Josh & Anna Duggar Continue Comeback Tour With Tribute to Eldest Daughter
Well Duggar fans, whether you like it or not, Jim Bob and Michelle’s eldest child is slowly worming his way back into your lives.
Many feared a day would come when Josh Duggar would once again be foisted upon an unsuspecting public, and a handful of perverse weirdos have been openly hoping for it.
But whether you’re currently celebrating or cringing yourself into oblivion, there’s no denying that the second coming of Josh is close at hand.
We won’t bother to brief you on Josh’s sex crimes or the various other ways he’s shown himself to be less than a model of Christian virtue.
Instead, we’ll skip right to the ongoing effort to rebuild his reputation:
It started with the announcement that Josh and Anna were celebrating the ten-year anniversary of the day that they got engaged.
Yes, the Duggars were in such a hurry to push this agenda that they couldn’t even wait until the actual wedding anniversary.
Shortly thereafter, Josh and Anna made a public appearance together, posing for pics at the wedding of family friends Josie Bates and Kelton Balka.
This may not sound like a big deal, but it’s the first time that the couple has appeared in public at a non-family event since 2015.
Let’s not forget that when Josh attended Joy-Anna Duggar’s wedding last year, his family was still so keen to sweep him under the rug that he was edited out of footage shot by TLC.
Now, in keeping with the proud Duggar tradition, Josh and Anna are getting their kids in on the act.
Or at least one of their kids, anyway …
Mackynzie Duggar turned 9 this week, and Anna celebrated by posting the above pic along with a touching caption.
“Nine years ago today we transitioned from newlyweds to a family of three when our first daughter Mackynzie was born,” Anna wrote.
“Mackynzie, it has been a joy to watch you grow into such a kind, fun and caring young lady!” she added.
“You live up to the meaning of your name as you are a wise leader! I am thrilled to watch you love Jesus, love others and strive to do what is right!”
Now obviously, Mackynzie is totally innocent, and we hope her birthday was a joyous occasion.
But these days, it’s hard not to be skeptical of everything that Anna posts — particularly when said posts are coming out so much more frequently that any other point in the past three years.
Just don’t say we didn’t warn you when Josh is making regular appearances on Counting On next season!

Kylie Jenner: I"m Bringing Baby Stormi on Travis Scott"s Tour!
Kylie is using her unparalleled social media influence to promote her boyfriend and baby daddy, Travis Scott, using Instagram to promote his album art.
She’s even taking it a step further — by accompanying him on his Astroworld tour.
And Kylie has revealed that someone else will be joining them for the tour: baby Stormi Webster!
How old were you when you attended your first concert?
Well, Stormi only turned 6 months old a couple of weeks ago, but she’s preparing to tour with her mom and dad.
Kylie was promoting Travis’ Astroworld tour on Instagram when she shared the news.
“Me and storm ready for tour,” Kylie wrote.
She followed those words with a circus tent emoji and a black heart emoji.
Travis’ album, Astroworld, came out earlier this month, on August 3.
It was not until Thursday, August 16 that he announced the Astroworld: Wish You Were Here Tour.
A lot of Travis’ fans are excited that they’ll get to see him in concert — his is known for putting on wild, even meme-worthy performances.
But you can bet that some of Kylie’s more diehard fans are going to want to attend for her sake.
If Kylie and Stormi go on tour with Travis, there’s always a chance that one or the other might make a guest appearance … especially if that might drive up ticket sales.
It makes sense that Kylie might be part of the tour, since she comes up in multiple songs, including a reference to her Forbes cover in “Sicko Mode.”
“Passes to my daughter, Imma show her what it took,” Travis raps. “Baby mama cover Forbes got these other b–ches shook.”
Though that one referred to Kylie and Travis, he also sings about his earlier relationship with Kylie in “Skeletons.”
“We just rocked Coachella, I gave her of half of the check,” Travis raps. “It was good sex, I didn’t mention to the net/Didn’t pass the loud, that was out of respect.”
Kylie also appeared, in person, in his music video for “Stop Trying to Be God.”
It’s great that Kylie is promoting Travis’ album!
But … some wonder if she has an ulterior motive for coming along.
Back in June, there was a report that Kylie had used private detectives to monitor Travis after she became concerned that, being a young celebrity, he might give in to temptation on the road.
So is she tagging along to support her man … or to make sure that he doesn’t do what so many men have done to her sisters by cheating?
Kylie could come along for both reasons, honestly.
But maybe not. Kylie’s been supporting Astroworld enthusiastically since it dropped.
“You didn’t have to go this hard baby,” she wrote when the album was released.
Kylie gushed: “Astroworld just dropped and it’s the craziest ride of my life.”
We’re glad that she is enjoying it. We’re sure that Travis is proud of his work and glad that she is proud of him.
That said … we do have to acknowledge that it’s possible that Kylie and Stormi will not physically be with Travis for every part of his tour. Sometimes, social media posts are not literal.

Demi Lovato Cancels Tour, Focuses on Self-Healing
For reasons that are tragically obvious, Demi Lovato has officially canceled the remainder of her previously-scheduled tour.
Days after Lovato left Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for a treatment facility, her team has confirmed that Demi will NOT be performing on September 20 and September 22 in Mexico.
She has also scrapped her six-city tour in Chile, Argentina and Brazil slated for November.
In response to these announcements, Live Nation and Lotus Productions have said they “wish Demi Lovato the best now and in the future and we hope to see her soon in South America.”
Refunds will be made available starting this Friday, August 10.
Lovato now has an open professional schedule for the rest of the year, but she doesn’t have any plans to release any new music or to reschedule these tour stops for any point in the near future.
As previously detailed, Lovato has entered rehab.
Those in her inner circle insisted as soon as she awoke from her overdose that Demi receive this help as far away from the bad influences in her life in California as possible.
Therefore, according to Radar Online, Lovato is currently receiving treatment in Arizona.
The website states that Demi has checked into an “elite rehab” in that state, although it has chosen to respect her privacy and not name the facility.
It does say, however, that this center “offers a variety of treatment options for patients who have a dual diagnosis of suffering from alcoholism and addiction, as well as mental-health issues.”
Lovato has voluntarily checked into this center, as well, meaning she technically could simply decide to leave at any point.
But insiders say she is respecting the wishes of her mother, Dianna, who has insisted that her daughter remain there for a minimum of 30 days — and then hire a sober coach for a minimum of one year afterward.
Says a source to Radar:
“Demi will have to FaceTime with her mother every day and she she also has to agree to take random drug tests at any given moment for the next several years.”
Sadly, it took her overdose for Lovato to finally start listening to her loved ones.
For weeks prior to this near-fatal incident, Demi had been surrounding herself with troubling influences who merely served to encourage her most dangerous impulses.
But now it does sound like Lovato understands she must distance herself from these non-real-friends.
As for her general state of mind at the moment?
This is a portion of what Lovato wrote in her only statement since nearly killing herself via an overdose:
I want to thank God for keeping me alive and well. To my fans, I am forever grateful for all of your love and support throughout this past week and beyond.
Your positive thoughts and prayers have helped me navigate through this difficult time.
I want to thank my family, my team, and the staff at Cedars-Sinai who have been by my side this entire time.
Without them I wouldn’t be here writing this letter to all of you.
I now need time to heal and focus on my sobriety and road to recovery. The love you have all shown me will never be forgotten and I look forward to the day where I can say I came out on the other side.
I will keep fighting.
