Kim Kardashian is dishonest and misleading and she has now admitted as much hereslf.
On tape, no less!
Are we being a tad bit dramatic? Maybe.
But the Keeeping Up with the Kardashians clip featured here depicts Kim sitting around with sister Khloe and mother Kris and explaining that her wrist hurts and she forgot her brace.
The social media mainstay must snap a few selfies, though, however. She simply must.
So… what does Kim do about it?
She asks E! crew member Paxy to take a mini break from her duties and to hold Kim"s phone in the air to make it appear as if she is snapping a selfie.
See! We told you she was a liar!
Khloe and Kris initially scoff at this set-up, but then the latter comes around a bit.
"It"ll protect Kim"s hand without missing a beat on social media," Kris tells the camera. "I"m definitely gonna poach Paxy to be my selfie assistant."

Blac Chyna"s Assistant Dies After Being Taken Off Life Support
A family is in mourning as Patty Hernandez, who was Blac Chyna’s assistant, has passed away after a lengthy health battle.
This is heartbreaking news from those hoping that she would pull through. She is survived by her three children.
Her grieving family is reportedly planning to sue Chyna for wrongful death.
Lorena “Patty” Hernandez suffered a brain hemorrhage back in January at a salon that Blac Chyna owns in Encino.
She was placed on life support. Friends and loved ones have surrounded her, and donations have poured in to her GoFundMe to help with her medical care — and to assist her children.
Unfortunately, it was not enough, as this week’s grim update to her GoFundMe page reveals.
“Hello Everyone it is with a heavy heart that I would like to share that this morning May 14 Patty was pronounced Brain Dead after a 3rd bleed and will have to be disconnected.”
Absolutely heartbreaking. For everyone, but especially for her children.
“We ask you keep our family in prayer during this difficult time.”
Just months ago, there had appeared to be good news — that she was at least able to breathe on her own. But setbacks can happen. This is devastating.
The GoFundMe for Patty Hernandez has raised $ 33,000 out of the $ 50,000 goal.
The text of the page explains Patty’s condition.
“Patty is a loving and dedicated mother of three children (Nathan 13, Raul 12 and Madison 7) and just as loving and dedicated to the rest of her family.”
No health crisis or death is easy to read about, but … it’s always harder when they have children.
“On July of 2017 life changed for Patty, she suffered a stroke that left her partially blind, after several tests, the doctors diagnosed her with a brain AVM ‘Arteriovenous Malformation’ that was present since birth.”
That means that some of her blood vessels aren’t formed properly, and are more prone to bleeding. That’s a problem anywhere, but much worse in the brain.
“A brain AVM is a tangled of abnormal and poorly formed blood vessels (arteries and veins) that have a higher rate of bleeding than normal well-formed vessels.”
And it also made it very difficult to treat.
“Due the location of her AVM, a surgery was not possible and her only option for a treatment was radiation therapy, a therapy that takes 2 years to be effective.”
Meaning that she would have another two years for the damage to continue.
“Yet even radiation therapy does not guarantee her AVM to not rupture causing a head hemorrhage (a bleeding in the brain).”
Cerebral hemorrhages are scary and serious.
“What complicated her condition even more was that Patty was also pregnant. Doctors advised a pregnancy termination, but due to the fact that doctors were not guaranteeing her health, she decided to proceed with the pregnancy.”
That must have been an agonizingly difficult decision. She had three children depending upon her, but that was her choice.
“Despite the complication her AVM produced which included: severe headaches, dizziness, a higher risk pregnancy, and stress rupturing a brain vein.”
Horrifying.
Additionally, Patty could not take medical advice with respect to her job.
“The doctors advised her to not work, but that was not an option for Patty who had her 3 children depending on her for financial security.”
The GoFundMe medical description does not name-drop anyone, but Blac Chyna was her employer.
“On December 18, 2017 Patty suffered a severe head bleed that left her unconscious, and she was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was in the ICU, in whee they preceded to treat her head hemorrhage by draining the blood flooding in her brain.”
Horrible.
“After a CAT scan and a couple of days, Patty was finally stable and doctors advised to terminate her pregnancy, therefore; lowering the chances of another head bleed which would leave her permanently disabled or dead.”
She wanted to be there for her children.
“Patty’s pregnancy was sadly terminated on December 28, 2017.”
Unfortunately, some things cannot be prevented — only delayed.
“On January 11, 2018 she had a seizure which caused her brain to bleed again, this time the bleed was of a stronger magnitude and left Patty in a state of coma.”
In our broken healthcare system, medical debt is the leading cause of personal bankruptcy. And she also has children for whom to care.
“We are asking for your help to cover Patty’s medical expenses and to help her children in this very unfortunate time of need.”
Devastating.
“Thank you for reading and thank you in advance for your donations. In a moment like this, any contribution makes a difference.”
Among the many donations were some large ones, left by celebrities.
Tyga was the first to donate, dropping $ 5,000. Robert Kardashian donated $ 10,000 in two separate installments.
Even Jeffree Star donated $ 10,000.
Patty’s family is reportedly planning to sue Blac Chyna for wrongful death.
There are allegations that Chyna abused her — the specifics of which are unknown — and failed to provide worker’s compensation.
Patty’s family is grieving, and will donate her organs.
Rest in power, Patty.

Kim Kardashian: My Assistant Hates Her Job?!
While sometimes Kim Kardashian uses her platform for a good cause, don"t think that she"s suddenly down-to-earth and totally attuned to "the little people." Because she just got thrown a curveball.
Is Steph Shepherd thinking about quitting her job as Kim Kardashian"s assistant? Kourtney suggests as much on this Keeping Up With The Kardashians preview video.
And, as you can hear for yourself, Kim sounds pissed.
So, in this preview clip, Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian are talking.
(Literally imagine for a moment becoming a multimillionaire and one of the most famous families in the world in part because of hanging out with your siblings and talking)
Kim … sounds like she"s fishing for a fight of some sort, because it"s like she"s holding this tension in her face.
Very conversationally, to Kourtney, she says:
"How was last night? I heard you went out with Steph."
Steph, of course, is Steph Shepherd, Kim"s personal assistant.
"It was fun," Kourtney responds. "We had a good fun night."
She could have left it at that … but then they wouldn"t be the Kardashians that we know, now would they?
"But just a heads up," Kourtney continues. "We were talking and she was just saying she didn"t know what she wanted to do in life."
Whoa … but she"s already doing something in life: Kim"s bidding.
Kourtney continues: "And she feels like maybe she"s in a place where like she"s unfulfilled job-wise … I feel like she"s just looking to like evolve."
That makes sense. There"s not much room for a promotion, right? It"s not like, if Steph works really hard, she"ll one day be promoted and become Kim.
Kim … does not take this news well.
First, Kim gets defensive: "I mean she does have a bigger role in designing Kimoji and doing stuff like that."
And then … Kim goes on the attack.
"But I do think," Kim says. "It"s like inappropriate for her to talk to you and not to me … I mean don"t you think that"s like a little bit unprofessional?"
Except that it isn"t.
Steph was speaking to Kourtney, her friend. She"s not spilling Kim"s secrets or whatever.
If anything, Kourtney"s being a bad friend, here.
It seems like Kourt realizes this, because she sticks up for Steph:
"I think we were talking about like life in general," Kourtney explains. "And because we were talking about it then she brought it up."
You would think that Kourtney had just told Kim that Kanye was feeling dissatisfied in his marriage.
"That"s like a convo she should have with me," Kim replies in an offended-sounding tone.
Kourtney still tries to smooth things over:
"Well now you have the insider info, you can have your answer all prepared."
And Kourtney seems to think that it"s going to come up:
"I"m just giving you a heads up because she"s probably gonna say something."
But … what if Steph was just speaking to Kourtney in the moment, and is overall satisfied with her job for now?
Was Kim prepared to sit around for weeks or months, waiting for Steph to say something and assuming that Steph totally hates her job?
Well, if Kim and Steph didn"t have their talk yet … the cat"s out of the bag, now.
But they"ve probably dealt with it.
We"re sure that Kim doesn"t want to break in a new personal assistant any time soon. Especially since Kim"s third baby could arrive sooner than expected.
It"s normal for people to wonder about their prospects and their direction in life. It"s normal for them to confide it in friends, if perhaps not in their boss" sister.
You know, Kim used to be Paris Hilton"s sidekick, so you"d think that she"d understand that dissatisfaction.
But … Kim"s never had a real job. She works hard, but it"s not the same as being a personal assistant. Not by a long shot.

Selena Gomez: Justin Bieber Fans Are Bullying My Assistant!
It’s been over a year since the last time Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber broke up.
We’ve lost count of just how many times Justin and Selena split over the years, and frankly, we imagine they have, as well.
These days, Selena is dating The Weeknd, and it looks as though Jelena is well and truly a thing of the past.
But don’t tell that to the millions of Justin fans who are still holding out hope for a reconciliation.
Yes, like the Robsten obsessives who refused to accept that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart had broken up, there are thousands of social media users who maintain that Justin and Selena will find their way back to one another someday.
And for some reason, they’ve decided to target their frustrations at Selena’s personal assistant, Teresa Mingus.
Teresa posted a photo of Selena and The Weeknd (real name Abel Tesfaye) with a caption that drove Beliebers up a wall.
“In an industry that’s so hard to be loyal and love, these two made it happen,” Mingus wrote on the photo below:
We waded into the swamp of foolishness that is the comments section on the photo to share with you the most ridiculous pleas from the Jelena faithful:
“JELENAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!”
“True Love always finds its way.”
“Love over promo. REAL love always wins.”
And of course, this gem which appears to have been posted by about a dozen different users:
“Never Say Never @SelenaGomez @JustinBieber”
There were many variations on the theme that Selena and Abel’s relationship is some kind of promotional stunt (as though either party needs the added press, or would stand to benefit from a fake relationship).
Most of these read along the lines of “Abelena is PR” or “Abelena is promo.”
You get the point. It’s basically the Jelena fan equivalent of calling everything you don’t like “fake news.”
And it’s equally dumb.
Look, folks, we live in the world of celebrity gossip.
We eat, sleep, and breathe this stuff, so we’re the last people to dismiss your emotional attachment to your favorite celebrity couples.
But to paraphrase Selena’s BFF, Bieber and Gomez are never, ever, ever getting back together – and that’s a good thing.
By all appearances and based on the accounts of those who knew them best, this was not healthy for either party.
Both Selena and Justin seem happier and more stable these days, so maybe just let that relationship rest in peace?
No? Gonna continue to obsess over a on-again, off-again romance that started when they were both in their teens?
