Tiffany Haddish Slays on SNL: Watch Her Monologue!

Tiffany Haddish made history this weekend.

As hard as it may be to believe, the actress became the first stand-up comedian to host Saturday Night Live.

Yes, the show has been on for 43 years and this has never happened before.

But Haddish made sure it will definitely happen again, delivering a hilarious and blistering monologue that proved how adept she is with a microphone in her hands and a studio audience sitting just a few feet away.

She also proved that she"s downright hilarious.

Referencing her hit comedy Girls Trip, Haddish said the following early on:

“I googled myself – it said I’m worth $ 2 million! What do I need to do to get this money? Fake my own death? Tupac this sh*t and move to Tyler Perry Island?”

She then provided viewers with some background information, filling them on some shocking blanks from her past.

“I grew up in foster care,” she said. “So I want to thank anyone who paid taxes between 1990 and 1999.”

She added:

"Living in group homes with mostly black and Hispanic children wasn’t an easy thing come 11:30 on Saturday nights…

"Trying to convince them that Dana Carvey was just as funny as Damon Wayans was a problem. I got stabbed twice, in a bunk bud.”

Haddish also tackled a few current events.

First, there was a quip about Donald Trump"s hair.

But she really hit her stride when citing the ongoing sexual harassment accusations flying around Hollywood these days.

“If you got your thing-thing out and she got all her clothes on YOU’RE WRONG," she said very simply.

You"d think this would be an obvious point, but try telling that to Louis C.K. and others.

Toward the end of her terrific monologue, Haddish broke out into a praise and worship dance.

Meaning what, exactly?

Katy Perry Slays Halloween in Hillary Clinton Costume!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year.

No, the real most wonderful time.

Forget Christmas — Halloween is where it’s at. Scary movies, candy, and Katy Perry in an extremely elaborate Halloween costume. What could be better?!

And yes, you heard right: Katy Perry went to a party last night in what surely has to be the best costume of this year.

She posted that photo on Instagram with a hilarious “I’m with me” hashtag — she’s the greatest.

As you can see, Katy really went for it with this costume. She found a killer pantsuit, obviously, and the wig is so on point, but she also had her makeup team come through with some impressive prosthetics.

She shared little glimpses from her transformation on Snapchat, including this pic that will surely haunt your dreams for the rest of your life:

It seems important right now to mention that, although we don’t have photos yet, Katy’s boyfriend, Orlando Bloom, accompanied Katy to this party as Donald Trump.

The special moment was captured on Snapchat by the Kardashian’s favorite hairstylist, Jen Atkins.

As Katy twerked on Kendall, she even made a very wonderful joke about “locking down the Kardashian vote.”

While Katy’s costume is obviously incredible, it’s also a costume with a message.

Katy’s been very vocal about her views on Hillary Clinton — spoiler: she loves her very much — and she even performed at the Democratic National Convention in July.

In a speech at the convention, Katy explained that “Both my parents are pastors and staunch Republicans.”

“I didn’t finish high school,” she said. “Unfortunately, I don’t have a formal education, but I do have an open mind and I have a voice.”

“I’m asking you to have an open mind, and to use your voice, because on November 8th, you’ll be just as powerful as any NRA lobbyist.”

“You’ll have as much say as any billionaire, or you can cancel out your weird cousin’s vote.”

“Here’s how I’m going to use my voice: I’m going to vote for Hillary Clinton. I love Hillary.”

And we love you, Katy.

Britney Spears Returns to VMA Stage, Totally Slays

Britney Spears is officially all the way back.

Let there be no more debate.

The pop singing sensation returned to the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night, nearly a decade after she last graced that stage.

A whole lot has taken place in Britney"s professional and personal life since then, but she"s been on the impressive comeback trail of late.

There’s the artist’s ongoing, popular residency in Las Vegas and, most recently, the new album Glory.

There was that beloved appearance on Carpool Karaoke and the release of her latest single, "Make Me…"

Joined by G-Eazy at the VMAs, Britney was decked out in a revealing yellow leotard, dancing around like the old days and clearly having a blast.

Just look at the smile on her face in a couple of these photographs.

Over the years, the VMAs have been like a second home for Britney.

She first performed in 1999 and went in to win Video of the Year in 2008. She was then honored with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award in 2011, which was also the last year she was nominated for any hardware.

But we have a feeling that will change going forward.

Carrie Underwood Slays at CMT Awards: WATCH!

It"s really cute that any other artist bothers to show up for the CMT Awards every year, despite Carrie Underwood"s total and complete domination at the event.

On Wednesday night, the beloved former American Idol winner took home trophies for Performance of the Year and Female Video of the Year.

These victories brought her career total at the ceremony to 16, more than any other singer.

But Underwood didn"t merely take to the stage to thank people for her big wins.

She also went up there on one occasion to sing the track "Church Bells."

The performance started slow, with the blonde-haired superstar decked out in a sheer black lace jumpsuit and cape while singing to the music of a solo banjo player on a mostly empty stage.

However, Underwood then brought attendees to their feet, flipping off the aforementioned cape as the stage revealed a full band and gospel choir.

Her commanding vocals and unique style led to a standing ovation.

"I want to thank you guys for coming out and supporting country music on tour," the beauty said, while accepting her Performance of the Year award.

"We"ve spent the first part of the year on the road and it"s just been so wonderful to see so many people come out. I know I speak for everybody out there – all of us artists who say you guys are the reason that we get to do what we get to do.

"Thank you so much for coming out and supporting us in concert. God bless you guys."

Britney Spears Is a Total MILF, Slays In Green Bathing Suit

YASSSS QUEEN BRITNEY.

I have been faithful to Britney Spears since ’98, and it’s been a long and bumpy road together.

Yet, here we are, applauding her bikini body, which I’d like to think is a representation of how far she’s come since meeting Kevin Federline. 

To this day, I blame him for bringing her down, reducing her to nothing more than a shell of her former self, shaved head and all.

This particular photo was taken a few days ago, when the pop star went swimwear shopping (something many of us dread).

Not Spears, who tried on a green monokini and posted it to Instagram.

‘Bought three new swimsuits today,” she wrote.

“This one is my favorite!”

Ours too, sister.

In other Spears news, the Louisiana native penned an open letter to her two sons, Sean Preston, 10, and Jayden James,9, ahead of Mother’s Day (which is on Sunday, so go buy your mother some flowers).

“You are my masterpieces,” Spears wrote on Time.

“From the day I saw the most precious eyes, I believed in miracles to the core.

“Such a gift God has given me, exploring in your beautiful worlds every day.

Marching Band Slays Unique Version of Adele"s "Hello"

The influence of Adele continues to be felt near and far, home and abroad.

Pretty much anywhere and everywhere, to be honest.

We"ve already seen Britney Spears bust out some ballet in honor of the artist, dancing beautifully on Instagram to Adele"s smash hit single, "Hello."

We"ve also seen how this same track can stop a baby from crying. Even a baby who is crying hysterically as a result of teething.

Now, courtesy of the helpful website My Fanatic, we"re privy to something we never thought we"d see before:

A college marching band putting its own twist on "Hello."

We already know what you"re thinking: How is this possible? How can a marching band perform to such a slow, emotional, sentimental ballad?

It doesn"t exactly lend itself to loud instruments or any kind of dancing.

During the halftime of the Bayou Classic – a football game played each year between rivals Southern University and Grambling State University – the latter"s marching band answered this question.

It took to the field and put on a stunning, gorgeous performance set to the song that is breaking every conceivable music record after just a few weeks of release.

Selena Gomez Slays "Same Old Love" at AMAs

Selena Gomez turned the sexy factor way up at the 2015 American Music Awards.

Due to the explicit lyrics in the chorus, the song was actually censored by ABC at times, but Selena"s alluring outfit was on full display for all to see and enjoy throughout.

She took to the stage after Jennifer Lopez opened the AMAs via an amazing dance routine and belted out a version of her track, "Same Old Love."

This is the track, remember, that Selena swears is not about Justin Bieber.

It is second single off Gomez’s new album, "Revival," which was released in October and which debuted at number-one on the Billboard 200 albums chat.

Selena was asked to perform this year despite NOT being nominated for any actual American Music Awards, which is unusual.

In 2014, you might remember that Gomez broke down on stage while singing "The Heart Wants What It Wants" for the first time in concert. That song was clearly about Bieber.

There"s been talk, meanwhile, that Selena and Justin are back together. Or at least doing very well once again.

Just two nights prior to the American Music Awards, Bieber serenaded his ex-girlfriend with the single "My Girl" and then the pair were spotted strolling around Beverly Hills late at night.

Pretty exciting, huh?

Perhaps that explains why Selena does not shed a single tear in the following performance. She just sheds a few layers of clothing and looks damn fine while doing so.

We see where you"re coming from, Justin. This is hard to resist, man.
