her name through the mud and extort her.
In the midst of the divorce, it has been alleged that Belafonte has a sex tape of himself, Mel B and Gilles. Mel B even claimed in court that Gilles was under Belafonte’s payroll and was basically hired as a sex worker.
Gilles seemed to think she had little choice in the matter, and the suit alleges that Mel “seduced a naive and a curious 18-year-old foreign exchange student … with alcohol, fame, and casual sex.”
Gilles claims, her “sexual and employment relationship with Brown continued for approximately seven years.”
Um, okay then.
This is one feud we’re likely going to be hearing about for quite some time, but what will be the next big revelation?
We have no idea, but we’re intrigued.

Melanie Brown: Stephen Belafonte is a Dangerous Porn Producer!
Melanie Brown has filed documents in court that detail multiple reasons why her estranged husband ought NOT to be allowed near his daughter for the foreseeable future.
This action took place about one month after Brown and Stephen Belafonte ended their marriage, and three weeks after Brown made a handful of serious allegations against Belafonte.
As previously reported, Brown claimed to a judge earlier this month that Belafonte shoved her to the ground and hit her in the face on multiple occasions.
Throughout the course of their 10-year marriage, Brown also says Belafonte secretly recorded threesomes between the couple and its nanny, using this footage as blackmail in case Brown ever thought about leaving him.
Moreover, Brown told friends to keep their mouths shut about this abuse out of fear Belafonte would murder her.
It’s clearly an ugly situation all around.
And it just got even uglier.
On Monday morning, lawyers for the former Spice Girls member attempted to deny Belafonte the right to spend time with his five-year old daughter, Madison.
They argued that he’s a bad influence as a father because Belafonte is a part-time producer of pornography.
For real! According to Brown, that is.

Brown says there’s evidence on various computers owned by Belafonte that prove he has connections to the adult film industry; namely, papers that point to Belafonte renting spaces around Los Angeles to shoot NC-17 rated material.
There’s also this charge:
Attorneys for the singer claim Belafonte is friends with a rapper nicknamed True Life, who stayed with them in the family home on at least one occasion.
True Life has served time in jail for manslaughter… yet Belafonte allowed him to sleep in Madison’s bed (when she wasn’t home).
Brown believes this is just one example of Belafonte making very poor decisions when it comes to his life and his child.
In the end – despite Brown’s lawyer saying new evidence was developing about Belafonte’s use of “assets for various illegal, nefarious activitie” – a Los Angeles Superior Court decreed that Belafonte could see his five-year-old daughter.
He set visitations at twice per week and ordered that they take place under professional supervision.
Elsewhere in this sordid saga, Lorraine Gilles has filed a defamation lawsuit against Brown.
The nanny cited above claims Brown soiled her reputation in her declaration against Belafonte, in which Brown alleged Belafonte had gotten Gilles and used Brown’s money to pay for an abortion.
Via her own legal documents, Gilles says Brown painted her as “a homewrecker, prostitute, and extortionist” and, in her lawsuit, Gilles depicts a very different set-up of her life with Brown and Belafonte.
Shortly after arriving from Germany in 2009, Gilles says Brown “seduced a naive and a curious 18-year-old foreign exchange student … with alcohol, fame, and casual sex.”
She goes on to say every threesome was “consensual” and that she even developed a relationship with Brown apart from Belafonte.
Gillies believes photos such as the one below prove that she and Brown got along very, very, very well.
In her lawsuit, Gilles write that she eventually accepted Brown’s offer to work for her and Belafonte as their nanny.
She says her “sexual and employment relationship with Brown continued for approximately seven years.”
Completely contradicting Brown, Gilles says she rarely engaged in group sex with both halves of the couple – and that, when she did, it was only because Brown invited Belafonte to join in.
And then Brown herself went behind the camera and filmed the sessions.
Gilles – who admits to an abortion, but says it was not Belafonte’s baby – is suing for libel, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
She’s seeking unspecified damages.

Melanie Brown Accuses Ex-Husband of Abuse, Forced Threesomes and Sex Tape Blackmail
As previously reported, Melanie Brown has filed for divorce from Stephen Belafonte.
What prompted the singer and reality show judge to split from her husband of nearly a decade?
Some allegedly awful behavior, according to a bombshell new report…
Brown’s attorneys were granted a restraining order for their client on Monday, with TMZ having obtained the documents that explain why Mel fears for both her life and the lives of her kids.
In her declaration, Mel B tells a truly heinous story of abuse.
Among her most sordid and scary allegations against Belafonte:
He choked her in November of 2007.
It was the night of the Dancing with the Stars finale, Brown asserts, and she was getting ready at home when her then-husband placed both of his hands around her neck and slammed her down on the hardwood floors.
Any time she achieved a level of success, Brown alleges, Belafonte would “beat me down to let me know he was in charge.”
He punched her in the face in July of 2012.
In this detailed incident, Brown says she was a judge on The X Factor when she was leaving to tape a segment with Usher.
At this, Belafonte punched his wife a closed fist in the face, splitting open her lip.
When she asked how she was supposed to work with the injury, Belafonte supposedly screamed that she should have thought of that before deciding to “flirt with and f-cj Usher.”
He punched and shoved her in August of 2012.
The day after Brown performed at the closing ceremonies at the London Olympics, Belafonte reportedly punched her again with a closed fist and pushed her down on the carpet.
The artist’s face “actually scabbed over the rug burns,” Brown writes, adding that Belafonte then forced her to Tweet that she injured herself by running on 7″ Christian Louboutin heels.
He cheated on her with the nanny and got his mistress pregnant.
Brown says Stephen told her he wanted to have the baby and “all three of us live together.”
She explains that Belafonte eventually demanded the (unnamed) nanny get an abortion. She also claims Stephen paid the nanny in excess of $ 300,000 of Mel B’s money “for alleged nanny services.”
He threatened her life.
After Brown downed a bottle of Aspirin in 2014 to deal with “emotional and physical exhaustion,” she tried to call the authorities for help.
But she says Belafonte hurled her in the bedroom, locked the door and told her “to die, bitch.”
He blackmailed her with sex tapes.
Brown says Stephen is in possession sex tapes of her and often threatened to release them to ruin her career.
He made her participate in threesomes.
Brown added that her soon-to-be ex forced her to “participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women” and he would frequently secretly record the encounters.
She says when she attempted to resist these threesome, he’d threaten to release the sex tapes.
He made it impossible for her to leave him.
Brown says she tried over the years, but Stephen “threatened me with violence and threatened to destroy my life in every possible way … destroy my career and take my kids from me.”
He has a gun.
It’s either a .38 or .357 magnum and it’s against the law because Belafonte is prohibited from carrying firearms as part of a domestic violence conviction stemming from an incident with another woman years ago.
In addition to granted the restraining order in this case, the judge ordered Belafonte to leave the family residence in the Hollywood Hills.
He went to the home late Monday afternoon, TMZ reports, packed up most of his belongings, and told a photographer in the vicinity that these allegations are untrue.

Stephen Belafonte and Melanie Brown: It"s Over!
It is all over for Stephen Belafonte and Melanie Brown.
The former Spice Girls member and current America’s Got Talent judge has filed to divorce her husband of nearly 10 years.
In legal papers obtained by People Magazine, Brown lists the date of the couple’s separation as December 28 and asks a judge for joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, Madison Brown Belfonte.
She’s five years old.
According to TMZ, Brown has also moved to block any spousal support requests by Belafonte.
The singer and the director got married in 2007 after just five months of dating.
In 2014, the woman formerly best known as Scary Spice took to social media to deny chatter that her husband had physically abused her, writing to fans “for the record my hubby would never lay a hand on me.”
She added the hashtags “#lovemyfamily #lovemyfans” at the time, following viewers taking notice of bruises on Brown during the live X Factor finale that year.
Belafonte and Brown made it work for approximately a decade, despite their unique and blended family.
Along with Madison, it has included Brown’s daughters Angel Iris Murphy Brown, 9, and Phoenix Chi Gulzar, 17 (from her relationships with ex-boyfriend Eddie Murphy and ex-husband Jimmy Gulzar, respectively)… and Giselle Belafonte, 12 (from his relationship with ex-girlfriend Nicole Contreras).
It’s unclear whether one major incident led to Brown”s filing or if the romance simply fizzled out.
But all seemed calm and content just a few weeks ago when Melanie shared a photo of herself kissing Belafonte on the head with Instagram followers.
“My baby boo @stephenthinks11 we have been through everything that would normally tear couples apart and we have come out on the other side stronger,” she wrote as a caption, adding:
“You loved me before I even new how to really love myself,you are my world honey and let’s not forget you are abit of a dickhead too xxxx #tenyearsmarried #fightfortheineyoulove #theysaiditwouldntlast #bitcheswishtheyhadthis #nowtalkaboutme.”
Hmmm…. okay.
That does sound sweet, but any time you refer to your spouse as a “dickhead,” it may be a sign that not everything is going well.
News of this split comes after the British pop star revealed that her father, Martin Brown, had died on March 5 following a five-year battle with cancer.
The artist had been estranged from her family for years (due to their disapproval of her relationship with Belafonte, actually) but Brown reunited with her sister Danielle to be with their father in his final hours.
Sad stuff all around.

Mick Jagger: Expecting EIGHTH Child with Melanie Hamrick!
Mick Jagger may very well be the most prolific rocker in music history.
He just keeps going and going on stage, continuing to tour with The Rolling Stones despite his advanced age.
The Jagger’s moves in concert are nothing when compared to his moves in bed, as reports confirm he will soon be a father.
For the eighth time.
At age 72.
The legendary Rolling Stones frontman is expecting a baby with his girlfriend of two years, ballerina Melanie Hamrick, British newspaper The Sun writes.
She is 29 years old.
Not much else is known about the pregnancy at this time, but plenty is known about Jagger’s past of having unprotected intercourse.
Jagger is already father to seven children – Georgia, James, Jade, Elizabeth, Lucas, Karis and Gabriel – with his oldest being 45 and his youngest 17.
This surprising news comes not even two months after we also learned that Jagger’s Stones bandmate, Ronnie Wood, welcomed twins at age 68.
What is in the water backstage for this band every night?!?
Jagger has only been married once, to Bianca Jagger, with whom he had daughter Jade.
He has four baby mamas overall, including four kids — daughter Lizzie, son James (who starred in HBO’s Vinyl), daughter Georgia and son Gabriel — with longtime partner Jerry Hall.
Jagger is yet comment on Hamrick’s pregnancy.
The Rolling Stones, meanwhile, are set to play the inaugural Desert Trip in Indio, California for back-to-back weekends in October.
They also have one date scheduled for Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena later that month.
This classic band never slows down, just like the sperm of its members. It’s all very impressive.
