Danielle Staub Granted Restraining Order Against Husband After Weird Garage Incident
It is official, and also a tad bit frightening:
Danielle Staub and Marty Caffrey have the most dysfunctional relationship in all of Hollywood.
Sorry, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley. But it’s true.
In the latest example of their chaotic romance, Staub was granted a temporary restraining order against her husband after a serious fight in their New Jersey home ended with police intervention on Tuesday night.
Radar Online was the first to confirm these details.
According to court documents obtained by this website, Staub arrived late yesterday to see Caffrey “standing in her garage.”
That may sound fairly innocent on its own, but…
“He appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, agitated and confrontational,” reads these legal papers.
“[Plaintiff] wanted to avoid any argument with [Defendant] so she proceeded to her bedroom.”
As previously detailed in frightening fashion, Staub has a number of reasons to avoid talking to Caffrey.
He recently WENT OFF on his wife, describing her as emotionally unstable and accusing of her various forms of abuse.
Yet, for some reason, Caffrey has remained in the marraige.
Here is another excerpt from the approvedrestraining order:
After hearing a disturbing noise in another part of the residence she walked downstairs and found the [Defendant].
She then realized that several of her family portraits of her children and other sentimental framed photographs had been taken down causing her to become upset and suspected that def had removed them.
Upon speaking with the responding patrol officers, the missing portraits and photographs were later located in the [Defendant’s] vehicle parked in the garage.
So… Caffrey took down some of Staub’s family portraits and put them in his car?
That’s abnormal behavior.
Staub’s husband was ordered to not “stalk, follow or threaten to harm” Staub in the wording of the restraining order, which lists Caffrey’s “criminal offense” as “verbal abuse.”
He’s been banned for now from the home he’s been sharing with Staub and may not visit her at her place of employment, either.
Moreover, Caffrey was ordered to stop all “oral, written, personal or electronic communication,” with Staub and was prohibited from “making or causing anyone else to make harassing communications.”
The estranged couple have an August 20 court date.
Staub and Caffrey got married in May.
There were reports of a split just two months later, but neither side has taken the actual step of filing any divorce papers.
Instead, they simply bash each other in the press and seek protective orders from each other in court.
“There’s just not a better feeling in the world,” Staub told People Magazine after she exchanged vows with Caffrey, adding this past spring:
“I’m still crying over it… it was beautiful.”
Now, sadly, Staub is also crying.
Just for a very different reason.
These two really need to go their separate ways. Like, NOW.

Demi Lovato Plans to End Her Toxic Friendships in Order to Recover
On Sunday, Demi Lovato released her first statement in the aftermath of her hospitalization for a devastating overdose.
Though we know that Demi has agreed to enter rehab, she is also taking additional steps to make sure that this doesn’t happen again.
A huge part of that is severing ties with toxic people in her life — even if they’re her own blood relatives.
According to TMZ, Demi Lovato’s team is going to help her weed out negative or toxic influences in her life that made it so easy for her to relapse after six years of sobriety.
That means that, after she leaves rehab, they’re going to help her sever ties with people — including friends of hers.
Specifically, they’re looking to exclude the real party animals and those who use drugs.
They’re also seeking to cut her off from “yes friends.”
That is, friends who will just say yes to anything because it’s in their nature or because she’s Demi. Separating celebrities from enablers can be a tricky business.
The team’s broad mandate for ending some of these perilous relationships has some people in mind in particular.
They apparently intend to cut her off from one toxic friend in particular — though we can only speculate as to which friend that might be.
(Some would say that, since Demi was partying with G-Eazy following her relapse and he’s been heavily associated with drugs, that smart money is on him)
What’s more is that Demi’s team intends to sever her relationship with a distant relative.
It sounds like they mean business.
But while Demi’s team held a meeting this week to determine who should be cut off and how, ultimately, this will all be up to Demi.
All that they can do is advise.
Sources say that the team is going to suggest to Demi that she get a new phone number and only give it out to the people whom she trusts the most.
After all, it doesn’t do much good to cut people out of her life physically if they can still reach her — or she can still reach them — at any given moment.
Addiction is an illness that is always lurking and ready for just the right opportunity. Part of recovery is avoiding the most dangerous opportunities.
As we previously reported, plans are already set up for Demi to enter a live-in rehab facility when she exits the hospital.
The plan is for her to have zero down-time to recover at home before she goes to rehab — which is probably smart.
It is not yet known where her rehab facility will be (which is totally fine — that’s her business!), though it is believed that she probably won’t do rehab in L.A. as there are too many triggers for her there.
At present, we don’t even know if she’ll be recovering in California.
What we do know is that her family’s intention is for her to be able to attend a facility that can accommodate a huge star without her standing out too much. Fortunately, there are places that specialize in just that.
Demi Lovato’s guitarist blamed her friends for her overdose, castigating anyone who was with her that night.
This was followed by Demi’s friends receiving death threats — even those of them who had not been with her.
Demi Lovato’s BFF Dani Vitale had to plead for the death threats to stop. Yes, Demi had been celebrating her birthday with her hours earlier. But no, she had not been with her for the overdose.
We hope that fans will remember that they can support Demi without harassing or threatening the lives of those who love her.
Everyone just wants Demi to be okay.

Floribama Shore: Kortni Gilson Files Restraining Order Against Boyfriend Logan
If you’ve been keeping up with recent episodes of Floribama Shore, you know that Kortni Gilson seems head over heels for her boyfriend, Logan.
But reality episodes air months after being filmed.
In real life, Kortni got a restraining order against Logan for stalking and violence. And he has already been charged with violating the order.
Starcasm reports that, on April 23, Kortni Gilson filed a restraining order against Logan.
The protective order was filed for violence and for stalking.
They also report that, on May 18, Logan was charged for violating the restraining order.
He was apparently seen riding his skateboard in front of her residence. He is said to have then illegally entered a club where she was located.
Within that club, he allegedly ran up to Kortni and other victims, plural, and only left when he saw that someone was on the phone.
The specifics of the alleged violence that prompted the order are unknown, but he was cited for disorderly conduct at Diego’s Bar and Grill just before 3 PM on the same day on which the order was filed.
“Upon arrival, I observed the defendant standing in the roadway doing inappropriate hand gestures (shotting [sic] the bird) to the restaurant staff,” the responding officer’s report reads.
“The defendant proceeded to yell “f–k you” loudly towards the staff,” the officer writes.
“During this,” the report says. “The restaurant was open for business.”
This apparently happened across the street from a location where families were shopping with their children, as the officer notes.
Fans and viewers are not necessarily surprised by this grim turn of events.
Many minds immediately went to Logan’s toxic, unhealthy reactions on the show.
Remember when Kortni was hopelessly drunk? Okay, that’s too vague. Remember when she was so drunk that she had to be carried into the vehicle?
She was goofing around while Logan seemed to be looking at her and seething.
Instead of supporting her or checking on her health, he instead walked over to her and, in front of everyone and the cameras, chastised her for “embarrassing” him.
After seeing that display of fury, it is all too easy for a lot of Floribama Shore viewers to see his anger turning violent.
But it appears that Kortni was not the only person who took out a restraining order on Logan.
It was apparently Sean Hogan, a producer on the series, who called the police when Logan barged into the club.
Which is why it is now believed that perhaps the entire cast and crew of Floribama Shore is included within the protective order against Logan.
We don’t know what he did to prompt this. But we do know that this is not his first time getting in trouble with the law.
Logan has multiple mug shots for a reason.
In October of 2016, Logan was arrested for harassing communications.
In June of 2016, Logan was charged with felony first-degree theft of property.
In June of 2017, Logan was charged with disorderly conduct.
This kind of criminal history suggests that Logan is a person with behavioral problems.
We hope that the entire cast and crew of Floribama Shore remains safe.
Viewers will now have to cringe their way through the final episodes depicting Kortni’s romance with Logan.
