Noah Brown: Rhain IS Taking My Last Name, No Matter WHAT My Family Says!

On Wednesday, August 15, Alaskan Bush People star Noah Brown married Rhain in a heartwarming wedding ceremony.

Some “fans” of the show and the family have never liked Rhain, and rumors began to surface that Rhain wasn’t allowed to take Noah’s last name.

Noah has come forward to clear things up, once and for all.

Noah Brown spoke to RadarOnline to lay this rumor to rest.

“Rhain is my wife,” Noah affirmed.

Not that there was any doubt — but, especially for newlyweds, that statement can feel powerful.

“And,” Noah continued. “She is my wife for life.”

Noah then makes it clear: “and of course she will be taking my last name.”

Noah cannot help but gush about his new life.

“It feels wonderful to be married,” Noah shares.

He mentions that his wedding date was a long time coming.

“Rhain and I were engaged for over a year,” he reminds fans, before repeating: “And we are finally married.”

He really loves saying it. That is so cute.

He says that the feeling of being married has really improved his life.

“It is like this huge weight has been lifted,” Noah says.

They’re no longer engaged and deciding when and where to get married or trying to work out any of those details.

Noah concludes: “We can finally focus on being husband and wife.”

Good for them!

Obviously, not ever woman who marries a man then goes and changes her last name to match his.

Some hyphenate. Some simply leave their names as they are. It depends on many factors, but ultimately comes down to personal preference.

Changing a name can be a troublesome and time-consuming and expensive process. It was probably a lot simpler a century ago when few women were gainfully employed or owned property.

Sometimes, it can take a new bride some time to change her name — remember, you have to change things like deeds and bank accounts in the process.

Just because someone hasn’t raced to do so instead of going on her honeymoon doesn’t mean that she’s never changing her name. We shouldn’t jump to conclusions.

Noah has been something of a black sheep in his family, which is probably why he gets more grief from fans and viewers than Bam Bam does.

Both sons fell in love and moved on with their lives, but Noah was always a little weird (yes, even weirder than his siblings).

The kid who’s a little goth isn’t going to thrive out in the wilderness, folks. He’s a grown man and he’s allowed to live his wife.

Some fans turned their ire on Rhain, even accusing her of “copying” Noah’s sister Rain’s name, because Rhain’s birth name is Ruth.

Folks, people can change their names any time that they like.

We’re not sure why people think that Rhain would want to copy her now-husband’s sister’s name. Noah dragged Rain on Instagram just a couple of months ago.

Also, Rain Brown’s full name is Merry Christmas Kathryn Raindrop Brown. How would you even begin to “copy” that?

We’re so glad that Noah and Rhain found each other and we hope that they continue to enjoy their wedded bliss.

Fans (and so-called “fans”) will continue to say whatever they like about Noah and Rhain, but the further removed from reality television that Noah is, the less that these haters can touch them.

Noah Cyrus and Lil Xan: It"s Over... and It"s Very Ugly!

It’s all over for Noah Cyrus and Lil Xan.

The romance between these stars, that is.

But the accusations of infidelity being hurled back and forth? Those are just beginning.

The artists had only been together for a month or so, with Cyrus quick to correct some rumors about the now-failed romance upon alerting her 4.4 million Instagram followers that it has come to an end.

“first and foremost: this relationship was not set up by Columbia Records. to say that is [a] joke,” the 18-year old wrote late Monday, adding:

“it started when I got a DM from Diego [Lil Xan’s real name is Diego Leanos] and he asked me to hang out. the truth is I haven’t seen him in almost a week. every time we tried to hang out something always got in the way.”

So it sounds like the relationship didn’t work because of timing and scheduling issues, right?

WRONG!

Lil Xan, who sources claim is some kind of rapper, wrote yesterday that he was “probably cheated on,” while Cyrus even broke down in tears on her Story.

Noah later explained that she “noticed a hickey” on her boyfriend’s neck during a recent FaceTime call.

AWKWARD!

“he told me it was just a bruise,” she wrote. “i decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and ignored it.”

The actress continued:

“cheaters like to accuse their partners of cheating to make themselves feel less guilt.

“this isn’t the first time this has happened to me and now im being forced to deal with crazy accusations when im not even sure where all this came from.”

Cyrus went on explain that, in her view, she was there for Lil Xan “dark times.”

She added:

“when you felt alone and like no one was there for you, I was. if this was your way of breaking up with me and breaking my heart along with it, then you’ve succeeded.”

Damn. Poor Noah.

Where does Lil Xan fall on the issue of cheating?

On the opposite side of Cyrus, that’s for sure.

He shared a photo of Cyrus with her arms wrapped around another man and captioned the post:

“call me whatever but if you my girl you ain’t touching no dude like that sorry haha.”

In a video posted on his story, Lil Xan concluded:

“It just hurts, like, so f-cking bad. You think you know somebody, and then you just get used.”

The stars have since unfollowed each other on Instagram.

It really does appear to be over, folks.

Noah Brown SLAMS 15-Year-Old Sister Rain Brown as Childish, Immature

As Ami Brown’s cancer battle resumes, Alaskan Bush People fans and her family worry for her health but hope for the best.

Noah Brown has his own priorities — he’s about to get married.

So why, fans wonder, did he write a lengthy post slamming Rain Brown, his 15-year-old sister?

“My birthday is the 18th of July and it really has been making me think a lot about everything,” Noah wrote on Instagram.

He is in a contemplative mood, which is fine.

“I am turning 26 and the following month I am getting married to the girl of my dreams,” Noah continues. “Rhain Merrill (soon to be Rhain Brown)”

Noah writes: “We will soon be our own Family, and although there are trials and tribulations and a tone of stress I could not be happier with the way my adult life is turning out.”

Feeling hyped about marriage is also fine.

“I have been doing a lot of reflecting on my adulthood and reminiscing of childhood.”

Reminiscing is fine. What’s not fine is what he has to say about his youngest sibling.

“Like a kid would say I am a ‘grown-up,"” Noah says. “And I cannot help but admire my littlest sister Kathryn Raindrop’s youthful innocence of a pre-teen.”

Obviously, Rain is not a preteen. She’s 15, dude. But that’s just the tip of the awkward iceberg.

“When you are a child like little Raindrop, you do not have to think about what you are going to eat for dinner or worry about paying bills,” Noah writes.

That’s a super condescending way to talk about his sister.

Noah explains: “because your parents do everything for you and you cannot yet take care of yourself.”

That’s arguably true, but then it gets worse.

“Young Raindrop spends her days cuddling Bunnies and playing with her dolls not knowing about the stressful lives of the adults around her,” Noah claims.

That is quite the characterization.

“Oh the metabolism of a pre-teen like little Raindrop,” Noah says. “She can eat whatever she wants and never gain a pound, she just stays her tiny self (that I am envious of).”

Pro-tip for being on the internet: unless you are her doctor, please don’t talk about any 15-year-old girl’s body. Uh, especially your sister’s.

Also, for the record, Rain Brown exercises to keep her figure. She’s not just coasting on her metabolism.

“I am an adult now I am getting married in 46 days and my parents do not make my dinner or give me a place to live,” Noah says.

While having a place to live is nice, it would be weirder if Noah’s parents were making him dinner. Even if he lived with them, which he does not.

“I am the head of my own household,” Noah says, which is also creepy. “And the family that Rhain and I are starting will look to me for advice and guidance.”

“My first priority will now always be my new family and my loyalty is to my soon to be wife and my future children,” Noah writes.

See, talking about being a responsible parent is great! He should have gone right to that and skipped the weird stuff about metabolisms and preteens.

“it is my job to take care of my new family and it will be an honor to do my best for them,” Noah says.

Good for him.

“I am unbelievably ecstatic with where I am in my life,” Noah says. “But Rainy girl stay small and please do not rush to grow up enjoy your childhood as long as you can.”

She’s in her adolescence, not childhood. Again, she is a minor and people should respect that, but she’s not a little kid. Don’t talk down to her like she’s 8.

“The world will wait for you,” Noah advises. “Just take your time and have fun, because being a kid is just as important as becoming an adult.”

“As the saying goes,” Noah concludes. “:You will grow up sooner then you think.”

We don’t know what spurned this aside from his looming wedding date.

Perhaps Rain was talking about a crush — Rain has spoken about love before, which is very age-appropriate.

(Some would say that your teens are the only age when it’s appropriate to be gushing vaguely online about an unnamed crush)

Did Noah hear some of this, or perhaps some of her frustrations at her limited freedoms as a teen, and panic at his little sister growing up?

Or was this an attempt to make himself sound more mature than he actually is as his wedding date looms ahead?

Either way, Rain is fifteen. She is a teenager. If you’re 11 or 12, you’re a preteen. If you’re 13 through 19, you’re a teenager. Words mean things, my dude.

Noah’s words, apparently throwing Rain under the bus to make himself sound more grown up, are a far cry from his word of warning last December.

“Some people feel the need to try and say mean, insulting, and down right hateful things to a 15 year old girl that is opening up to everyone in such a difficult time just to make them feel better about themselves,” Noah lamented late last year.

Rain has become her family’s de facto spokesperson because of her frequent social media use, but it has exposed her to some real creeps.

“So if you do not like it, then do not follow it, if you do not want see it, then do not look at it, if you do not want to hear it, then do not listen,” Noah says.

Noah instructed: “If you have nothing nice to say, then do not say anything at all.”

That’s good advice in general, if not always. But please don’t harass minors on the internet. Be nice. Be an adult.

“Recently,” Noah’s December post continued. “My little sister Rainy has gotten discouraged because of some things that some mean people have said.”

People love to target the most vulnerable people on social media just to elicit a reaction and feel powerful.

“So if you like Rainy’s Instagram then let’s show her just how many people enjoy when she posts,” Noah asks. “So please everyone flood her message box with kind and generous words of encouragement.”

Words of encouragement, fun fact, are the opposite of infantalizing your sister to make yourself sound more wizened.

Noah concluded: “And let’s show her that there are more people that love her then there are that are dislike her.”

Good advice. We wish that Noah would follow it.

Noah Brown Confirms Engagement to Rhain Alisha!

Move over, Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas.

You aren’t the only famous couple that got engaged over the weekend.

Okay, maybe you are.

But this doesn’t change the fact that Alaskan Bush People star Noah Brown has confirmed he’s set to marry Rhain Alisha.

He alerted fans to this news via a touching Facebook post that reads as follows:

Rhain Alisha has been so patient and supporting through everything that has been happening, my mothers cancer, having to leave Alaska, my car keeps breaking down, and all in all I have been thinking of how thankful I am that she moved in with we instead of going back to Oregon and now we are engaged and planing our life together.

Rhain Alisha is everything I could have ever wanted.

She is my Soulmate my Angel my DreamGirl.

She makes me the best Version of myself, I know that as long as she loves me that some day I can be the man that Rhain deserves.

Thank you God for giving me Rhain Alisha Merrill.

Brown included with these kinds words the picture of Rhain (birth name: Ruth) below:

Brown is a cast member on Alaskan Bush People, but he’s been criticized of late by his fans for essentially abandoning his family during their greatest time of need.

Some supporters have taken issue with Brown because he’s been sharing social media images of himself and Rhain taking trips to the zoo and other places…

… all while his mother, Ami, is dying of lung cancer.

Is this a fair critique? We’re really not in a position to say.

It’s true that Noah has not said much publicly about his mother’s illness, but that doesn’t necessarily mean he isn’t heartbroken over it.

(It’s also true, incredibly, that Noah has a sister named Rain and is now engaged to someone named Rhain. What are the odds?!?)

As far as we know, Ami Brown is now out of the hospital.

This is positive news, of course.

But most outlets still say the family matriarch is pretty much on her death bed.

She has stage four lung cancer and it isn’t operable. There isn’t much doctors can do at this point.

We continue to send our thoughts and prayers to the Browns, while also wishing Noah the best on his engagement.

Alaskan Bush People Fans: PISSED at Noah Brown for Abandoning Family!

For ages, it’s been looking like Season 7 of Alaskan Bush People would be the final chapter of the series. It appears, however, that Alaskan Bush People Season 8 will be a reality. Just … maybe not in Alaska.

At the moment, almost the entire Brown family is in Colorado, where they’ll build a new Browntown.

Almost the entire family, that is. Noah Brown is conspicuously absent, and was photographed elsewhere. And some fans of the show are pissed.

There’s Noah Brown with his fiancee, Rhain Alisha.

We’ve mentioned that there’s a Facebook page called Alaskan Bush People Exposed, that sometimes provides updates on the Brown family beyond what we see on Alaskan Bush People or even from the known social media of the Brown family.

They shared this photo of the two, identifying their location as a zoo in San Diego.

(There are multiple zoos in San Diego, so we don’t know if they were at the San Diego Zoo or what)

Now, it looks like they’re just a young engaged couple enjoying a trip to the zoo, but Noah’s absence from the family — especially during Ami’s cancer treatment — has some fans up in arms.

Comments on the photograph were negative enough that we hope that Noah and Rhain don’t see them.

“I can’t believe he’s not with the family since his mom’s dying of cancer.”

“Who cares about your mom, huh? What a douche.”

We can only assume that these commenters have never had a close relative battle with potentially terminal cancer.

People have to live their lives. You don’t walk around in all black with your own personal rain cloud while someone you love is receiving treatment.

We can’t imagine that Ami wants Noah to moan and wail and gnash his teeth around her when he and his fiancee could be spending time together.

(Ami has commented before that she wants to see her children have kids, so encouraging some alone time for this couple sounds right up her alley)

Noah and Rhain’s outing also received some support from fans, who said things like “Glad they’re having a great time,” and “Happy for them.”

Plus some more ambivalent comments:

“I like Noah a lot. But something seems off a bit his mother is struggling to live so we are told and he’s at the San Diego zoo. But good for Noah. Glad he is off making a life for himself if this is all true.”

The if this is all true line is important, because it’s always possible that someone sent in the photo with incorrect information.

We do our best to analyze information for you, but some things cannot yet be confirmed even though they seem tragically likely — like Ami Brown’s cancer update where her lung cancer appears to be stage 4 and in both lungs.

(That report came from Alaskan Bush People Exposed, but we would love for it to not be true)

There were also comments about whatever that is on Noah’s face (some think it’s a tattoo, others think it could be from face-painting, and everybody seemed to have an opinion).

Fans can connect the dots and guess that Noah may not be interested in appearing of Alaskan Bush People‘s reported eighth season.

That won’t sit well with some of them, either, since some fans railed at the Brown children for closing Browntown. The old Browntown, in Alaska.

But that’s Noah’s choice, you guys. He needs to live his life and pursue his happiness.

And Noah isn’t the only one who doesn’t seem to be down for continuing to live a post-apocalyptic lifestyle.

Gabe Brown, seen here in a throwback photo so old that it was taken on an actual camera (not a phone!), if you can imagine such a thing, is reportedly parting ways and not interested in Season 8.

You know what?

Good for him for making a choice.

Honestly, we’d have loved to watch a sequel series to Alaskan Bush People where, instead of repeating the past but in Colorado, they adjust to life in civilization.

We know that they haven’t been completely cut off or anything — they use technology and post stuff to Instagram all fo the time.

But living off the land and so remotely is very different from, say, living in a city and acclimating to that.

Maybe that’s too much for some of them and that’s why they’re carrying on with their homestead lifestyle.

Or maybe they’re just trying to keep Ami and Billy’s dream alive for a little longer.

Tomi Lahren Meets with Trevor Noah, Has Slept with at Least One Black Guy

On Wednesday night, conservative commentator Tomi Lahren sat down across from Trevor Noah as a guest on The Daily Show.

The interview generated a great deal of online buzz, as Lahren and Noah battled it out over such topics as Donald Trump, the KKK (Lahren has some opinions on that group…) and whether Black Lives actually Matter.

But while most social media users quickly took sides after the interview (which we’ve posted below) aired, both Lahren and Noah did something rarely seen in this political climate:

They acted cordial to each other online.

For real!

Soon after the back-and-forth went viral, Noah Tweeted the following:

Thank you for being my guest Tomi. Our goal should be to destroy these “bubbles” not each other. You’re always welcome on my show.

Lahren then replied:

To my fans: Trevor Noah is not a douche or a jerk. To Trevor’s fans: I’m not a bitch or c*nt. We are people with opposing views. That’s it.

noah tweet

Moreover, Lahren and Noah actually met up last night at The Bowery Hotel in New York City.

In person. To talk more about their differences of opinion.

As far as we know, no drinks were thrown and voices were not raised.

Crazy, right? A calm, rational, reasonable discussion about the issues facing this great country of ours?

TMZ caught up with Lahren after she caught up with Noah and asked for her thoughts on their discussion, prompting Lahren to say she and Noah still don’t see eye-to-eye on very much.

But that doesn’t mean they can’t be friends.

And that doesn’t mean she blames Noah at all for how the question-and-answer segment went. She knew what she was getting into when she agreed to be a guest and she seems to believe in the maxim that all publicity is good publicity.

As for the question of whether she would ever date a black man?

Or whether she has ever dated a black man, as raised by Charlamagne in THIS VIDEO?

Lahren laughed. She played coy. But she did not deny that it has happened and did not deny that it could happen in the future.

So while Tomi Lahren doesn’t think that Black Lives Matter, she seems to believe that black penises sometimes matter behind closed doors…

Did you catch her controversial appearance on The Daily Show?

Do you think Lahren got the best of Noah? Or Noah got the best of Lahren?

And should more more conservatives and liberals sit down for these kinds of conversations on TV? Would it help a divided electorate heal?

Watch the interview and then comment away below… respectfully, please!
