Bill Cosby, Enraged, Fires Yet Another Attorney from Appeals Team
Bill Cosby is in prison at last. But he doesn’t intend to stay that way.
While Cosby furious compares #MeToo literal terrorists, he has saved some of that anger for his attorneys.
He’s reportedly fired one of his lawyers
RadarOnline reports that Bill Cosby has fired attorney Joseph Green from his legal team.
Green was the lawyer who represented him during the sentencing process.
Cosby is said to have made this decision while “in a fit of rage.”
“He’s had it,” an insider tells the tabloid about why Cosby chose dismissal.
The disgraced former comedian apparently believes that he can find other, more capable attorneys end his incarceration.
Court documents suggest that Cosby has hired two new lawyers out of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to assist with his appeals.
Cosby is said to have referred to his own legally blind status when using a common turn of phrase.
“Mr. Cosby said he can’t have the ‘blind leading the blind,’” the source reports.
“And” as a result, the source says, he “told Mr. Green to take a hike over the phone.”
So what brought on this termination? Apparently, Cosby wasn’t satisfied with Green’s work ethic.
The source explains that Cosby gave Green the boot “when he found out he wasn’t working around the clock to get him out.”
“Mr. Cosby told his legal team that the Pennsylvania groundhog could’ve done a better job,” the insider says.
Cosby, whose net worth has been estimated to be in the hundreds of millions, is hoping that his fortune can provide an incentive for other attorneys.
“He’s offering $ 250,000.00, cash,” the source claims.
This alleged offer is available “to anyone who guarantees his freedom and follows through.”
To be clear, we don’t think that Cosby means a literal jailbreak. He wants to walk out a free man, not a fugitive.
In April, Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent.
This was in the case of the drugging and sexual assault of Andrea Constand.
In September, he was sentenced to 3-to-10 years in prison.
It seems unfortunately likely that Constand is the only one of Cosby’s accusers who will get justice in court.
Some may find a measure of consolation in the knowledge that Cosby may live the rest of his life behind bars.
Cosby has apparently been complaining that this is all a miscarriage of justice.
In fact, he is reportedly pushing to have his conviction and sentence thrown out.
And he wants the judge out, too. This sounds like a standard appeal to our admittedly not-legal-expert ears.
Camille Cosby, who has stood by him through all of this, is said to be approaching things from a different angle.
She apparently wants the judge investigated for “misconduct.”
Which is very vague and unlikely to go the way that she wants.
Even if Bill Cosby finds the most shrewd up-and-coming attorney who manages to find loopholes within loopholes and get him out … it’ll take a while.
The wheels of justice are slow. Andrea Constand waited 14 years for this conviction.
Appeals can take years. Just look at Cosby’s fellow disgraced public figure, Jared Fogle. That guy is still filing appeals from behind bars.
For now, Cosby might want to get comfortable in prison and just do his best to avoid getting slapped by airborne chicken patties.

Bill Cosby: Hit in Face By Airborne Chicken Sandwich in Jail Cafeteria
Bill Cosby is two weeks into his three-to-ten year sentence and has started to really get a look at his life behind bars.
His larger-than-life personality is reportedly not meshing well with his fellow inmates.
A new report says that one prisoner got so fed up with him that he chucked the chicken patty from his sandwich at him, striking Cosby in the face.
RadarOnline reports that Cosby was on the receiving end of a projectile patty of the chicken variety.
“Mr. Cosby cracked a joke to another inmate by the infirmary,” their insider reports.
The source continues: “and that inmate was mad enough to take his chicken out of the bun and plunge it at him.”
The report notes that prison food isn’t exactly served in a buffet, so there must have been a great deal of ire behind the move.
“The way I see it,” the insider says. “You have to be very angry to throw your meal in jail because I don’t think you get seconds.”
We would imagine not.
(Disclaimer: these chicken patties are probably a lot nicer than the institutional chicken disk that allegedly struck the disgraced comedian)
The alleged incident comes on the heels of a report that said that Cosby was enjoying the chicken patty.
“Mr. Cosby told us last week that the chicken patty was the best meal he had so far at SCI Phoenix … so that says a lot,” the source notes.
We already mentioned a report that Cosby has earned a nickname and some undeserved respect from fellow inmates.
“They’re calling him the ‘OG,"” the insider claimed. “Lingo for ‘original gangster.”
Clearly, that respect was not universal.
There was another report that said that Cosby tried pudding in prison, and that it was apparently not to his liking.
“He told us on the phone over the weekend ‘I was promoting THIS garbage?!’” The source claimed. “It tastes like something you give a lizard!”
Cosby was famous in the ’90s as the face of jello and pudding advertisements.
“We were caught by surprise,” the insider stated. “We never asked him: ‘Hey, Mr. Cosby, have you ever tried pudding or Jell-O?’”
“I never saw him and I don’t think anybody else ever saw him eating pudding or Jell-O,” the source admitted.
The insider concluded: “but I was pretty damn shocked when he told us he tried it and it wasn’t what he expected.”
Of course, a conflicting report casts into doubt everything that we’ve heard.
TMZ spoke to someone at the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.
“This did NOT happen,” their insider said forcefully of the chicken patty incident.
“And,” the source continued. “I am unhappy with anyone who is reporting such fake news.”
What’s more is that Cosby has allegedly had no contact whatsoever with fellow inmates while he is evaluated by prison staff.
Cosby is two weeks in and, no matter whose report you believe, it seems safe to say that he’s no longer living his best life.
He wants out of prison — and we’re not referring to the goofy claim that Cosby is planning an elaborate prison break.
No, we mean that his legal team is fighting in court.
They are appealing, trying to throw out his sentence, his conviction, and even the judge. We wouldn’t hold our breath.
His wife, Camille Cosby, is said to be demanding that the judge be investigated. It would be a surprise if her efforts bear fruit.
Cosby has been sentenced to prison, and he may even spend the rest of his life behind bars.
But his conviction for the drugging and sexual assault of Andrea Constand is just a drop in the bucket considering that 60 women came forward to accuse him of similar crimes.
Though some of these survivors may feel vindicated that he is behind bars, very few if any of them will also get their day in court.
Some waited “too long” to report for the legal system to accept. Others are unable to corroborate.
Many feel that Cosby’s incarceration is a victory — but a hollow one.
Perhaps the story, true or not, of the chicken patty incident will bring a smile to a few faces. That’s worth something, at least.

Bill Cosby: I"m Gonna Escape from Prison! This is How!
As proven over the years by all the times he slept with other women (occasionally even with their consent) , Bill Cosby is not very happy with his wife.
But a new report claims this evaluation doesn’t merely apply to how Cosby feels about Camille as a partner in the bedroom.
It also applies to how Cosby feels about Camille as a partner in crime.
Indeed, just days after we heard Cosby was begging his wife to do everything in her power to free him from prison, a source now tells Radar Online that the disgraced comedian has moved on.
He’s found someone else to take over this role.
And that someone else has an amazing nickname.
About a week after Cosby was sentenced to at least three years in jail for drugging and assaulting a woman named Andrea Constand in 2004, the terrible human being has gone ahead and hired someone called the “Googler,” Radar writes.
Explains the website, in apparent seriousness:
Though the man was introduced a a “personal security guard” to Cosby’s team during the court battle, the disgraced comic’s entourage soon discovered his role was much bigger – and the “Googler” now lives on the star’s Pennsylvania estate, where he plots his release!
How, exactly?
Cosby was found guilty in April by a jury of his peers and then a judge decided upon his punishment.
Short of a map of tattoos across his body that illustrates the best escape route from jail, how can Cosby be plotting any kind of release?
Per this article, the 81-year old “literally pays one man to sit on Google all day long in the guesthouse, in complete darkness, to Google and research successful methods other prisoners used in the past.”
(Editor’s note: Why is this individual sitting in complete darkness? Is it illegal for him to search the Internet or something?)
“The man is literally a Googler from New York … that’s what we call him,” the insider tells Radar, adding:
“We don’t know what he does, who he knows, what his past is like or even his real name. All we know is that he’s here to stay.”
Cosby has allegedly hired two doctors and a prison expert to assist with this goal, which is just a little weird.
We’re pretty sure it’s the job of any decent lawyer to file appeals for his client and/or find these precise sort of legal loopholes to reduce sentences or get verdicts thrown out entirely.
“During a phone call with Mr. Cosby, the ‘Googler’ told him he found case law that allows him to stay housed in the infirmary throughout his sentence to avoid being placed in general population,” the source says.
“He found a number of cases in Pennsylvania where people at Mr. Cosby’s age died due to lack of healthcare and medical attention – this prison doesn’t want to be the prison doesn’t want to go down in history as the prison Bill Cosby died in.”
OJ Simpson is on record as sharing a similar concern.
The disgraced star ideally wants to be moved back to his residence and to serve his time under house arrest.
He figures this will keep him safe and happy, two emotions not shared by any of the 60 women he reportedly drugged and then raped over the years.
“He believes he’ll be home in no time,” the Radar source concludes. “He thinks the court won the battle, but he will win the war.”
He’s an awful, awful person.

Bill Cosby: A Look at His Life Behind Bars
Bill Cosby is a convicted rapist and a ward of Pennsylvania.
The disgraced comedian was found guilty in April 2018 of drugging and assaulting a woman named Andrea Constand and then sentenced to three to 10 years behind bars in September of 2018.
"Nobody is above the law because of where they live, who they are, wealth, fame, celebrity or even philanthropy," said the judge said during Cosby"s hearing while delivering Cosby"s sentence.
"Any lesser sentence would take away from the seriousness of the crime," he added.
Overall, Cosby has been accused of rape by over 60 women.
He deserves to be behind bars — and we have a look below for you at exactly what life is like for him there.

O.J. Simpson Says Bill Cosby Will Be Target In Prison, Calls for House Arrest
O.J. Simpson is concerned Bill Cosby will be attacked by some “nut” in prison — and he would know, right? Juice spent 9 years behind bars in Nevada for kidnapping and armed robbery and warns that people like Cosby — convicted sex offenders…
O.J. Simpson is Worried Someone Will Murder Bill Cosby
O.J. Simpson knows a thing or two about murder.
He also knows a thing or two about being in prison.
Considering his depth of knowledge in these areas, The Juice spoke to TMZ on Tuesday about Bill Cosby; his incarceration; and what may happen to the disgraced comedian behind bars.
Indeed, Cosby was sentenced up to 10 years in jail yesterday afternoon, months after he was found guilty of drugging and raping a former Temple University employee named Andrea Constand.
Cosby was immediately handcuffed and hauled off to prison, according to various news outlets, stopping pretty much just to pose for a very sad mug shot.
Sad in terms of how he looked, we mean.
Most definitely not sad in terms of the outcome of this case.
We hope the rapist never lives freely in society again.
Simpson, for his part, is concerned that this hope will become a reality — but not because the 81-year will die from natural causes while in the clink.
But because someone will kill Cosby.
“The problem is the nature of the crime,” O.J. told TMZ while golfing in Nevada. “Rapists are frowned upon in prison.”
For good reason, some might say; which doesn’t mean we’re yearning for some inmate to shank Cosby or anything.
It just means this isn’t exactly a problem that seems worth thinking about for any period of time; we’re not about to lose sleep over the fate of Bill Cosby behind bars.
But we’re not O.J. Simpson, either.
“I’m sure there will be guys protecting him but they’re gonna have to put him in protective custody … because it takes one nut, ya know?” Simpson added.
O.J – who spent nine years in jail after being convicted of armed robbery (but zero years in jail for almost definitely murdering his ex-wife and her friend in 1994) – thinks Cosby ought to be placed under house arrest for the duration of his sentence.
But won’t this mean he gets to spend time with his loved ones?
And enjoy the relative freedom of life inside a mansion, as opposed to life within the confines of a cell and a state penitentiary?
Yes, but at least the man who very likely drugged and raped about 60 women will feel safe in that case, Simpson basically argues here.
Cosby was convicted in April on three counts of aggravated indecent assault, all stemming from a 2004 incident in which he drugged Constand at his Pennsylvania home and molested her.
In a five-page victim statement submitted to the judge, Constand said the following about this assault and its aftermath:
“The shame was overwhelming. Self-doubt and confusion kept me from turning to my family or friends as I normally did…
“I felt completely alone, unable to trust anyone, including myself…
“The psychological, emotional and financial bullying included a slander campaign in the media that left my entire family reeling in shock and disbelief.”
But Simpson doesn’t care much about all of that.
He’s just concerned about the man who drugged and raped her.
“With his health and his age and the nature of the crime, there’s not a warden in this country wants the responsibility of a Bill Cosby,” the former NFL running back told TMZ, concluding:
“I think they should let him do his time under house arrest.”

Bill Cosby Impresses Fellow Inmates, Earns Prison Nickname
Well, folks, it’s been about 24 hours since Bill Cosby was sentenced to prison and taken into custody.
It’s a positive development for just about everyone in the world, with the exceptions of Cosby himself and maybe a handful of wacky sweater enthusiasts.
Considering he appears to have raped scores of women over the course of several decades, Cosby’s 3-10 year sentence is appallingly light, but on the plus side, he’s 81, so there’s a good chance he’s tasted the sweet pudding pop of freedom for the last time.
Anyway, millions are rightly celebrating Cosby’s incarceration today, and we salute his victims for their bravery in coming forward and their persistence in seeing that this monster was brought to justice.
Another group that’s rightly jazzed (Get it? Because he likes jazz?) about the Cos being locked away are his fellow inmates.
Despite what Orange Is the New Black might have led you to believe, minimum security prisons are actually rather boring places where amusingly topical monologues are few and far between.
So the arrival of a celebrity inmate — particularly one as famous as Bill Cosby — is highly anticipated occasion.
“Prisoners are excited that Cosby is there,” a source close to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections tells Radar Online.
“Even the toughest cellblocks showed respect for him.”
And it seems they’ve even done the disgraced comic the honor of granting him a prison nickname.
“They’re calling him the ‘OG’ — lingo for ‘original gangster,’” the insider claims.
We’re hoping that nickname is delivered with a healthy dose of irony, as Cosby spent the past 50 years chiding black men for the way they dress by day and drugging and raping women by night.
There’s nothing remotely gangster about either of those activities.
Earlier today, we reported that Cosby is trying to beg his way out of prison by claiming that he’s in danger due to his celebrity status.
Fortunately, prison authorities anticipated that argument, and they essentially shot it down with a statement issued moments ago:
“We are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure Mr. Cosby’s safety and general welfare in our institution,” Corrections Secretary John Wetzel said.
“The long-term goal is for him to be placed in the general population to receive the programming required during his incarceration.”
Sounds like you may want to get comfortable, Mr. Cosby.
You’re gonna be in there longer than Theo got grounded when he took the car without permission. Zab-zippity!

Bill Cosby Begs Wife: Get Me Out of Prison Before I Die In Here!
As you’ve likely heard by now, Bill Cosby was sentenced to 3-10 years in prison yesterday after being convicted of sexually assaulting Andrea Constand.
The disgraced comedy legend was handcuffed and taken into custody shortly after the judge delivered his sentence.
It’s been less than 24 hours since he was imprisoned, but already, Cosby’s booking photo has become a viral sensation, and reports about his first day behind bars are being gleefully shared on every social media platform.
(A report from TMZ that Cosby’s first meal will include Jell-O has proven particularly popular.)
Naturally, Cosby took advantage of his first opportunity to place a phone call, and insiders confirm that he contacted his wife of 54 years, Camille Cosby.
Now, a new report Radar Online claims that Cosby spent most of his time on the phone imploring Camille to do everything in her power to get him out of jail.
“They took my cane, tie and shoelaces because they think I will harm myself,” Cosby reportedly told his wife.
A witness who listened in on the call, says Cosby complained about the conditions and led his wife to believe he was in immediate physical danger:
“He said he had a stale hotdog bun thrown at him and he fell down a few steps because he wasn’t being guided,” the source recalls.
“He told Camille, ‘Grab the checkbook and hire anyone and everyone’ who could get him out as soon as possible.”
Obviously, as a lifelong serial rapist, Cosby is deserving of absolutely zero sympathy.
But if the idea of a mostly-blind 81-year-old grandfather living out what might be his final years in state prison strikes you as tragically pathetic, fear not.
Life is easier for rich people everywhere — including prison.
Cosby will likely serve his sentence in a relatively cushy facility for “low risk” inmates, and a team of lawyers will descend on the place every time a guard so much as looks at him askance.
Fortunately, his treasured “legacy” has been thoroughly decimated, and Cosby’s many victims can hopefully rest easier knowing justice has somewhat been served.
And with any luck, Camille Cosby will soon see the value in being free of her monstrous husband.

Bill Cosby: See His Sullen Booking Photo
Bill Cosby was taken straight to jail on Tuesday afternoon.
As previously reported and celebrated on The Hollywood Gossip, Cosby was sentened to a minimum of three years behind bars for drugging and raping Andrea Constand back in 2004.
The former Temple University employee was just one of several dozen women who made an accusation of this nature against the disgraced comedian.
The ex-sitcom star was denied bail by the judge who decided on his punishment and led away to prison in handcuffs shortly after th enews of his sentencing broke.
Said this Pennsylvania judge upon issuing his decision:
“It is time for justice. Mr. Cosby, this has all circled back to you. The time has come.”
O’Neill also classified Cosby as a “sexually violent predator” – which means his name name will appear on a sex-offender registry – and quoted from Constand’s statement to the court, in which she said Cosby took her “beautiful, young spirit and crushed it.”
This is the photo Cosby was forced to pose for prior to being placed behind bars:
For the record, Cosby declined the change to speak before the sentence came down; afterward,he sat laughing and talking with his defense team.
His wife of 54 years, Camille, was not in court.
Constand, meanwhile, smiled broadly upon hearing the punishment and was hugged by others in the courtroom.
Her five-page long impact statement, which likely played a role in Cosby’s sentencing, described her reaction to the sexual assault as follows:
“The shame was overwhelming. Self-doubt and confusion kept me from turning to my family or friends as I normally did. I felt completely alone, unable to trust anyone, including myself.”
She described Cosby as a mentor who used their relationship to assault her at his mansion in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, in January of 2004.
Constand was just one of over 60 women who have accused Cosby of a similar pattern of behavior.
He has strongly denied their claims over the years and vowed to appeal his conviction in Constand’s case, which was the only one to result in criminal charges due to the statute of limitations.
A publicist for Cosby echoed his clients denials yesterday afternoon, standing in front of reporters and actually saying:
“They persecuted Jesus and look what happened.”
This same awful person also referred to Cosby’s ordeal as “the most racist and sexist trial in the history of the United States,” adding that Cosby was a victim of a nationwide “sex war.”
Stars across Hollywood, for their part, were not nearly as forgiving. Or insane.
Amber Tamblyn, who has been an outspoken advocate of both the Time’s Up and #MeToo movements Tweeted on Tuesday:
“Bill Cosby has been sentenced to 3-10 years for drugging and sexually assaulting many women over the course of many years.
“His survivors have been sentenced to a lifetime of brutal memories and trauma for daring to exist in the first place. Super fair I guess.”
Added Debra Messing, making a reference to Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and the accusations against him:
“Today a PA court deemed #BillCosby a Violent Sexual Predator b4 sentencing him. For decades people maligned &decried his accusers as LIARS. It took 60+ accusers 2 finally bring his survivors justice &vindication.
“Have we learned nothing? #IBelieveDrFord #IBelieveDeborahRamirez.”
Quipped Chelsea Handler: “Bill Cosby is set to serve 3 to 10 years in prison, but when he’s released he’s expected to be nominated to the Supreme Court.”
Albert Brooks also tossed out a joke on social media: “Bill Cosby gets new advertising campaign: Jail-O.”
Cosby’s sentencing is the first major conviction of the #MeToo era.
“This is a very important day. Judgment day has come,” feminist icon Gloria Allred said on CNN. “We’re so very proud of what law enforcement did to make sure we had a just outcome.”
Let’s all hope Cosby dies in prison.

Bill Cosby Sentenced to Prison; How Long Will He Serve?
Bill Cosby may spend the rest of his life in prison.
The disgraced comedian was sentenced to three-10 years behind bars on Tuesday, following his conviction in April on charges of drugging and raping Andrea Constand in 2004.
He will serve this time in state prison.
Cosby is currently 81 years old, so you can do the math in terms of whether he ever walks out of the big house a free man.
But many people will say this is the justice he deserves.
After more than 60 women came forward over the past few years and accused him of sexual assault, the public outcry was intense.
Heck, many people will say he deserves a far harsher punishment than he was handed today, but it’s no slap on the wrist.
Prior to his sentencing, Cosby was officially labeled a “sexually violent predator.”
This means his name will appear on a sex-offender registry, which is sent to neighbors and schools.
He also must commit to lifetime counseling and has been ordered to report quarterly to authorities.
Also in court Tuesday, prosecutors released Constand’s complete victim impact statement.
It was five pages in length and it detailed the harrowing experience of being sexually assaulted by Cosby, along with how this incident continued to plague her through life… up to and including today.
“I wasn’t sure what had actually happened but the pain spoke volumes,” she wrote of what transpired, adding:
“The shame was overwhelming. Self-doubt and confusion kept me from turning to my family or friends as I normally did.”
“I felt completely alone, unable to trust anyone, including myself…”
“The psychological, emotional and financial bullying included a slander campaign in the media that left my entire family reeling in shock and disbelief,” continued Constand in a lengthy message that we’ve excerpted below.
Focusing on the period shortly after the rape, during which she still had to work with Cosby in the Temple University athletic department, Constand wrote:
“The sound of his voice over the phone felt like a knife going through my guts.
“The sight of the man who drugged and sexually assaulted me coming into the basketball office filled me with dread…”
Following a mistrial in the summer of 2017, Cosby’s re-trial lasted 13 days this past spring.
It included testimony from Constand and five other women who claim they were also drugged and sexually assaulted by the disgusting star.
Despite the influx of women who have accused him of these heinous crimes, Cosby has maintained his innocence.
He’s even joked about the allegations and said at times that the women (like, ALL the women) were simply racist and had it out for him; a very famous African-American role model.
Seriously, Cosby has to be one of the worst handful of people on the planet.
Over two days in mid-April, however, Constand testified that Cosby gave her wine and three blue pills to “take the edge off” before he sexually assaulted her at his home near Philadelphia in January of 2004.
“When the sexual assault happened, I was a young woman brimming with confidence and looking forward to a future bright with possibilities,” she wrote the aforementioned impact statement.
“Now, almost 15 years later, I’m a middle-aged woman who’s been stuck in a holding pattern for most of her adult life, unable to heal fully or to move forward.”
Throughout this entire ordeal, Cosby’s wife, Camille, and his daughters – Erika, Errin and Evin – have stood by the star’s side.
Camille even released a lengthy, blistering statement after her husband’s conviction five months ago, in which she said in part:
“This is mob justice, not real justice.”
That was her say at the time.
But Judge Steven T. O’Neill got the final say in court this afternoon, stating simply:
“It is time for justice in a court of law. The day has come. The time has come.”
UPDATE: Cosby was denied bail in court, handcuffed and taken straight to jail.
