T.J. Miller Arrested For Drunkenly Phoning In Bomb Threat
You might know T.J. Miller from his fomer role on the beloved HBO sitcom Silicon Valley.
Or you may know his distinctive monotone as the voice of the anthropomorphic mucous in those nauseating Mucinex commercials.
If you’re living a truly cursed existence, you may even be familiar with T.J. from his work in The Emoji Movie.
But now, it seems the controversial actor was recently involved with a bomb that had nothing to do with animated talking poop.
Miller was arrested at LaGuardia Airport on Monday morning in connection with allegations that he called 911 to report a false bomb threat back on March 18
The New York Post reports that Miller released Tuesday morning after posting a $ 100,000 bond and faces a maximum of five years in jail for the charge.
According to a criminal complaint filed last month, Miller called 911 while aboard an Amtrak train traveling from Washington, DC, to Penn Station and that a female passenger “has a bomb in her bag.”
Authorities stopped the train in Connecticut, searched it, and found no evidence of an explosive device.
It was later determined that Miller had inaccurately reported the number of the train on which he was traveling.
Fortunately, there was no bomb on that train either, and investigators believe an intoxicated Miller simply hoped to settle a score with another passenger by … siccing a bomb squad on her.
When authorities finally caught up with the actor, he was allegedly slurring his words, but assured them that he had drank only one glass of red wine and was “worried for everyone on that train.”
Miller had allegedly engaged in several “hostile exchanges” with the woman we wished to report prior to making the call.
A police report states that the actor was “motivated by a grudge against the subject female, called 911 to relay false information about a suspected bomb on the train, and continued to convey false information to investigators while the public safety response was ongoing.”
This is just the latest in a long line of controversies for Miller, who left Silicon Valley following a dispute with the show’s producers last year.
In … of 2017, Miller was accused of sexual assault by a former college classmate.
He has vehemently denied the charges.
Prior to those allegations, Miller was accused of assaulting an Uber driver after the man mentioned that he was a supporter of Donald Trump.

KUWTK Preview: Khloe Drops the Baby Bomb!
Yes, folks, Khloe Kardashian is pregnant.
This isn"t exactly news to anyone that reads the Internet and/or cares about developments within the First Family of Reality Television.
But it also hasn"t been confirmed by Khloe or anyone actually in said family.
At least not yet.
In the following extended trailer for upcoming episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, however, we get a sneak peek at what we"re pretty sure is Khloe"s big reveal.
Toward the end of the trailer, various close friends and family members gather together for some kind of party at what we think is Kris Jenner"s home.
Then – suddenly! – a chorus of stunned exclamations erupts, hinting at some significant news.
“Did you not know?” Kim Kardashian asks her mom, who acts all surprised and screams "NO!"
"Oh my God!” yells a psyched Kourtney Kardashian, who has three kids of her own.
Khloe"s BFFs, Malika and Khadijah Haqq, are also present and they wrap their arms around their beloved pal after the baby bombshell explodes.
(Khloe is believed to be expecting a boy with long-time boyfriend Tristan Thompson; we hear he is due early this spring.)
Elsewhere in the trailer:
- Kylie Jenner, who is also pregnant, is mysteriously absent.
- However, Kris answers a phone call from her at one point, gets all confused and concerned, and asks if someone ought to be "arrested."

Joy-Anna Duggar Shocker: Brother-In-Law Arrested For Bomb Threat
If you follow the news of her family, then you’re probably aware by now that Joy-Anna Duggar is expecting her first child.
Joy-Anna married Austin Forsyth just three months ago, and many fans believe there’s something suspicious about the timing.
But today, the Joy-Anna and Austin shotgun wedding rumors have taken a backseat, thanks to new reports about some truly disturbing behavior from Joy-Anna’s brother-in-law.
Documents obtained by Radar Online from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Austin’s brother, Brandon Forsyth, was arrested in 2010 after phoning a bomb threat into an area hospital and attempting to purchase a stolen weapon.
“On or about May 29, 2010 in Bowie County, Texas, defendant, through the use of the telephone, made a threat to kill, injure, and to intimidate the occupants of the Health South Rehabilitation hospital by means of an explosive,” the court papers read.
Based on the court filing, it sounds as though Brandon was not actually in possession of an explosive device, but understandably, authorities treated his threat as a very serious matter, nonetheless:
“Defendant did intentionally convey false and misleading information,” reads the arrest report.
“He used the telephone to make a bomb threat to Health South Rehabilitation Hospital, under circumstances where such information may reasonably have been believed, that indicated that an activity had taken, was taking, and would take place.”
Brandon accepted a plea deal in October of 2010 and was sentenced to 20 months in prison.
Austin has never spoken publicly about the matter, and it’s unclear if the Duggars are even aware of it.
Now obviously, Austin isn’t responsible for the actions of his brother.
The arrest is merely an ugly incident in his family’s past that was likely a result of Brandon’s struggle with mental illness.
“Federal agents who are also investigating this case have reported that the defendant suffers from an obsessive compulsive disorder and bi-polar disorder,” the docs read.
“There is also concern that since his arrest on his state charged Mr. Forsyth has become increasingly mentally unstable.”
The story is interesting primarily because the Duggars typically exercise such strict control over their public image, that a past scandal like this may have been a deal-breaker if Joy-Anna’s father, Jim Bob, was aware of it.
Interestingly, the report comes on the heels of questions about Austin’s character and integrity.
Fans are bound to question whether or not Austin was upfront with Jim Bob about his brother’s past.
Whatever the case, it’s yet another incident that will raise concerns about the stability of Joy-Anna’s marriage.
