Jean Blanc Accuses Colton Underwood of Having a Micropenis
Things have turned rather personal between Jean Blanc and Colton Underwood.
Like, very, very, very, very, VERY personal.
At this point, we should likely state that the rest of this post may not be safe for work or for young children…
Both Blanc and Underwood competed on Season 14 of The Bachelorette, vying for the heart of star Becca Kufrin.
Both advanced far enough and made enough of an impression with their personalities to have been featured last Monday night on the Men Tell All special.
At one point on this special episode, Blanc was called to the sofa alongside Kufrin and placed on the hot seat by handsome host Chris Harrison.
It didn’t take long for things to escalate from here, as ABC was forced to censor most of the back-and-forth between Blanc on the couch and Underwood from a spot in the crowd.
Did Underwood really tell Blanc to “shut the f-ck up,” as it sounded like to those of us watching at home?
Dod Blanc really respond by slamming Colton as a “pussy” and making a remark about his well-publicized virginity in the process?
No, actually.
Not according to Jean Blanc at least.
“Colton called me [a pussy.] His negative energy was directed towards me, and it made me feel very uncomfortable,” the scorned suitor told Life & Style this week, adding:
“On the show, I was shocked and disappointed by the vulgarity and level of aggression by Colton. He is desperate to become the next Bachelor and is doing everything he can to maintain relevancy. It’s sad.”
The possibility of Underwood as The Bachelor isn’t far-fetched, that’s for sure.
The series has never featured a virgin before and there’s no doubt such a unique trait would be marketable to the network.
Added Jean Blanc in this interview:
“The real version of what occurred was Colton attacking me, and me repeating what was uttered.”
Underwood has spoken at length about his decision to not yet have slipped his penis inside of a woman’s vagina.
But that’s exactly what it has been, he’s emphasized, a decision… until the right person comes along.
Blanc, however, says something else.
“Nothing I am saying is inaccurate,” Jean told the aforementioned tabloid, adding in juicy detail he swears to be true:
“What was the reason he was a virgin? Because he is waiting for the right one? Colton told me he has a micropenis, I think that’s the reason why Colton is a virgin.
“Him attacking me is a reflection of his ‘insecurities’ like he said on the show and it’s disappointing to hear that.”
Having a micropenis is a legitimate medical condition.
It refers to a man possessing an unusually small penis, with the common criterion being a dorsal (measured on top) erect penile length of at least 2.5 standard deviations smaller than the mean human penis size and…
… wait, WHAT?!?
Blanc wants us to believe that Underwood willingly offered up this information to him?
We may need to call BS on this claim.
(Which we say with no judgment to any virgin or anyone with a micropenis. Respect all around. We simply do not believe what Jean Blanc is saying here.)
In terms of his virginity, Colton has said the following on this Men Tell All Special:
“I hope that at least I started a dialogue and I started a conversation in which they can understand what makes me, me…
“I’m not here to prove a point. I’m not here to defend myself, I’m not here to say I’m better than anybody else…
“What I am here to do is be true to who I am, and The Bachelorette has helped me do that… This has been so good for me and so therapeutic for me.”

Ember Jean Roloff: Is She Too Young to Be a Spokesperson?
Audrey Roloff absolutely, positively, totally and completely loves her daughter.
On this question, we have no doubt.
Just read all the Little People, Big World star has to say about her first child and you won’t wonder about her unparalleled affection, either.
Nevertheless, an intriguing debate has been ignited over the Internet and how Audrey sometimes talks about young Ember.
Or, to be more specific, about how Audrey talks about her business and how it pertains to young Ember.
As much as almost anyone on the World Wide Web, Roloff is an open book. She candidly discusses her faith and her family on a frequent basis via Instagram.
We very much appreciate this honesty; recently, however, Audrey has tied in these messages about religion and about her daughter with pleas to purchase her products.
In THIS POST, for instance, she gushes about God and all He means to her… and then suggests readers buy a certain weekly planner from a company that likely paid her to make this suggestion.
That’s a bit… tacky, right?
A bit untoward? A bit inappropriate? A bit counter to the teachings of Jesus Christ?
And now Audrey has sort of done the same thing with Ember Jean.
First, the reality star posted the adorable snapshot of her four-month old that we also posted at the outset of this article.
Then, Audrey wrote a caption alongside the image that she admitted right up front was a “Giveaway.”
Proceeding to tag her online store’s Instagram account, Roloff wrote the following:
I’ve had sooooo many of you ask me about the @snuggle_me_organic lounger. It is hands down one of our absolute favorite baby products.
It’s soooo soft, organic, and mimics being held – so Ember LOVES it.
I’ve teamed up with Snuggle Me and some other rad mamas to give you a chance to win one of SIX Snuggle Me Organic Baby Bundles (lounger, 2 covers and puddle pad). Follow the Snuggle Me babies!
Head to each mamas account to see each different babe in their own lounger!
Some folks, of course, will say this is harmless.
They’d even applaud Audrey for trying to earn a living, for being an entrepreneur and simply attempting to make some money with which she’ll support her family.
Others, however, may counter that this is the type of thing we’d expect to see from Kim Kardashian or Kris Jenner.
That’s the criticism those stars often receive, right? That they exploit their kids for profit and attention?
Is that really all that different from what Audrey is doing here?
Or from what she also did recently when she combined marital advice with self-promotion?
As you can see above, rarely does Audrey share a picture that doesn’t include either her, her baby or both wearing one of Roloff’s “Always More” shirts.
Is she doing anything wrong in these instances?
Or is she doing everything right by making a living?
It really is an interesting debate, don’t you think?
Click through many precious photos of Ember below while you ponder it…

Jeremy Roloff Comes Under Fire for... Tickling Ember Jean?!?
The Internet can be a very strange place.
Also, a very cruel and misguided place.
And Jacob Roloff is finding this out the hard way.
Earlier this week, Audrey Roloff shared a seemingly harmless video on her Facebook page.
Not just harmless, but very sweet and cute and precious.
The footage features husband Jeremy Roloff playing with the couple’s daughter, Ember Jean, an adorable young lady who was born in September to the Little People, Big World stars.
Jeremy is tickling her, Ember is laughing and it’s enough to make any Internet user smile for days on end…
… or get really, really upset, apparently.
Here’s the video in question:
“These two are my favorite,” Audrey wrote as a caption.
And who can blame her?
A lot of people, sadly.
In response to this video, some Facebook followers have come out with a harsh assessment of Jeremy’s actions.
“NOT a good idea to tickle a child,” someone named Barbara Koppelman Smith says, for example, explaining why as follows:
“It renders them absolutely HELPLESS with a natural uncontrollable response of laughter. There are much better and more healthy ways to make a baby laugh!”
Adds Jo’Lene Tover:
“I remember being tickled as a child and I remember that I hated it. This family is awesome but the point being made is to do research on the effects of tickling.
“I could not catch my breath enough to say stop and if I could the tickler would not stop. It was torturous.
“Sometimes I would actually get tears in my eyes and thought I was going to die from being tickled.”
Research on the effects of tickling.
Can’t say we’ve ever heard that one before.
Back in 1997, The New York Times published an article that quoted Dr. Richard Alexander of the University of Michigan.
He did remark that too much tickling is not healthy for a young child.
“A child can be transformed from laughter into tears by going the tiniest bit too far with tickling, raising the question of whether tickling is an expression of dominance,” Alexander explained at the time.
“There are lots of people who do abusive tickling, causing great mental pain, and that raises a big question about laughter.”
Well, okay then.
Sort of.
We have multiple responses to this report and to the backlash surrounding Jeremy.
FIRST, it does not sound like tickling is the problem. It sounds like excessive tickling is the problem.
SECOND, we’re pretty sure Jeremy would notice if his daughter started crying and would instantly stop.
THIRD, seriously people, give these people a break.
Give all parents a break.
Audrey has already admitted to carrying around a lot of mom guilt. Can she please just share a cute example of her husband and baby having fun without hearing it from the Mommy Shaming Police?
Does anyone out there doubt Jeremy loves his kid?
Does anyone doubt Ember is being raised in a happy and healthy environment?
Can’t that be enough for now, without so-called parenting experts feeling the need to chime in on absolutely everything?
Haven’t you given Audrey enough flak for random, dumb reasons?
Let the TLC star live! Let her husband play with his child! Everything will be okay, we promise!
Little People, Big World will return with new episodes on TLC this spring.
Many of them will be dedicated to this couple’s journey to parenthood and their life as the mother and father of Ember Jean.
We vow not to judge as we watch.

Zach Roloff Shares Precious Pic with Jackson AND Ember Jean!!
Seeing photos of precious baby Jackson is always a treat. So is seeing pictures of his little cousin, sweet Ember Jean.
As the Little People, Big World stars look forward to 2018, Zach Roloff has been posting sweet photos.
Including one of him with both babies, showing off his pride as a father and an uncle in the sweeted Roloff picture that we’ve seen.
This photo of proud father Zach Roloff with his son, adorable baby Jackson Roloff, is a treasure.
In the photo’s caption, Zach says that the two of them are watching soccer together. Cute!
(As I’m sure you remember, Zach Roloff was enthusiastic about sports as a child, and went into coaching as an adult, so this father-son activity is near and dear to his heart)
But Zach also shared a new photo, and this time, he and Jackson have a very special guest:
Awwww, look at them!
Zach captioned the photo:
“Cousin Ember hanging out with her Cousin Jackson and Uncle Zach.”
Both babies have spent so much time together that they’re no strangers to it.
But getting to see Zach in his role as proud father and proud uncle at the same time? That’s a rare and special photo.
We imagine that part of what may have encouraged the picture was that a number of followers and fans (errantly) assumed that another photo had shown Jackson and Ember side-by-side.
Now, there are a few photos of the two baby cousins together.
But a number of followers commented, some sounding confused, that “Ember” had blonde hair. She didn’t. It was a different baby.
Folks, the Roloffs do have friends and acquaintances who aren’t each other. That’s part of being a person.
We wonder if that got Zach thinking that he should post a new photo of the Roloff cousins — and himself, as a bonus.
Fans were thrilled to see the photo of Zach with the pair of baby cousins, and they added the comments to show it:
“Aww cute cousins!”
The cutest of cousins, in fact.
“Such a cute picture. Just think, [next] Christmas Zach will be chasing them around and you’ll be trying to catch action Jackson for a quick pic..lol”
Honestly, calling a 7-month-old “action Jackson” seems a little premature, but we like the sentiment.
“Zack you look so happy there with your beautiful niece and your handsome son Jackson they are getting so big!”
He does look happy!
“Good luck to you young man many years I’ve seen you all on tv and God bless you and all your family in this world.”
Other fans commented on how naturally Zach has “taken to” the babies.
Of course, another “fan” commented about Zach’s sex life. We’re sure that the suggestion came with the best of intentions, but … boundaries, dude.
Some fans believe that family black sheep Jacob Roloff may be expecting his own child. If so, Zach will be a double-uncle (okay, still just an uncle) and the photo opportunities will get even better.
Though, as one of those commenters warned, these babies aren’t going to be sitting still for long.
We need to enjoy these pics while they’re still easy to take.

Audrey Roloff: RIPPED for This Photo of Ember Jean
Audrey Roloff is very open about three things on her Instagram account:
- Her deep faith.
- Her affection for her daughter.
- Her desire to sell various forms of attire and promote her brand.
And when number-three gets mixed up with either of the first two points, followers sometimes take issue.
Back in August, for example, Audrey wrote that she was nervous to give birth, but then explained that she felt comforted by her belief in Jesus Christ.
“Thank you Lord for being the author of life, my comforter, my strength, and my shield,” the Little People, Big World star concluded in a caption.
Very poignant, right?
The thing is, she then included a link to her online store and added:
We can’t wait to meet our baby girl and dress her in all the new baby onesies that I launched in my shop yesterday!!!
A handful of critics questioned whether it was right for Audrey to gush over God in one sentence… and then promote capitalism in the next sentence.
Was she basically exploiting her religion just to sell some clothing?
Now, many of those same critics are out in force.
As a caption to the first image shared above, Roloff has written the following:
Me and my girl. We go together like coffee and milk. Where are my fellow coffee lovin mamas at? I just launched these tees in my shop @shopalwaysmore.
You can get get the onesie and the tee for 25% OFF when you use the code: BUNDLE at checkout. Alwaysmore.com
The TLC personality then used the hashtags “#shopalwaysmore #alwaysmoremilk #alwaysmorecoffee” to wrap up her post.
Something just feels a bit icky about all of this, right?
No one doubts Audrey’s faith or her love for little Ember Jean. Not at all. That would be crazy.
However, is it a tad unseemly to essentially use your own small child as a model for your clothing line?
(And let’s ignore the fact that not everyone likes milk in his or her coffee!).
Fans, of course, can easily argue that Audrey is just trying to make a living.
The money she’ll earn from these t-shirts will be used to support the same daughter with whom she’s posing in all these adorable pictures, including the Roloff Christmas card.
Moreover, they’d likely state, take a frickin chill pill. We’re talking about a simple picture here.
Ember isn’t being made to do anything that a million other babies don’t do on a daily basis and no one is forcing readers to click on any links or purchase any items.
We can see both sides of the argument.
Where do YOU stand?
Should Roloff stop combining thoughts on religion and images of her loved ones with her website/company promotion?
Or is this all much ado about nothing at all?

Ember Jean Roloff Just Accomplised Two Fun Firsts!
It’s been a couple days chock full of excitement for Ember Jean Roloff.
The latest Little People, Big World cast member has been treated to a pair of exciting first by her brand, each of which is sort of opposite from the other.
Meaning what, exactly?
Well, to begin with, Audrey and Jeremy took their precious bundle of joy to the beach, something that can do in December while residing in the Pacific Northwest.
As you can see above, Ember was all snug and cozy in her mom’s arms, as Audrey wrote the following caption to the cute snapshot:
“Ember’s first trip to the beach. The Oregon coast decided to really showing off #gooniesneverdie #beating50percent #weekendidos.”
This wasn’t the only family outing for Ember, however.
She also got to hang out with her aunt, uncle and cousin, doing something that contrasts greatly from spending time on the beach:
She went Christmas tree shopping!
“Starting new traditions now that we’re a family of three,” Audrey wrote as a caption to this second photo.
She added:
“Taking our little adventurers out Christmas tree picking. What are some of your favorite family traditions?! #journeyofjerandauj #weekendidos.”
For anyone that has followed Little People, Big World since its premiere on TLC, this second photo actually is very moving.
Tori and Zach welcomed son Jackson into their universe in May, about five months before Audrey and Jeremy became first-time parents.
Both couple have come so very far since we first met them, so you’ll forgive us if we get a bit teary-eyed looking at this expanded family portrait.
It just makes us yearn for new episodes of the enjoyable reality show, which some fans fear is on the verge of cancelation.
ADORABLE COUSINS ALERT!
We strongly doubt this is the case, however.
Yes, it’s a bit odd that no return date has been announced.
But we know cameras were filming Molly Roloff’s wedding this August and no cast member has hinted that the program is in jeopardy.
We mean…it can’t go away now!
There are so many new stories to be told about Jacob making up with his relatives, Jackson growing into a toddler, Audrey and Jeremy adjusting to parenthood and so much more!
We’ll be sure to keep fans apprised of the show’s status, but we caution viewers not to panic.
Do the opposite, in fact: take in the adorable collection of Roloff family pictures below as you wait for these fine folks to return to your lives!

Audrey Roloff: Mom-Shamed for Doing THIS to Ember Jean!
Of all of the not-so-great parents in the world and even on reality television, why do people waste their time going after the Roloffs?
Once again, Audrey and Jeremy Roloff are getting parent-shamed after posting a photo of Audrey and Ember. Yes, there are people who see precious photos of Ember Jean and go looking for a reason to get angry.
And this time, Jeremy is clapping back!
There are some well-and-truly awful parents in this world, it’s true. Reckless, vicious, violent.
But until Audrey and Jeremy start acting like they attended parenting classes with Jim Bob Duggar, Kate Gosselin, and Ariel Winter’s mom, maybe we should all put down our torches and pitchforks, okay?
Because Auj and Jer are good parents who absolutely treasure their baby.
And just like how Tori Roloff did not “endanger” baby Jackson by having a lone and almost certainly secured stuffed animal in the corner of his crib, Audrey and Jeremy don’t deserve the kind of responses that their innocuous photos engender from parent-shamers.
Even in the few weeks since Ember Jean was born, Audrey’s been targeted by other shamers.
In fact, Audrey Roloff was just mom-shamed for the way that she dresses Ember. Her “crime?” Putting her daughter in baby leggings instead of a baby dress.
What is it about maternity that makes people’s “fans” offer up their unsolicited advice and terrible opinions?
What is it about babies that make people forget that different children develop at different rates?
Anyway, are you ready to see the photo — posted to Facebook by Jeremy Roloff — that ruffled so many feathers?
We’ve actually shown you this pic before:
Obviously, you saw this image and immediately reached for your pitchfork, which everyone keeps around and handy just in case the Roloffs post another baby photo.
Oh, you didn’t because you’re not quite sure what’s “wrong” with this photo?
Allow internet commenters to explain why this evokes their ire.
One hater wrote: “How could she? She’s in a straightjacket!”
The “how could she” refers to Auj, while the “she’s in a straightjacket” refers to Ember Jean, who is not, in fact, in a straightjacket.
Another wrote:
“That looks incredibly uncomfortable for her.”
Yeah; there’s nothing that newborns hate more than laying on their backs while nestled up to their mother’s torso.
Other commenters came to the defense of the Roloffs.
“No idea what type of carrier that is or what position the kid is in but it doesn’t look right but it’s probably just the angle of the photo … I was criticized horribly by my own Facebook friends when I wore my little lady facing forward at two months even though my kid was just fine so I’m not going to say they’re doing anything wrong. It’s the angle of the photo.”
And others attacked these trolls.
“What a bunch of judgmental people on this post. Mommy and daddy know best! Baby Ember is happy and comfy. Didn’t your parents ever teach you that if you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all?”
That same commenter repeats a warning that Tori Roloff made recently after her own mom-shaming.
“This is why Zack and Tori said they’d stop posting pics of Jackson. Such rudeness from total strangers. smh”
That’s the specific equivalent of “this is why we can’t have nice things.”
(SMH, of course, means “smacking my head,” a common expression of frustration or frustrated disbelief)
Another added “why do people feel the need to comment on position of baby,” which is most enjoyable when read with a Russian accent but is nonetheless a good point.
And, as we mentioned, Jeremy Roloff added his own comment, to assuage any fears that they were playing fast and loose with Ember’s life.
“Babies looooove it,” Jer wrote.
That’s short and sweet and non-confrontational, but apparently it needed to be said.
Like, has no one ever heard of swaddling?
The parent who commented about having been shamed over wearing their baby in a forward-facing babybjorn … different babies develop at different rates.
(I, for example, was apparently able to support my own head and neck on the day of my birth)
Some newborns need to be on their backs with plenty of head support and neck support.
Oh, and some parents are just more comfortable holding their babies that way.
Some people really, truly just need to get a grip.

Audrey Roloff Shares New Ember Jean Pictures! Awww!
As new parents, Audrey and Jeremy Roloff don’t have the kind of free time that they used to. Having a newborn consumes your entire life, but they’re getting by.
Thankfully, they’re not too busy to bring us little updates on social media. And by “updates,” we of coure mean photos.
New photos of the new parents and their precious Ember Jean.
While nothing is going to top seeing Ember Jean and Jackson Roloff hold hands, we’ve accepted that.
They’re both babies and they’re cousins and the preciousness of the two of them combines is overpowering.
But these new photos are also touching.
In addition to a couple of pics that we’d seen before, Audrey Roloff shared some new pictures of herself, Ember Jean, and Jeremy Roloff.
Though, as Audrey makes certain to clarify in the captions, the pictures are only “new” to the rest of the world.
As they were taken when Ember Jean was only one week old.
Audrey captioned the series of photos:
“So much LOVE!!! God blessed me beyond measure with these two.”
Of course, her devout Christian faith is a huge and integral part of Audrey’s brand, so that’s exactly how anyone familiar with Audrey would expect for her to frame her happiness.
“I just love them both more and more each day.”
Cute!
“Our girl @dawn_photo took these precious photos for us when Ember was only a week old!”
That was, you guessed it, four weeks ago.
“How can she already be 5 weeks?! Ah!”
Weird to think that it was only 5 weeks ago when Ember Jean Roloff was born. Time flies!
Audrey finishes up her caption by promising that there is more to come:
“More photos of Ember’s nursery coming to the blog this week! aujpoj.com. #journeyofjerandauj #emberjean”
We’ll be excited to see those! Every nursery set-up is a little different.
It’s only been a little over two weeks since we first saw Ember Jean’s face.
Or since we first saw it closely, anyway.
But now we just can’t get enough of her cute little self. We can’t wait to watch her develop a personality of her own and grow up as the first Roloff granddaughter.
Oh, and here’s a photo of this little cutie in a classic photo pose for fathers and newborn babies.
Precious beyond words!
You know, as much as we love the name “Ember,” something occurred to us just the other day.
Is Ember going to hear the singsong phrase “liar liar, pants on fire” at some point her life and have a sudden epiphany?
Because “Ember Jean” is, well, a name that could be translated to mean “fire pants.” If you had a character in a short story who lies a lot, an editor would tell you that you shouldn’t name them “Ember Jean.”
We know that Audrey and Jeremy have been agonizing over how to raise their baby as she gets older, so we imagine that they’ll come up with some ways to prepare her for some name-based teasing.
(Kids can be cruel, even if they don’t mean anything cruel by it, you know?)
We’re so glad that, despite being very busy and with good reason, Auj and Jer are finding the time to share their lives with the world.

Jeremy and Audrey Roloff: Agonizing Over How to Raise Ember Jean!
On September 10th, not even a month ago, baby Ember Jean was born to Audrey and Jeremy Roloff.
Jer and Auj are losing sleep and overwhelmed, but they’re making it work. And they’re looking ahead to the future.
Like all good, first-time parents, it sounds like these two are agonizing over how to raise their kid. Being a parent is the toughest job in the world.
Recently, Jeremy Roloff shared the first close-up photo of Ember Jean’s face.
Along with it, he shared a little about his experience so far with being a parent.
“Ember Jean is two and a half weeks old already!”
Now she’s closer to a month — she’ll soon be growing up before our very eyes.
“She’s doing great, loving life and practicing her singing whenever she’s hungry or needs to poo… Auj has had a tough few weeks, (more on that over on her profile) but that’s not to negate the fact that she’s having fun and enjoying being a first time mother!”
Audrey Roloff’s postpartum symptoms are absolutely zero fun, but she has a support network and she’s going to be okay.
And so will their cat.
“Pine, Pine is wondering why we brought this “thing” home.”
Cats can actually develop beautiful bonds with their humans, but right now the cat has to be like “this is the most useless, noisiest hairless cat in this entire colony of hairless cats.” Because, to cats, we’re all just huge, dumb cats.
“And me, I’m a Dad – loving the perspective shifts and late night cuddles while I read my book.”
With the exhaustion and stress comes a sense of satisfaction. Having kids is a milestone for a lot of people.
The new parents spoke to Us Weekly about their anxieties about raising Ember Jean.
“Just balancing life while being a mom, like work and marriage and other family members and friendships and all of that, just trying to find a rhythm.”
We all know what work-life balance is like.
Being a parent means always putting your child first, but if you forget to take time for yourself, you’ll completely lose your mind.
What’s eating at Jer? Questions of how to raise Ember.
““For me, specifically, just parenting in the sense of discipline when they start getting older and that just makes me nervous because you can do it really, really right and you can also do it really, really wrong.”
Our first comment is, of course, don’t panic.
While it’s true that a lot of child-abusers use “discipline” as a euphemism for their abuse, there are non-abusive parents who use the term.
It looks like Jer is very conscious of how awful some parenting can be, what with is “you can also do it really, really wrong,” line.
Obviously, abuse is in the “really, really wrong” category. But it’s possible to develop an adversarial relationship with your children even without, you know, causing them pain.
If a parent is obsessed with consequences, or always winning (and never picking their battles), you’re probably going to see a child who grows up full of resentment, literally counting down the months and weeks and days until they escape off to college.
You might get a rebellious rule-breaker even before that, too — depending upon the child. And if you do, that’s 100% on you.
The key is to, well, find a balance — don’t be an authoritarian parent, but also don’t be automatically permissive of everything.
The general advice is to be authoritative — that is, you know that you’re in charge and they do to — without feeling the need to assert your authority at all times.
The couple mentions that Audrey was brought up in a very strict environment, while Jeremy had a lot more freedom.
We’d say that the Roloff kids turned out pretty well, so taking advice from Matt and Amy sounds like a good idea.
Jeremy says that everyone has one idea or another.
“Ultimately, like, everyone is gonna tell you all these different things to do and try.”
Yeah, some people’s ideas will horrify you, but others might be helpful.
“There are so many different ways to parent and raise a baby and all that, but ultimately just kind of trusting your gut I guess and doing what you think is best.”
Depends on your gut, to be honest.
“I feel like we feel confident in it.”
He’s confident, but he’s honest.
“I think we’re ready for this journey, but are we prepared? No. I don’t think you can be prepared. Similarly to marriage, you just do it and it happens and then you kind of catch up to it.”
He’s right — no one is ever 100% prepared for their first child.
Because each child is different, we’d say that no one is 100% prepared for their second or third children, either.
But the fact that they’re thinking and worrying about how to do things the right way is a great sign.
Not thinking about what’s right, not worrying, is how you become a bad parent.
