90 Day Fiance: Kalani Defends Sister, Father Against Viewer Backlash
Even though Larissa made Colt’s mom cry on this week’s 90 Day Fiance, she’s not the only target for the wrath of viewers.
Kalani’s sister and her father have both been the targets of intense fan criticism over how they treated Asuelu in the episode.
So Kalani took to social media to defend her family. She also took her social media private to block out the haters.
Kalani does not have time for haters who are coming after her family.
On this week’s episode, Asuelu met Kalani’s family and began his uphill battle towards being accepted.
It didn’t help that he took Kalani’s virginity and impregnated her while she was on vacation.
(That’s not a way to start things off on the right foot with someone’s deeply Mormon family, folks)
But Kalani’s sister also resented his sudden intrusion into the family — and the fact that he had cheated on Kalani.
Kalani’s dad had … other, more complicated concerns.
First, Kalani defended her sister, Kolini, after fans gave her a hard time for resenting baby Oliver’s dad.
“My sister WAS Oliver’s dad for his first five months,” Kalani writes on Instagram.
“She watched him when I had to go back to work for Asuelu’s papers,” she says.
“She bought all of the s–t I didn’t get from my baby shower,” she adds.
Kalani continues: “and let me skip rent/bills when I had to buy his plane tickets for his interviews and doctor’s appointments.”
That is one hell of a supportive sister — and a supportive aunt.
Kalani makes it clear that Asuelu deserved some of her sister’s ire.
“Asuelu wasn’t paid in coconuts, dumbasses,” Kalani says of her baby daddy’s job.
“He made $ 600 American a month,” she shares. “With no bills.”
“As a sister, if you know you’re throwing downtime and money to help your nephew,” she says.
Kalani continues: “and know that the father isn’t helping in ways that he could — YOU’D BE SALTY TOO!”
Yep.
As we mentioned, things were a little more complicated for Kalani’s father.
Her dad didn’t want her to be with a Samoan man, which sounds racist until you remember that he himself is Samoan.
“You know how I feel about you being with my kind of people,” he told her on 90 Day Fiance.
“It’s just the way I was born and raised,” he said. “It’s a fast life here and it’s a slow life there.”
That sounds like internalized racism — when people absorb prejudices about themselves — and fans were upset.
Kalani says that some of her statements about her dad wanting her to be with “white men” were taken out of context.
(We absolutely had to include this — both Asuelu and baby Oliver’s first Halloween!)
90 Day Fiance is absolutely no stranger to scenes in which things were taken out of context.
We don’t think that Kalani thinks that white men offer more stability than Samoan men.
We hope that her father doesn’t really feel that way.
It is totally understandable that Kalani opted to make her Instagram private after dealing with all of that backlash following this week’s episode.
We all might wish that her family had been a little more open to Asuelu, but that doesn’t make them monsters.

Samantha Markle Gets Denied from Kensington Palace, Leaves Mysterious Note for Sister
Samantha Markle put her money where her mouth is on Saturday morning.
Or, to be more accurate, Samantha Markle put her wheelchair where her Twitter account has been.
What we’re trying to is this:
The awful half-sister of Meghan Markle actually tried to see the Duchess of Sussex at Kensington Place over the weekend.
According to The Daily Mirror, which has even published photos of Samantha at the gates of this famous residence, Markle’s evil sibling made good on her threat to try and see the Royal Beauty early yesterday.
Samantha – who suffers from multiple sclerosis – was pushed by her partner in a wheelchair through an open gate.
British news outlets have sincereported that she got into a verbal “stand-off” with an officer guarding a security checkpoint and was turned away.
Finally convinced she would not make it through, Samantha handed a guard a white envelope and then left.
“Everybody would love to know what’s in that letter,” Samantha tweeted on Sunday.
Samantha, of course, is 17 years old than Meghan.
They share the same father, but never shared a household growing up.
They barely really know each other.
Yet this lack of a relationship hasn’t stopped Samantha from publicly disparaging and harassing Meghan, almost since the moment Meghan started dating Prince Harry.
On endless irritating, cruel and self-serving occasions, Samantha has fired off Tweets or given interviews in which she accused Meghan of being a phony… a hypocrite… a spoiled brat… and even a dog killer.
But whatever.
Meghan has almost entirely maintained the high ground and never responded to her half-sister ridiculous rants.
One must wonder whether this will change now that Samantha dared to actually get into the Palace. That’s scared territory.
“This was a huge move on the part of Meghan’s sister to try to see her face to face and the fact she was turned away speaks volumes,” a source told The Mirror, adding:
“This is the closest Meghan has come physically to that side of her family since she married into the royal family but palace staff had clearly been instructed not to allow her access.”
Can you blame her?!?
Just about a week ago, Samantha actually issued Meghan an apology, saying on air:
“There is so much water under the bridge and so much has spun out of control that was never intended to.
“I think everybody [in our family] was hurt at not being included or invited to the wedding, but I felt as though it could have all been nipped in the bud had everyone been included.
“We all just agreed to move forward with positive resolve and the hurt feelings wouldn’t have snowballed.”
In this same sit-down with Great Britain’s Channel 5, Samantha said of her visit overseas:
“I’ve always wanted to see London, but really I wanted to make the trip and sort of speak the wishes and thoughts and sentiments of my father, and hopefully get a message to my sister.”
It appears as if she has now at least done that.
But who the heck knows whether Meghan will bother to read it.
She has far better things to do these days than entertain any thoughts at all about someone such as Samantha Markle.
Such as what, you may be wondering?
Such as GETTING PREGNANT, of course!

Meghan Markle"s Sister is Now Trashing Meghan Markle"s Mother
Gosh darn it, Samantha Markle!
Just when we were starting to like you.
Okay, fine, we weren’t starting to like you.
But we were starting to think we were maybe done with your senseless, misguided, cruel and self-serving bashing of Meghan Markle and we’d therefore never need to write about you ever again.
This was our hope after you actually apologized last week to half-sister Meghan Markle.
Alas, our excitement over being done with you forever was apparently short-lived.
Because now you’ve simply gone ahead and switched the target of your wrath from Meghan to her mother, Doria Ragland.
Responding to praise for Ragland and Thomas Markle (Meghan and Samantha’s biological father) from some random Twitter user, Samantha went off on the woman her dad once married.
“The world does not know that our dad raised her most of the time without the input of her mother especially from age 12 through high school and he gave her everything she had and is,” wrote this evil member of the Markle family.
She added of Meghan:
“She was never raised as an only child. Truth kids! He is amazing and successful and mags lie.”
Meghan and her dad, of course, have been engaged in their own feud ever since the latter did not attend his daughter’s wedding.
The Duchess has said very little on this topic, but Thomas has given many interviews in which he’s bashed his famous child as being ungrateful and selfish.
Samantha has taken many opportunities to defend him.
But she’s typically left Ragland out of her ridiculous rants.
Yes, she wrote something back in May about Ragland talking to Oprah at the Royal Wedding, impyling that she was merely using Meghan for her major connections.
However, this Twitter barrage was her most pointed attack against Doria by far.
“Everything that you think you know from tabloids is a lie. Dad pretty much raised her most of her life on his own and Doria was not around very much,” added Samantha, alleging that Doria “ghosted” Markle for “30 years.”
From there, however, Samantha made it clear that she still very much hates Meghan.
Referring to the health ailment that befell Thomas literal days before The Royal Wedding, Samantha Tweeted to a fellow Internet user:
“You have no idea what is going on behind the scenes. She ignored my father through a heart attack. There is no excuse for it.
“You would be mentally ill to think that is OK. Maybe you were the one who needs the counseling.”
While this ugly family rivalry that continues to play out in public, Samantha isn’t shy about sharing her theories into why things are estranged.
For the record, she claims, Meghan isn’t ignoring her because she has said all this horrible stuff.
Instead…
“She did not ignore everyone because they spoke out. Everyone spoke out because she started ignoring them. I apologized for my wisecracks. But not for pointing out that she is in the wrong.”
Also:
“[Meghan] has ghosted both sides of the family. She needs to earn our trust. It is the other way around. You don’t crap on an entire family and then run around crying that you cannot trust everyone.”
That’s one way of looking at it, sure.
Another way of looking at it is that Meghan hasn’t been going around crying at all.
She’s been going around riding Prince Harry in an attempt to have a baby and living her absolute best life.

Demi Lovato: What Does Her Sister Have to Say?
We have a new update on Demi Lovato.
While promoting her new movie Subject 16 on Sunday, Lovato’s sister, Madison De La Garza, spoke to Millennial Hollywood host Dakota T. Jones about the state of her famous sibling, who has been in a rehab facility since late July.
Right before entry, of course, Lovato nearly died from a drug overdose.
“She’s working really hard on her sobriety and we’re all so incredibly proud of her,” De La Garza said of Demi, adding:
“It’s been crazy for our family. It’s been a lot.”
We really can’t begin to imagine.
Just a couple weeks ago, however, Lovato’s mother tried to help us understand what this has all been like, opening up herself for the first time since she nearly lost her daughter.
“I literally start to shake a little bit when I start to remember what happened that day,” admitted Dianna De La Garza.
She added in this interview that Demi was in “bad shape” when she first saw the artist in the hospital and “we just didn’t know for two days if she was going to make it or not.”
Lovato, as fans likely know, was sober for six years.
She confessed in a song this past spring that she recently fell off the wagon and begged for followers to forgive her for this mistake.
Naturally, supporters then came out in loud troves and relayed their love for Lovato over all forms of social media.
On the morning of July 24, however, Lovato came home after a night partying with friends and sent a text message to her drug dealer.
He’s even talked openly about this exchange and arrangement.
We still don’t know what substance(s) Lovato took that morning, but it’s been confirmed at this point that she was discovered unconscious in her bed several hours later by an assistant.
The assistant proceeded to call 911.
Demi was revived by paramedics… rushed to the hospital… and eventually moved to a treatment center.
We’ve heard that this center is located in Utah, but we cannot say that for certain.
Throughout this entire ordeal, we’ve been keeping Lovato in our thoughts and prayers.
“We’ve been through a lot together, and every single time- I mean if you read my mom’s book, you would know – every time we go through something, we always come out on the other side a hundred times stronger than before,” Demi’s 16-year-old sister added.
“So, we’ve just been so thankful for everything – for the little things.”
Well said, Madison.
About two weeks after her overdose, this is what Lovato wrote on Instagram:
I have always been transparent about my journey with addiction.
What I’ve learned is that this illness is not something that disappears or fades with time. It is something I must continue to overcome and have not done yet.
I now need time to heal and focus on my sobriety and road to recovery.
The love you have all shown me will never be forgotten and I look forward to the day where I can say I came out on the other side.

Kourtney Kardashian Pulls Dumbest Prank Ever on Confused Sister
They say that revenge is a dish best served cold.
For Kourtney Kardashian, however, it"s apparently a dish best served… in a very confusing and harmless manner.
Allow us to explain:
As previously depicted in THIS CLIP from Sunday"s new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim will attend one of her sister"s workout dance classes…
… only to sort of ruin the entire thing by not actually participating.
"I"m like a notorious non-dancer," Kim says in the sneak peek linked to above. "Like, it"s a thing."
Okay, fine. Cool. Fair enough.
But this attitude and this non-action upset Kourtney to the point where she subsequently sets up a prank to get back at her annoying sibling.
Except we"re not sure how the event featured in this video really serves as a prank.
This latest sneak peek gives us a look at Kim taking a stroll with Khloe.
But she"s then taken aback when a group of people start dancing in The Grove to "Buttons" by the Pussycat Dolls. Oh, yes, it was a flash mob!
"What the f-ck is going on?" Kim asks, as the camera pans to Kourtney and Malika Haqq being a part of the dancing mob.
(NOTE: The best part of this clip, by far, is Kim holding an ice cone as a prop throughout. She never takes a bite. Because there"s no way Kim Kardashian eats ice cream.)
From there, the music ends and the flash mob goes away and Kim enters a store to laugh and embrace Haqq.
And that"s it.
Kourtney laughs at her sister in a confessional, acting as if she really got her good with this prank.
But we"re simply left to ask and wonder: How the heck was this any sort of vengement prank?!?
Kim just stood around and watched a bunch of people dance.

Kody Brown and the Sister Wives Have Moved to Arizona!
While Sister Wives daughter Mariah Brown gushes about her move to Chicago, Kody Brown and the sister wives themselves have uprooted their family for a move of their own.
Kody and the sister wives left Vegas to move to Flagstaff, Arizona. They announced the move months ago, but have made some progress since then.
Here is what we know about their big move:
In July, the Browns put out a statement explaining why they were making this drastic change.
“As much as we’ve loved making our home and memories here in Las Vegas,” the statement began.
The statement continued: “we are excited to embark on a new adventure in Flagstaff, Arizona.”
“We are looking forward to cooler temperatures, the mountain air, scenic views,” the statement read.
The statement concluded, adding: “and the slower lifestyle of Flagstaff.”
At present, Kody and his wives and their young children have yet to actually move into new, permanent residences.
Don’t get us wrong — they’re lviing in Flagstaff. They made the move.
But apparently they’re currently living in four rentals, which are scattered throughout Flagstaff, and have also rented a commercial building.
In a recent interview with The Associated Press, Kody joked about the tangled logistical ngihtmare of moving so many people before their new homes are actually built.
“We moved to heaven,” he joked. “But we’re living in hell right now.”
Once their new residences are ready, however, it looks like they’ll be living in paradise.
Kody and the sister wives have spent $ 820,000 on purchasing their new properties, which will allow them to live in close proximity to each other.
The purchase of the four lots makes for a combined 15 acres of land.
It is also close to downtown Flagstaff.
But they’ll have to wait for their new homes to be built. In the mean times, they deal with inconvenience and a little chaos while their lives hang in limbo.
Even before they made their move to Flagstaff, Meri Brown spoke of her excitement alongside a photo of the open sky.
“Anyone who knows me well knows how much I love the mountains, the peace, calm, & serenity that can be found there,” Meri began.
Her post continued: “Since moving away from Utah I’ve missed being able to head up to my favorite mountain anytime I want.”
“But I’m looking forward to our move to the mountains of Arizona,” Meri expressed hopefully.
Meri concluded that she is excited about “the road that’s stretched out ahead of me and the promise it holds.”
Robyn Brown snapped a photo of a deer, writing: “I came upon this lovely creature in my backyard. It was an accident that I got so close. I had to snap a picture.”
“She just stopped and stared at me for the longest time,” Robyn shared. “I think she saw into my soul.”
“Ari has been scared of the deer we have been seeing,” Robyn continued. “But I explained they were nice and safe.”
“Now,” Robyn shared. “She loves watching them through the window. ‘They are nice happy deer!’ she says.”
Hopefully we’ll get to see a lot of their new experiences when Sister Wives returns on January 4!

Meghan Markle Treated Her First Husband Like Crap! (Psycho Sister Claims)
Before Meghan Markle married Prince Harry and became the Duchess of Sussex, she was just another MAW (model/actress/whatever) trying to make it in Hollywood.
And for much of that time, she was romantically involved with a film director and producer named Trevor Engelson.
Meghan and Trevor were married for two years, and by all accounts, the relationship did not end well.
No one is sure of exactly what drove these two apart, but we know that Meg sent Trevor her wedding and engagement rings back via registered mail, which actually tells us quite a bit.
The breakup was so ugly that she wanted to purge her life of all reminders, and she was willing to pay money to avoid any risk of coming face-to-face with Engelson again.
Engelson shopped a TV series loosely based on his relationship with Meghan, but thus far, he’s declined all offers to speak with the press about their
Unfortunately, Meg’s psychotic family is more than happy to speak to the media on Trevor’s behalf.
In case you’re somehow still blissfully unaware of their presence, Meghan’s siblings are the absolute worst.
Her sister, Samantha Markle, is the worst of the bunch.
In fact, Sam has taken such pleasure in raining on Meg’s parade that she dropped her married name, Grant, and picked up Markle so that no one would doubt her connection to the Duchess.
Ya know, even though they haven’t talked in over a decade and Samantha wasn’t invited to the wedding.
Basically, every time Samantha Markle talks to the press, you know you’re in for a load of hot garbage, and her latest interview with UK trash-rag The Sun is no exception.
“He said he was devastated, that he felt like a piece of gum at the bottom of his shoe,” Samantha said when asked about Meghan and Trevor’s divorce.
“He slammed Meg,” she added.
We guess Sam would know, as she’s literally trying to make a career out of slamming Meg.
As for Engelson’s TV show, Samantha says it may never see the light of day, but that’s not a result of Meg’s clout.
“I don’t think Trevor would back down on that or think it’s offensive to Meg,” Sam says.
“I think because Meg and Harry were inviting half of Hollywood to their wedding, he didn’t want to stigmatize himself or his project knowing the political pull that it would have in the industry.
“So I think at one point he thought, ‘Maybe I just better lay low,"” she added.
Yes, we’re sure no one would jump to any conclusions if Meghan Markle’s ex-husband produced a TV series in which the main character’s ex marries royalty.
As for that laying low thing — sounds like an excellent strategy.
We strongly encourage Samantha to give it a try.

Kody Brown and the Sister Wives Are Leaving Las Vegas, Moving to ...
While fans and viewers wait for Sister Wives to return to TLC early next year, they can still keep up to date with the Brown family.
And that family is going through some big changes.
Less than a decade after fleeing from Utah, they are moving again — and leaving Las Vegas for …
In a statement released by TLC, the Browns announce that they are leaving Vegas for (relatively) cooler pastures.
“As much as we’ve loved making our home and memories here in Las Vegas,” the statement begins. “We are excited to embark on a new adventure in Flagstaff, AZ!”
We’re sure that Flagstaff appreciates their enthusiasm.
“We are looking forward to cooler temperatures, the mountain air, scenic views, and the slower lifestyle of Flagstaff.”
A lot of that sounds so great. And, after Vegas, just about any lifestyle sounds slower — even if you’re still a reality star.
Also, you know that the climate is unbearable in Vegas when people are looking forward to the cooler temperatures in Arizona.
As you may recall, the Browns moved to Las Vegas in 2011.
Polygamy is illegal in Utah.
While those laws may have been a well-intentioned effort to prevent abuses that sometimes go along with polygamist Mormon offshoots (such as child marriage), it can make life difficult for consenting adults.
So Kody and his wives essentially fled the state. They’ve sacrificed a lot in order to raise awareness and campaign for the legalization of polygamy.
Now, they’re moving again — into a Flagstaff cul-de-sac with enough space to accommodate Kody, his wives, and their children.
(Well, the 10 children who are still living at home)
As the good folks over at The Ashley noted, Janelle Brown celebrated the Fourth of July in Flagstaff, and spoke about it on Instagram.
“Had the great fun of attending a small town 4th of July parade in Flagstaff, AZ,” Janelle writes.
Janelle continues: “Maddie, Caleb, Axel, Savanah, Garrison and I ran away from the heat for a few days.”
Flagstaff is in the upper 70s today, which isn’t exactly cool but it’ll at least mean lower air-conditioning bills.
“This small town parade is popular,” Janelle boasts. “Bringing in 20,000 spectators every year.”
Janelle is already touting the local attractions for perspective tourists.
Janelle wasn’t done hyping up her experience.
“It was so much fun. Plus the temp was in the low 80s!” Janelle gushes, clarifying that this is “30 degrees cooler than home!”
Some folks consider all temperatures above 70 degrees to be slight variations of “too hot,” but others embrace the heat. Some people actually enjoy 80-degree weather! it takes all types.
“The coolest thing that happened was the huge cheer that went up for the wild land firefighters,” Janelle continues. “Both BLM and Forest Service.”
And she makes it very clear why they are particularly important at the moment.
“With all the fires burning in the West right now,” Janelle reminds her fans and followers. “They really are heroes.”
The looming threat of out-of-control wildfires sweeping through and destroying your home is enough to keep plenty of people from moving to the American southwest unless they have no other choice.
But the Browns are choosing this, and it might be good for them.
Certainly, this move will have to be less emotional than their departure from Utah.
At that time, they were fleeing from potential prosecution for living their lives as consenting adults.
While many believe that Kody is absolutely the wrong person to be one of the “faces” of modern-day polygamy, the Browns have given up a lot to campaign for a future in which the marital choices of adults are respected.
And we’re sure that they’ll continue to do so in Flagstaff.
Noah Brown SLAMS 15-Year-Old Sister Rain Brown as Childish, Immature

Noah Brown has his own priorities — he’s about to get married.
So why, fans wonder, did he write a lengthy post slamming Rain Brown, his 15-year-old sister?
“My birthday is the 18th of July and it really has been making me think a lot about everything,” Noah wrote on Instagram.
He is in a contemplative mood, which is fine.
“I am turning 26 and the following month I am getting married to the girl of my dreams,” Noah continues. “Rhain Merrill (soon to be Rhain Brown)”
Noah writes: “We will soon be our own Family, and although there are trials and tribulations and a tone of stress I could not be happier with the way my adult life is turning out.”
Feeling hyped about marriage is also fine.
“I have been doing a lot of reflecting on my adulthood and reminiscing of childhood.”
Reminiscing is fine. What’s not fine is what he has to say about his youngest sibling.
“Like a kid would say I am a ‘grown-up,"” Noah says. “And I cannot help but admire my littlest sister Kathryn Raindrop’s youthful innocence of a pre-teen.”
Obviously, Rain is not a preteen. She’s 15, dude. But that’s just the tip of the awkward iceberg.
“When you are a child like little Raindrop, you do not have to think about what you are going to eat for dinner or worry about paying bills,” Noah writes.
That’s a super condescending way to talk about his sister.
Noah explains: “because your parents do everything for you and you cannot yet take care of yourself.”
That’s arguably true, but then it gets worse.
“Young Raindrop spends her days cuddling Bunnies and playing with her dolls not knowing about the stressful lives of the adults around her,” Noah claims.
That is quite the characterization.
“Oh the metabolism of a pre-teen like little Raindrop,” Noah says. “She can eat whatever she wants and never gain a pound, she just stays her tiny self (that I am envious of).”
Pro-tip for being on the internet: unless you are her doctor, please don’t talk about any 15-year-old girl’s body. Uh, especially your sister’s.
Also, for the record, Rain Brown exercises to keep her figure. She’s not just coasting on her metabolism.
“I am an adult now I am getting married in 46 days and my parents do not make my dinner or give me a place to live,” Noah says.
While having a place to live is nice, it would be weirder if Noah’s parents were making him dinner. Even if he lived with them, which he does not.
“I am the head of my own household,” Noah says, which is also creepy. “And the family that Rhain and I are starting will look to me for advice and guidance.”
“My first priority will now always be my new family and my loyalty is to my soon to be wife and my future children,” Noah writes.
See, talking about being a responsible parent is great! He should have gone right to that and skipped the weird stuff about metabolisms and preteens.
“it is my job to take care of my new family and it will be an honor to do my best for them,” Noah says.
Good for him.
“I am unbelievably ecstatic with where I am in my life,” Noah says. “But Rainy girl stay small and please do not rush to grow up enjoy your childhood as long as you can.”
She’s in her adolescence, not childhood. Again, she is a minor and people should respect that, but she’s not a little kid. Don’t talk down to her like she’s 8.
“The world will wait for you,” Noah advises. “Just take your time and have fun, because being a kid is just as important as becoming an adult.”
“As the saying goes,” Noah concludes. “:You will grow up sooner then you think.”
We don’t know what spurned this aside from his looming wedding date.
Perhaps Rain was talking about a crush — Rain has spoken about love before, which is very age-appropriate.
(Some would say that your teens are the only age when it’s appropriate to be gushing vaguely online about an unnamed crush)
Did Noah hear some of this, or perhaps some of her frustrations at her limited freedoms as a teen, and panic at his little sister growing up?
Or was this an attempt to make himself sound more mature than he actually is as his wedding date looms ahead?
Either way, Rain is fifteen. She is a teenager. If you’re 11 or 12, you’re a preteen. If you’re 13 through 19, you’re a teenager. Words mean things, my dude.
Noah’s words, apparently throwing Rain under the bus to make himself sound more grown up, are a far cry from his word of warning last December.
“Some people feel the need to try and say mean, insulting, and down right hateful things to a 15 year old girl that is opening up to everyone in such a difficult time just to make them feel better about themselves,” Noah lamented late last year.
Rain has become her family’s de facto spokesperson because of her frequent social media use, but it has exposed her to some real creeps.
“So if you do not like it, then do not follow it, if you do not want see it, then do not look at it, if you do not want to hear it, then do not listen,” Noah says.
Noah instructed: “If you have nothing nice to say, then do not say anything at all.”
That’s good advice in general, if not always. But please don’t harass minors on the internet. Be nice. Be an adult.
“Recently,” Noah’s December post continued. “My little sister Rainy has gotten discouraged because of some things that some mean people have said.”
People love to target the most vulnerable people on social media just to elicit a reaction and feel powerful.
“So if you like Rainy’s Instagram then let’s show her just how many people enjoy when she posts,” Noah asks. “So please everyone flood her message box with kind and generous words of encouragement.”
Words of encouragement, fun fact, are the opposite of infantalizing your sister to make yourself sound more wizened.
Noah concluded: “And let’s show her that there are more people that love her then there are that are dislike her.”
Good advice. We wish that Noah would follow it.

Sister Wives Star Aspyn Brown and Mitch Thompson: Married!
Very early this year, we shared the happy news that Aspyn Brown is engaged!
The eldest Sister Wives daughter, whose mom is Christine, was engaged to her childhood friend, Mitch Thompson.
Well, now we have a beautiful update: Aspyn and Mitch have gotten married!
All things considered, a six-month engagement isn’t an especially lengthy one. But sometimes, you just know.
Besides — Aspyn and Mitch have known each other since childhood.
The wedding took place on Sunday, in the mountains of Utah.
Aspyn herself was dressed in a white satin gown brought to life by some delicate beadwork.
Mitch wore a Scottish kilt, which is always a stylish but topical choice. In his case, it’s also honoring his Scottish heritage.
And then there were the guests.
Kody decided to follow Mitch’s example, wearing a kilt of his own.
Hey, they’re comfy. Say what you will about Kody Brown, but the father of the bride made a choice to dress in solidarity with his now-son-in-law.
All four of Aspyn’s moms were there, complete with fancy hats. (Who says that royal weddings don’t have an impact in America?)
Mom Christine, who gave birth to Aspyn, was absolutely stunning in emerald green.
Now, originally, Aspyn had stated that she was going to have Mykelti as her maid of honor.
After all, she had been her sister’s maid of honor in 2016 — we all remember the taco wedding, right?
But instead, Aspyn and Mitch opted to forgo the usual bridal party.
So no maid of honor. No man of honor.
But they did include the wedding’s younger guests — in the form of ten flower girls. That is so adorable.
(Quick aside — this photo was taken from the trip on which Mitch popped the question! Those are memories that they can both treasure forever)
There is another precious detail from this wedding that we would be remiss if we didn’t mention.
Mitch, as you may remember, works as a carpenter.
He built the arch under which he and Aspyn were married. That is a beautiful gesture.
(And, real talk, those of us who dread assembling premade furniture might not always appreciate how much work and love a carpenter puts into their work — we’re certain that this, at least, was a labor of love)
We hope to see more of this wedding than a single snapshot … and we probably will.
Sister Wives will return despite its ratings. Not every show has to dominate its timeslot for a network to consider it worth continuing. There are a number of factors.
So when the show does come back, we expect to see a lot of the build-up to Aspyn’s wedding.
And probably the wedding itself, since TLC’s cameras were there.
Weddings are a big deal for people and families, so they’re a huge deal for reality television.
For the record, though, though they started dating after attending a pro-polygamy rally, Aspyn and Mitch have both made it clear that they are planning on keeping their marriage monogamous.

Janelle Brown: Is She Leaving Sister Wives or Not?!?
Janelle Brown would like your attention, please.
The veteran Sister Wives cast member has apparently been reading the Internet and browsing through various celebrity gossip websites.
She knows what folks out there are saying about her and her marital/professional status.
And the TLC personality is now here to put a stop to the rumors once and for all.
We type, of course, about one rumor in particular:
Is she leaving Kody Brown and, in turn, is she therefore leaving Sister Wives?
Janelle attemped to address this chatter in May when she shared a selfie of her and her husband out on a date.
Wasn’t that sufficient evidence to prove she and Kody were still madly in love? Especially when she wrote the following as a caption?
I’ve wanted to see U2 in concert since I was 19. Finally made it 30 years later and with my love. So dang excited.
Yes, critics, she just referred to Kody as her love.
But the Internt is gonna Internet and speculation has continued to run wild in regard to Janelle’s marriage, along with her role on one of TV’s most controversial reality programs.
“@JanelleBrown117 You are in the hot seat on fb this wk!” wrote a fan on Twitter late Sunday might, adding:
“I’ve seen various “articles” about “Janelle leaving SW”, “Janelle leaving family”, “Janelle’s new diet plan just $ 19.95.” LoL. You’ve been quite busy.”
Janelle apparently appreciated this individual’s comment and sarcasm, responding with a very simple and light-hearted statement of her own:
“Haha – so crazy. Of course it’s all rubbish.”
So there we have it, we guess?
Janelle is committed to Kody and will remain a strong presence on Sister Wives going forward.
Can the same be said of her other co-stars, however?
Tabloid cover stories for years now have ran anonymous quotes that claimed one Sister Wife or another was finally sick of her unusual arrangement with Kody.
It wouldn’t be hard to blame them if this were the case, considering they’re sharing a man with mulitple women.
Most prominent among those rumored to be departing the series is Meri Brown.
She was caught in a catfishing scandal in 2016 during which she thought she had found herself a new man… only it turned out to be a woman.
AWKWARD!
Then, just a few weeks ago, we reported that she has once again found herself a new man… only this time it turned out to actually be a man.
PROGRESS!
Still, as far as we know, Meri is still a key part of the series.
Sister Wives last aired a new episode on April 1, 2018.
TLC has not yet announced a return date for the program, which has already been on the air for 12 seasons.
How crazy is that?!?
That’s more seasons than Kody has wives!
