Mick Jagger Welcomes Eighth Child at Age 73
If you were lucky enough to catch the Rolling Stones during their most recent US tour, then you can attest to the fact that Mick Jagger hasn’t slowed down much with age.
And apparently, the legendary singer’s preternatural youthfulness isn’t limited to the stage.
Back in June, the world learned that Jagger is expecting his eighth child with Melanie Hamrick, his 29-year-old ballerina girlfriend.
“Mick was at the hospital for the arrival,” reads a statement from Jagger’s publicist.
“Mother and baby are doing well and we request that the media respect their privacy at this time.”
Jagger already has seven children, ranging in age from 45 to 17.
We’d make a joke about Jagger changing diapers at an age at which most seniors are preparing to have their own diapers, changed, but let’s be honest:
Mick Jagger has never done anything more than wave a sassy finger in the direction of a soiled Pamper.
Jagger has not yet publicly commented on the good news, nor have his older kids:
Georgia, James, Jade, Elizabeth, Lucas, Karis and Gabriel.
Despite his prodigious procreation, Jagger was married only once, to Bianca Jagger, mother of his daughter Jade.
Not surprisingly, the news inspired some hilarious observations on Twitter.
Some highlights:
“Fact of the day: Mick Jagger now has a child who is younger than his great-granddaughter.”
“Just when you think the world’s gone crazy you find out Mick Jagger had a baby with a 29-year-old ballerina & everything makes sense again.”
“Some people think Mick Jagger is too old to have children, while others are Mick Jagger.”
You get the point.
Obviously, it’s easy (and fun) to crack jokes about the situation, but we’d like to take a moment wish Mick, Melanie, and their new bundle of joy all the best.
However, we’d also like to make an important suggestion:
Mick, it might be time to retire “Satisfaction” from the Stones’ setlist.
You can’t sing that song without irony when you’ve had eight kids with five different women over the course of five decades.

Mick Jagger -- Sympathy for the Waiter ... Orders Big, Tips Bigger

Mick Jagger: Expecting EIGHTH Child with Melanie Hamrick!
Mick Jagger may very well be the most prolific rocker in music history.
He just keeps going and going on stage, continuing to tour with The Rolling Stones despite his advanced age.
The Jagger’s moves in concert are nothing when compared to his moves in bed, as reports confirm he will soon be a father.
For the eighth time.
At age 72.
The legendary Rolling Stones frontman is expecting a baby with his girlfriend of two years, ballerina Melanie Hamrick, British newspaper The Sun writes.
She is 29 years old.
Not much else is known about the pregnancy at this time, but plenty is known about Jagger’s past of having unprotected intercourse.
Jagger is already father to seven children – Georgia, James, Jade, Elizabeth, Lucas, Karis and Gabriel – with his oldest being 45 and his youngest 17.
This surprising news comes not even two months after we also learned that Jagger’s Stones bandmate, Ronnie Wood, welcomed twins at age 68.
What is in the water backstage for this band every night?!?
Jagger has only been married once, to Bianca Jagger, with whom he had daughter Jade.
He has four baby mamas overall, including four kids — daughter Lizzie, son James (who starred in HBO’s Vinyl), daughter Georgia and son Gabriel — with longtime partner Jerry Hall.
Jagger is yet comment on Hamrick’s pregnancy.
The Rolling Stones, meanwhile, are set to play the inaugural Desert Trip in Indio, California for back-to-back weekends in October.
They also have one date scheduled for Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena later that month.
This classic band never slows down, just like the sperm of its members. It’s all very impressive.

Grandmother FLIPS OUT Over Mick Jagger Duet
As previously depicted, Taylor Swift invited Mick Jagger to join her for a duet of "(I Can"t Get No) Satisfaction."
This unexpected duet certainly got the crowd on its feet, but let"s face it: most in attendance were in their teens. Tragically, many may not have even heard of The Rolling Stones.
But that certainly can"t be said of the 72-year old woman featured in this video.
According to the attendee"s daughter, who uploaded this footage to the Internet, the woman "had a lifelong dream of going to a Stones concert, but due to a serious health issue this past year, she missed their tour."
So you can imagine her reaction when – stunningly – Jagger actually came out on stage to sing the band"s best-known single.
Actually, you don"t need to imagine her reaction. You can see it for yourself right here!
(SPOILER ALERT: It"s awesome!)

This time around, it was a two-for-one deal — Taylor had one major super start come out for her Friday night show, and another one last night for her second performance! Not a bad situation if you bought a ticket in Nashville this weekend!!
It all started Friday night, when Mick Jagger came on stage to perform with Taylor (below):
