Luis Mendez Fires Back at Ex Molly Hopkins: She Used Me, Too!!
Luis Mendez’s 90 Day Fiance marriage may not have worked out, but the dude has remarried just months after his divorce.
His ex Molly Hopkins says this is proof that he was just using her.
Now, Luis is hitting back — saying that she was using him, too.
Speaking to Us Weekly, Luis Mendez fired back after his ex-wife claimed that he was just using her to get tot he United States.
“You know something?” Luis begins his statement.
You can tell from his phrasing that he is feeling a little hot under the collar about the accusation.
He says that it was Molly who was using him.
“[Molly] only took me here to get fame for her business,” Luis claims.
Molly has a lingerie business and has eagerly promoted it on social media during her time on 90 Day Fiance.
Luis claims that their marriage was never about him.
“She never wanted to give me the opportunity to get my papers,” Luis accuses.
Luis then repeats himself for emphasis: “Never.”
Interestingly, that is not the same thing as a denial that he just wanted to come to America.
Luis Mendez remarried in September, and made headlines this month when the world learned of it.
He has not revealed the name of his new bride, but has gushed about how in love he is with her.
His divorce from Molly was finalized on May 4 of this year.
Some may find it suspicious that he did not immediately defend himself by saying that he married Molly because he was “in love.”
Keep in mind that English is a second language for him, and also that his romance with Molly ended very poorly.
It’s understandable that feelings that she tried to sabotage his status in America would come to mind.
Molly spoke out about Luis’ marriage just one day earlier.
“I feel it clearly shows he was possibly using me and my finances to get here,” Molly accused.
She feels that this is obvious “because our divorce was final in May.”
“So he either already knew [his new wife] and had a plan all along and I’m a fool,” Molly suspects.
“Or we are both fools if she doesn’t know him,” Molly said.
Molly concluded: “Because I met Jeykll in the Dominican [Republic] and got Hyde here, or vice versa. Either way, may it work out because I’m glad he’s gone.”

It may be that Molly and Luis had true feelings for each other, once upon a time.
Then, when it didn’t work out, those feelings of affection turned to resentment and bitterness.
It is also possible that they were both using each other from the start.
Molly got a hot, younger husband and a measure of reality television fame to promote her business.
And Luis, well, he got to come to America.
It’s difficult to tell what went into their marriage to begin with.
Through the fog of anger that led to their divorce, it’s possible that even Molly and Luis themselves are no longer sure of how they used to feel.
It does seem safe to say that they’re both happy to be out of this toxic relationship.
Maybe Luis’ new marriage will work out better than his old one.

Bill Cosby, Enraged, Fires Yet Another Attorney from Appeals Team
Bill Cosby is in prison at last. But he doesn’t intend to stay that way.
While Cosby furious compares #MeToo literal terrorists, he has saved some of that anger for his attorneys.
He’s reportedly fired one of his lawyers
RadarOnline reports that Bill Cosby has fired attorney Joseph Green from his legal team.
Green was the lawyer who represented him during the sentencing process.
Cosby is said to have made this decision while “in a fit of rage.”
“He’s had it,” an insider tells the tabloid about why Cosby chose dismissal.
The disgraced former comedian apparently believes that he can find other, more capable attorneys end his incarceration.
Court documents suggest that Cosby has hired two new lawyers out of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to assist with his appeals.
Cosby is said to have referred to his own legally blind status when using a common turn of phrase.
“Mr. Cosby said he can’t have the ‘blind leading the blind,’” the source reports.
“And” as a result, the source says, he “told Mr. Green to take a hike over the phone.”
So what brought on this termination? Apparently, Cosby wasn’t satisfied with Green’s work ethic.
The source explains that Cosby gave Green the boot “when he found out he wasn’t working around the clock to get him out.”
“Mr. Cosby told his legal team that the Pennsylvania groundhog could’ve done a better job,” the insider says.
Cosby, whose net worth has been estimated to be in the hundreds of millions, is hoping that his fortune can provide an incentive for other attorneys.
“He’s offering $ 250,000.00, cash,” the source claims.
This alleged offer is available “to anyone who guarantees his freedom and follows through.”
To be clear, we don’t think that Cosby means a literal jailbreak. He wants to walk out a free man, not a fugitive.
In April, Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent.
This was in the case of the drugging and sexual assault of Andrea Constand.
In September, he was sentenced to 3-to-10 years in prison.
It seems unfortunately likely that Constand is the only one of Cosby’s accusers who will get justice in court.
Some may find a measure of consolation in the knowledge that Cosby may live the rest of his life behind bars.
Cosby has apparently been complaining that this is all a miscarriage of justice.
In fact, he is reportedly pushing to have his conviction and sentence thrown out.
And he wants the judge out, too. This sounds like a standard appeal to our admittedly not-legal-expert ears.
Camille Cosby, who has stood by him through all of this, is said to be approaching things from a different angle.
She apparently wants the judge investigated for “misconduct.”
Which is very vague and unlikely to go the way that she wants.
Even if Bill Cosby finds the most shrewd up-and-coming attorney who manages to find loopholes within loopholes and get him out … it’ll take a while.
The wheels of justice are slow. Andrea Constand waited 14 years for this conviction.
Appeals can take years. Just look at Cosby’s fellow disgraced public figure, Jared Fogle. That guy is still filing appeals from behind bars.
For now, Cosby might want to get comfortable in prison and just do his best to avoid getting slapped by airborne chicken patties.

Tamra Judge Fires Back at RHOC Lawsuit: I Can PROVE Jesus Jugs" Husband is Shady!
Former Real Housewife Alexis Bellino and her husband got a divorce this year, and we even know how much Alexis is getting.
But Jim Bellino is suing Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador for defamation … and he’s demanding that they pay out $ 1 million.
Tamra is hitting back in court, saying that he can’t sue her for defamation … because everything that she said is true.
RadarOnline reports that Tamra Judge hit back at Jim Bellino’s lawsuit, asking the court to dismiss the case.
A court document reads: “Judge’s Statements Regarding Spousal Support and Plaintiff Being ‘Shady’ Cannot Support A Defamation Cause of Action Because It Is True.”
Shannon and Tamra had gossiped a little about Jim when discussing his divorce, but Tamra’s team argues that she didn’t say anything that wasn’t true.
“Plaintiff specifically requests spousal support in his publicly available divorce papers,” the papers argue.
The paper adds: “In addition, Judge’s statement that Plaintiff is a ‘shady motherf–ker’ is also not actionable because it is true.”
Tamra’s team didn’t make that assertion out of nowhere. They included some serious receipts.
“Shady means of doubtful honesty or legality,” the documents establish.
The document mentions: “Plaintiff accepted a deal with the government that gave him probation after he was caught in an FBI investigation for his sale of counterfeit sports memorabilia. (Beaudin Decl. at Exs. 14-15, 18.)”
There are several well-documented pieces of evidence that Tamra believes justify the assertion that Jim is “shady.”
There’s another example: “Plaintiff was sued for fraud, deceit, wrongful foreclosure, breach of written contracts, and other accusations in connection with his company’s foreclosure on a hotel property after receiving $ 2.13 million in a refinance loan. (Id. at Exs. 11, 14.)”
The documents continue to list that which they believe to be shady about Jim.
The papers mention: “He faced foreclosure on a home for delinquent payments and then turned around a purchased a more expensive home the next year. (Id. at Exs. 12-13, 16-17.)”
The documents accuse: “He also allegedly hired and failed to pay an interior designer that resulted in legal action. (Id. at Ex. 19.)”
Folks, please pay the people whom you hire to do work.
Tamra’s team asserts: “These actions all fall within the purview of being ‘shady,’”
Jim, however, continues to rail against both Tamra and Shannon.
“Tamra has slandered and defamed many people,” Jim claims. “This time she messed with the wrong person!! Shannon has severely lied about my business which affects my ability to support my family.”
“In their responses,” Jim continues. “Neither one of them addressed the true damaging statements they have made. It’s time someone puts a stop to their careless malicious attacks.”
Look, no one is accusing Tamra of being a good person. Her outrageous behavior has made her estranged from her daughter and has also made her into an unflattering meme.
But some feel that this lawsuit is weak, a huge overreaction, or even frivilous.
Their next court date is October 18, 2018.
