Tamra Judge Fires Back at RHOC Lawsuit: I Can PROVE Jesus Jugs" Husband is Shady!

Former Real Housewife Alexis Bellino and her husband got a divorce this year, and we even know how much Alexis is getting.

But Jim Bellino is suing Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador for defamation … and he’s demanding that they pay out $ 1 million.

Tamra is hitting back in court, saying that he can’t sue her for defamation … because everything that she said is true.

RadarOnline reports that Tamra Judge hit back at Jim Bellino’s lawsuit, asking the court to dismiss the case.

A court document reads: “Judge’s Statements Regarding Spousal Support and Plaintiff Being ‘Shady’ Cannot Support A Defamation Cause of Action Because It Is True.”

Shannon and Tamra had gossiped a little about Jim when discussing his divorce, but Tamra’s team argues that she didn’t say anything that wasn’t true.

“Plaintiff specifically requests spousal support in his publicly available divorce papers,” the papers argue.

The paper adds: “In addition, Judge’s statement that Plaintiff is a ‘shady motherf–ker’ is also not actionable because it is true.”

Tamra’s team didn’t make that assertion out of nowhere. They included some serious receipts.

“Shady means of doubtful honesty or legality,” the documents establish.

The document mentions: “Plaintiff accepted a deal with the government that gave him probation after he was caught in an FBI investigation for his sale of counterfeit sports memorabilia. (Beaudin Decl. at Exs. 14-15, 18.)”

There are several well-documented pieces of evidence that Tamra believes justify the assertion that Jim is “shady.”

There’s another example: “Plaintiff was sued for fraud, deceit, wrongful foreclosure, breach of written contracts, and other accusations in connection with his company’s foreclosure on a hotel property after receiving $ 2.13 million in a refinance loan. (Id. at Exs. 11, 14.)”

The documents continue to list that which they believe to be shady about Jim.

The papers mention: “He faced foreclosure on a home for delinquent payments and then turned around a purchased a more expensive home the next year. (Id. at Exs. 12-13, 16-17.)”

The documents accuse: “He also allegedly hired and failed to pay an interior designer that resulted in legal action. (Id. at Ex. 19.)”

Folks, please pay the people whom you hire to do work.

Tamra’s team asserts: “These actions all fall within the purview of being ‘shady,’”

Jim, however, continues to rail against both Tamra and Shannon.

“Tamra has slandered and defamed many people,” Jim claims. “This time she messed with the wrong person!! Shannon has severely lied about my business which affects my ability to support my family.”

“In their responses,” Jim continues. “Neither one of them addressed the true damaging statements they have made. It’s time someone puts a stop to their careless malicious attacks.”

Look, no one is accusing Tamra of being a good person. Her outrageous behavior has made her estranged from her daughter and has also made her into an unflattering meme.

But some feel that this lawsuit is weak, a huge overreaction, or even frivilous.

Their next court date is October 18, 2018.

Alexis Bellino: RHOC Alum is Getting a Divorce

If you’ve been following Shannon and David Beador’s divorce, you know that stars on The Real Housewives of Orange County are no strangers to ending long marriages.

That grim fact is just as true for former stars of the series.

Former RHOC Housewife Alexis Bellino and her husband, Jim, are parting ways after 13 years of marriage.

It’s been years, but Alexis Bellino was part of the main cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County.

She was one of the leading ladies for seasons 5, 6, 7, and 8 before she departed from the series in 2013. Since then, fans have mostly just kept up with her on social media.

TMZ reports that Alexis’ husband, Jim Bellino, filed for divorce from her, citing irreconcilable differences.

He filed the documents on Thursday, so this sounds very fresh.

He listed the date of separations as “TBD,” so we guess that they’ll figure out when exactly they parted ways. Divorces can be complicated.

Jim is seeking joint legal custody of their children. He will also be asking for spousal support payments from Alexis.

Alexis and Jimgot married on April 16, 2005. As we said, it has been over 13 years since that wedding.

They have three children — a son, James, and twin daughters, Melania and Mckenna.

This beautiful family is changing forever. Sometimes, there’s no other option.

“Irreconcilable differences” is basically divorce court lingo for “we don’t want to be married anymore,” so that doesn’t really give us any insight into what drove these two apart.

This is Alexis’ second divorce.

In 2002, she married her college sweetheart.

In 2004, the year before she married Jim, she and her first husband divorced.

We can at least speculate a little about when the date of separation may have been.

Alexis has never been shy about sharing family photos from vacations or home life or holidays.

But she has not shared a photo that features Jim since April.

On Mother’s Day, she shared a photo of a beautiful bouquet of flowers — and revealed that it was a gift from her children.

So … it looks like these two have been on the outs to some degree for a couple of months.

It’s worth noting that, during their marriage, the Bellino household was noted for being “traditional.”

Jim is a self-made entrepreneur.

Alexis wasn’t just a Housewife — she was also very much a housewife. She managed the household and watched after her children and prepared elaborate meals for her husband when he got home.

While some of that may have been played up for the cameras, some viewers found the Bellino house’s gender roles to be a little antiquated.

Alexis was also known for devoting a few hours a day, every day, to fitness.

She also opened up a few years ago about her personal struggles with bullimia.

Alexis and Jim made friend with Tamra Judge — back when she was Tamra Barney — and her then-husband, Simon Barney when Simon sold them a luxury car.

They formed a fast friendship at the time.

However, though Alexis jumped ship from RHOC before Season 9, she did not enjoy the Season 10 episode in which Tamra got baptised on camera.

Alexis wrote an email to Andy Cohen, which he shared, saying that she felt that Tamra had “made a mockery” of her faith.

The two reportedly reconciled later.

It will be interesting to see how Alexis’ divorce works out. Hopefully, it will be more pleasant for her children than Tamra and Simon’s divorce was for theirs.

Shannon Beador: My New Boyfriend Will NEVER Be on RHOC!

Shannon Beador is in the middle of a messy, contentious divorce, but she also has a new boyfriend.

While she wants to ban David Beador from appearing on The Real Housewives of Orange County, fans would love to see her new romance captured by Bravo’s cameras.

But apparently, fans won’t be seeing her new love on TV. Here’s why:

According to RadarOnline, Shannon Beador is very aware that everything about her, her life, her family, and her acrimonious divorce are under a microscope.

“Every single aspect of Shannon’s life is on public display.”

That goes with the territory of being a reality star.

But while she’s mostly okay with it, she is seeking to keep her new boyfriend, Alex, off-screen.

“So she wanted this to just be between the two of them.”

That is absolutely understandable.

Shannon, the report says, is not the only one who feels this way.

“And Alex agreed.”

In fact, it sounds like this was as much his wish as hers.

“He doesn’t want to be on camera.”

Not everyone is cut out for a life as a reality star.

“And neither of them are interested in him appearing on RHOC.”

That’s good. Besides, Shannon has plenty of storyline without him.

That said, though Shannon’s family and divorce and weight loss journey and friendships will probably be the focus, we can expect to at least hear about him.

“Shannon does talk about Alex and references her newfound relationship on the upcoming season.”

That’s good. Fans will want to stay updated and we’re sure that she wants to share. Just … up to a point.

“She is keeping him to herself right now and is keeping their relationship out of the spotlight.”

That is totally fair.

“The two of them are very happy together and are quite serious already.”

Reports say that he has even met her daughters. It sounds like they’re really getting along well.

“They just complement each other very well.”

We should note that David got himself a hot, younger girlfriend several months ago.

Some wonder if Shannon may end up getting into trouble, as her fellow Real Housewife, Kenya Moore (of RHOA), did.

See, Kenya married her husband, Marc Daly, in secret. She did not tell anyone or invite Bravo’s cameras.

Not only did she force the cameras to miss this major life milestone, but Marc refused to appear on camera.

For an entire season, she seemed to be on the brink of losing her job. (Marc actually changed his mind and surprised her with an on-air appearance)

Will Shannon repeat that mistake?

Well … probably not. Right now, she and Alex are still dating. Bravo’s cameras don’t have to capture every aspect of your life.

If she and Alex get engaged, then yes, they will have to talk about him appearing on the show.

(This might be our favorite photo of Shannon. The context, in which she was on a date with Alex to see a Poison concert, doesn’t matter)

We’re glad that Shannon is finding happiness and we of course wish her the best in this new relationship.

As fans learn more and more about David Beador’s cruel treatment of Shannon, they’re happier about the couple’s divorce.

But it sounds like it’s going to be a long fight. Remember, David reportedly had the water turned off at her house out of spite, and is said to have yelled obscenities at her in the courthouse.

We hope that this time with Alex can give her the happiness that she deserves.

Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge: Both Leaving RHOC?!

At the reunion special, when Vicki Gunvalson warned castmates that she was leaving … it might have been more than just drama.

A new report claims that Vicki may leave The Real Housewives of Orange County, which would be a real shock to the series.

What’s more is that Tamra Judge might also quit the series.

We’ve heard a lot about cast shakeups, and we’ll get to what we already know.

But first, let’s talk about why Vicki might disappear from our televisions.

Page Six reports that Vicki Gunvalson doesn’t like how the series is changing:

“The Real Housewives of Orange County reunion was extremely emotional because Vicki warned the girls that she is stepping down next season.”

Most people assumed that it was all, you know, typical reunion special theatrics.

What could have Vicki so bent out of shape that she’d turn down a hefty salary (something in the neighborhood of $ 750,000 a year, it’s said) and fame?

“There have been quiet castings for new women.”

Not public but not so quiet, actually.

A couple of women have been fired from The Real Housewives of Orange County, and reports always said that they were looking to hire several new castmembers.

“The Housewives franchise is thinking of new girls for the show and is asking around for new women for the next season.”

And it sounds like Vicki isn’t handling the proposed changes well.

“Vicki threatened to not come back at all if there’s a new cast.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County with some new faces would be different. 

The Real Housewives of Orange County without Vicki Gunvalson would be virtually unrecognizable.

But what about Tamra Judge?

She wasn’t part of the series from the start, and though she has friends among her costars, it’s not like she’s the face of the franchise.

Still, what could drive her to leave The Real Housewives of Orange County?

Especially when she and Vicki just made peace with each other after years of feuding?

Page Six reports that their insiders says that Tamra Judge “is also thinking of not coming back.”

Why?

Well, because of Tamra Judge’s estrangement from her daughter, Sidney Barney.

Even at the reunion, Tamra Judge was still addressing Sidney’s post that slammed her after Tamra violated her wishes and privacy by posting photos of her graduation.

Sidney Barney has been estranged from her mother for years, and on top of accusing her mother of neglect and emotional abuse, Sidney laments that Tamra continues to mention her.

Sidney resents being used by her mother as a storyline.

If Tamra is really considering stepping down from the series, it may be that she’s decided to start respecting her daughter’s wishes.

Vicki Gunvalson is the OG Housewife, folks.

While no one will miss the unlikable Peggy Sulahian, Vicki has been a mainstay on The Real Housewives of Orange County since the series debuted at what now feels like the dawn of time.

Vicki just settled things with longstanding friend-turned-enemy Tamra Judge, even after things seemed to worsen this season as she continued to bring up rumors that Tamra’s husband is gay.

(Both women got flack for that — Vicki for spreading a rumor with homophobic undertones, and Tamra for responding so negatively)

And Vicki even made nice with Shannon Beador, realizing that she might have played some role in Shannon Beador’s impending divorce.

Will Vicki decide that this is a good place to leave things? That would be a disappointment to many fans.

Tamra Judge’s feud with Vicki Gunvalson is over.

It was a storyline that spanned years. In fact, Tamra Judge screaming at Vicki became a meme.

(There are people in this world who have never watched a minute of The Real Housewives of Orange County who are very familiar with the gif of Tamra Judge yelling “that’s my OPINION!”)

And it’s not like Tamra is now out of storylines.

Gretchen Rossi may be returning to ruin Tamra’s life. If the price is right.

Finally, though we would of course encourage Tamra to never mention Sidney on the series or social media, we don’t know that quitting the series would help.

When you screw up as a parent, sometimes there’s nothing that you can do. You can stop doing bad things, but you can’t undo the past. You can’t give somebody the happy childhood that you stole from them.

Gretchen Rossi: Returning to RHOC to Ruin Tamra Judge"s Life?!

We’ve heard that one of the priorities that producers had for this past season was to try to reunite Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge.

That goal was apparently why they brought back Lydia McLaughlin. And, mission more or less accomplished, they’ve now fired Lydia McLaughlin. Make of that what you will.

But that doesn’t mean that Tamra is headed for a drama-free life. Because it looks like Gretchen Rossi is going to make an epic return to The Real Housewives of Orange County.

Tamra Judge and Gretchen Rossi aren’t exactly what you’d call friends.

You might think that, with Gretchen no longer on The Real Housewives of Orange County, the ongoing dislike between the two of them might have cooled off during the past season.

Out of sight, out of mind, you know?

Instead, things actually reached a boiling point — no, they more or less exploded — between Gretchen and Tamra.

See, back in August, Sidney Barney slammed Tamra Judge as a bad mother, accusing neglect and emotional abuse.

Sidney, not an adult, alleged that her estranged mother continued to use her as a storyline despite her repeated requests to not be mentioned, that Tamra misrepresented her relationship with Sidney to gain sympathy from followers, and that Tamra basically just sucks.

Sidney said that a little more eloquently, but you get the idea.

How did Gretchen respond to Sidney’s post?

With sympathy and support. Gretchen wrote in a publicly visible reply to Sidney’s post:

“You have no idea how your brave words are helping so many who have been wronged by your mother’s manipulation and lies as well … “

We honestly doubt that this was Sidney’s intention, but Gretchen was clearly making this about her.

“So thank you for being brave enough to speak the truth.”

“I am so sorry your mother and your family is going through any of this, especially publicly, but continue to stay strong.”

“Your morals and strength are commendable and inspiring.”

That is classic the enemy of my enemy is my friend, right there.

Well, it looks like Tamra’s life is about to get a whole lot more stressful.

RadarOnline reports that Gretchen Rossi is being courted to return to The Real Housewives of Orange County.

For a price.

“Gretchen is willing to return, but producers know she will only sign if they offer the kind of money she can’t refuse.”

According to their source, Gretchen wants the kind of salary that Vicki Gunvalson is making.

Reportedly, Vicki is pulling in about $ 750,000 a year. But apparently producers think that Gretchen might be worth it.

“Producers for RHOC know that they need someone who is going to bring the drama, and Gretchen will certainly do just that.”

She’ll certainly do that.

After Vicki and Tamra ever-so-slightly mended fences in Iceland, producers will want new, fresh drama that doesn’t threaten to derail the entire series.

They’ll also need it to be a source of reliable drama, too.

“Gretchen will never, ever make up with Tamra.”

That sounds much better than the random fights that the now-fired Peggy Sulahian used to engage in for no reason other than the fact that cameras were rolling.

“The two hate each other so much and it does not matter to Gretchen whether or not Vicki let it go because she will not.”

Gretchen and Vicki, of course, are still friends. But it sounds like Gretchen won’t hold back.

You know that Vine (who else is excited about Vine 2?!) where the kid does his impression of Real Housewives by stuffing his shirt hilariously and then saying “I won’t hesitate, bitch” while pointing a toy gun?

That, it sounds like, is what we can look forward to from the next season of The Real Housewvies of Orange County.

Assuming that producers cough up the requisite dough, that is.

With Meghan King Edmonds remaining on the show because she’s pregnant and Gretchen a likely castmate, we’re reportedly still looking at at least three new castmates being added to the roster for next season.

It’ll be interesting to see what sort of dynamic the producers cook up.

Vicki Gunvalson: "I"m Off This Damn Show!" on RHOC Reunion Special

Now that The Real Housewives of Orange County season finale has aired, it is of course time for the reunion special.

This may be hard to process, because it"s so uncharacteristic for a gathering of Real Housewives, but … drama ensues.

In fact, in this sneak peek that we have for you below, the stars seem rife with conflict. And multiple someones storm off of the set. 

The Real Housewives of Orange County reunion special is going to be so much.

We"re not just saying that because, you know, it"s The Real Housewives of Orange County and when these reality personalities gather, you always know that it will be a lot.

(But … also that)

No, in the sneak peek video that we have for you below, things appear to escalate pretty quickly as the Housewives, and Andy Cohen, round the bases and cover various conflicts and storylines that they had.

And, of course, deliver some updates.

Bravo teases:

"Viewers will hear Shannon"s full story on her heartbreaking split with David, while Tamra reveals the latest in her estrangement with her daughter. As Vicki gives an update on Briana"s health, one housewife shares some surprising news. And, an unlikely turn of events leaves everyone, including Andy, in shock."

The special hasn"t aired yet, but we can share a little more than that.

First, Tamra Judge.

Tamra Judge"s daughter has publicly slammed her, 

This isn"t a fit of teen rebellion or a too common case of daughters and mothers coming into conflict. This is a lot more serious and probably a lot more permanent.

See, back in July, Tamra Judge shared an update on her estranged daughter, Sidney Barney. It took the form of photos from Sidney"s graduation from high school.

Cute, right?

Not so much.

First of all, Sidney"s father, Simon Barney, forced her to invite her mother.

Second of all, Sidney asked that her mother not share any of those photos. Naturally, being the woman that she is, Tamra promptly plastered those pics all over social media to brag about how close she and Sidney were to a reconciliation.

As the chyron on The Real Housewives of Orange County"s season finale reminds us, this did not sit well with Sidney.

Sidney made a rare Facebook update, posting a lengthy and very well-worded letter explaining exactly why her mother"s behavior was so deceptive and disgusting.

She also spoke about Tamra"s other poor qualities, about her emotional abuse and about her neglect as a parent.

We fully expect for Tamra"s reunion update to be that she and Sidney still aren"t speaking, which would be for the best.

If Tamra says something else … well, if it"s a lie, perhaps Sidney will give the world another update.

Because if Tamra were really interested in putting her daughter first, as all mothers should, she would be respecting Sidney"s wishes and not using their estrangement as a storyline.

Lydia McLaughlin is getting into a bit of a tiff.

She"s never been one to be shy (as if any Real Housewife has ever been shy) about her thoughts and opinions.

And the teaser below shows a no-context clip of her defending herself or her faith … or both.

"You don"t understand my faith; of course it"s not going to make sense to you."

Lydia isn"t a member of a minority faith that typically needs explaining — she"s a Christian and she makes no secret of that.

It"ll be interesting to see how that argument, which you"ll see a few seconds of below, is resolved and what it"s all about.

It will also be interesting to hear Shannon Beador talk about her split.

We don"t look forward to seeing her cry.

Some people you can watch cry and it"s like watching water droplets run down the wall of your shower. Other people, you can"t help but feel for.

For whatever reason, Shannon Beador really gets to me.

But now, for the main event: Vicki Gunvalson.

Is Vicki, the queen bee of The Real Housewives of Orange County, who has been a fixture on reality television since the series first began, really going to leave the show?

At one point, as you"ll see in this teaser, she gets so upset that she storms off of the set.

She looks so distraught and seeks comfort in her dressing room.

But though the camera doesn"t cross the threshold to follow her, you hear the words:

"I"m off this damn show!"

And, as you"ll see below, she"s not even the only one to walk off of the set.

Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge: Their Feud May Destroy RHOC!

Feuds are amazing fuel for the drama the drives reality television.

When a feud gets so bad, even off-camera, that it starts interfering with the show … that’s a catastrophic backfire and it can kill a successful series.

The Real Housewives of Orange County may be in hot water, because reports say that two of the Housewives refuse to film together, and this tension threatens to rip the series apart at the seams.

Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge used to be friends, as hard as that may be to imagine.

Lately, they’ve been everything but.

And you can basically blame that on the show.

The two struggled with each other for camera time and storylines until Vicki Gunvalson had secured her place as the queen bee on RHOC.

That didn’t mean that Tamra Judge was counted out — as her conflicts with Vicki are a long-running storyline for herself but also for their costars.

In the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, not one but two other Housewives were dragged into their feud.

That might not say good things about humanity, but it makes for television gold.

Now, though, it looks like it’s become too much.

According to a report by RadarOnline, Vicki Gunvalson is refusing to film with Tamra Judge. Like, at all.

Apparently, Vicki “straight up told Bravo execs that she will not film” with Tamra.

Their insider also claims that Tamra shares those sentiments, though it doesn’t sound like Tamra’s taken her demands to producers.

If you’re thinking that this is ridiculous behavior for two grown women, you’re right.

If you’re also thinking that maybe this kind of prima donna behavior will have repercussions for them on the show … maybe not.

The insider claims that Vicki and Tamra are both very confident in their places.

“Vicki and Tamra are absolutely both coming back next season. The network will not boot either one of them and they both know it.”

That’s pretty true.

Vicki Gunvalson is the one who holds court on The Real Housewives of Orange County. It’s hard to imagine the series without her.

Their bad behavior might actually end up earning them a … reward.

“Producers do not know what to do about it at this moment, and they are considering paying each one of them a substantial bonus to coexist in the same scenes together.”

If you’re wondering why the producers don’t just have them film but separately, there’s a reason for that.

“They are the reason that the Orange County franchise continues to do so well.”

The show needs just the right amount of conflict.

Vicki and Tamra can provide that.

Vicki Gunvalson is indisputably the higher ranking of these two ladies. As we said, it’s hard to see her going anywhere as long as this show is still running.

We have to wonder if, should this continue, Tamra might end up having to leave the show.

Her place might be secure now, but will that always be the case?

After all that we’ve heard about how Tamra Judge treated her daughter, our feeling on Tamra having to leave could be summed up with a famous Kim Kardashian quote:

“It’s what she deserves.”
