Lala Kent on Jennifer Lawrence: God, She"s Gross!
Lala Kent is not done with Jennifer Lawrence.
Not by a very long shot.
Earlier this month, the Vanderpump Rules star was stunned to discover that the Academy Awards winner talked some major trash about her during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
An unabashed fan of this Bravo series, Lawrence was asked by host Andy Cohen how she felt about certain storylines on the show.
And she laid hard into Kent upon giving her response:
“Lala trying so hard to be nice and then she’s like crying to her mom and then she’s like a total bitch … I’m like, ‘Bitch you’s a cunt.’”
Whoa there, right?!?
That’s a pretty harsh shot fired and we sort of don’t blame Kent for taking exception to it.
Which is exactly what she did on Twitter.
“Did Jennifer Lawrence really call me a ‘c—’ on @bravowwhl? Annnnnd talk about my mama?” wrote the reality star in a since-deleted post that concluded:
“Bitch, you better pray I don’t see you in the streets.
“You’re one of the highest paid actresses on the planet…you claim you are pro-women and you call another woman a c—? You’re gross.”
Again, we sort of don’t blame Kent for having this kind of reaction.
The 27-year old, meanwhile, appeared on an episode of Heather McDonald’s Juicy Scoop podcast that was released yesterday and continued to lay into Lawrence.
“She’s gross,” Kent said to open her rant.
“Not only did she call me the c-word … she went on and on making fun of me and my relationship with my mom …
“I’m watching this like ‘Is this A-list celebrity, who has Oscars, for real?’
“And then when she dropped the c-word I was like ‘Ok, honey, let’s leave the trash to us reality TV personalities, don’t be trying to take my job.”
Kent then honed in on Lawrence’s resume, which most recently includes Mother! and Red Sparrow, two films that won’t exactly be up for any Oscars next year.
“She’s a gross human being and congratulations on two failed films in a row,” the Bravo star added.
“My man is in the movie business, it is now said that she is not as valuable and she has to have another actor or actress to like, get the numbers up.”
We’re pretty sure Kent made that last part up, but whatever.
Kent was on a roll.
“You’re an A-list celebrity who makes more money than God and you’re like saying you support women and you’re calling another women the c-word that you’ve never laid eyes on in person, never had a conversation with me,” she said on the podcast.
“I tried to not let it bug me, but it never feels good to be called that, on top of someone who is that big and grand and A-list and glamorous.
“That kind of hurt my feelings a little bit.”
In conclusion, Kent ran down a number of things about Lawrence with which she has a problem.
“Well, here’s the thing. Now anytime you bring her up, ‘m going to have nothing nice to say about her.
“I’m going to say that her hair sucks, her face is a little too pudgy, like she needs to stop the drinking, you know? I said it, you don’t have to worry.”
Actually, in the real unexpected conclusion, Kent jumped on Twitter to walk back these mean things she said about the woman who fears penises.
See, the podcast was taped on March 6.
But it did not air until March 20.
In between… Kent and Lawrence sat down and hashed out their feud?!?
We find this nearly impossible to believe, but consider what Lala Tweeted yesterday:
“My interview with Juicy Scoop was taped a couple of weeks ago when I still felt hurt and emotional,” she wrote.
“Excuses aside, I wanted to let it be known J.Law and I are all good now.”
So this means we can’t look forward to another round in this unexpected and awesome celebrity fight? Darn.
But perhaps we can look forward to a Lala Kent-Jennifer Lawrence buddy comedy instead.
What? A celebrity gossip site can dream, can’t it?

Jennifer Lawrence Warns Women: Yo, Dick is Dangerous!
Jennifer Lawrence may have conquered dozens of other Tributes in The Hunger Games.
But there’s one thing the actress apparently fears more than cold, starvation, fire and a multitude of heavily-armed young men and women looking to erase her from the planet.
And that one thing is the male genitalia.
In a recent interview with Great Britain’s The Sun, Lawrence confessed that she often talks about sex, but this doesn’t mean she’s just out there having sex all the time.
She really only reserves her secret garden for serious boyfriends, in fact.
“I am all bark and no bite,” Lawrence explains when it comes to this very personal topic, adding:
“I always talk like I want dick, but the truth is when I look back at my sexual past it was always with boyfriends. I talk like I like it, but I don’t really do it.”
We think she means she doesn’t do it randomly and/or with just anyone.
You need to earn your way into Jennifer Lawrence’s bed, fellas!
The Oscar winner most recently dated director Darren Aronofsky, but split from him late last year.
As a result, the woman behind Katniss Everdeen is not aiming her bow in the direction of any long, hard arrows at the moment… if you know what we mean!
“I am not in a relationship,” she tells The Sun. “I am making it clear that I have not had sex in a very long time. I would like to have a relationship, [bu] it is hard out there.”
Why doesn’t J. Law just go out there and find herself a fling?
Because…
“I am mostly also a germaphobe. I have made it this far without an STI.
“Dick is dangerous. If I was at the point where I could get an STI, doctors have already been involved. That is how much of a germaphobe I am.”
It is true that Lawrence has delved into the topic of intercourse on many occasions in the past.
She once said her vagina made her scared, for instance, and she told Vogue in December of 2015 that “zero magic” happens in her bed, adding hilariously:
“Cheers to my hymen growing back!”
She was single at the time and actually talked pretty honestly about why this was the case:
“No one ever asks me out… I am lonely every Saturday night. Guys are so mean to me.
“I know where it’s coming from, I know they’re trying to establish dominance, but it hurts my feelings. I’m just a girl who wants you to be nice to me.”
AWWW, J. Law!
There has to be a guy out there who will be nice to you.
There just has to be.

Lala Kent: Jennifer Lawrence Called Me a C-nt, So Now I Have to Kick Her Ass!
If you’ve been watching Vanderpump Rules this season, you know that Lala Kent’s attempted transition into the show’s resident woke bae has yielded mixed results.
While it’s nice to see Kent rallying the women of the cast under the banner of feminist solidarity, we can’t help but cringe when a white woman from Utah adopts a thick blaccent to address a roomful of POCs as “my bruthaaaas.”
(And don’t get us started on her continued support for James Kennedy’s abusive behavior toward women.)
Unfortunately for Lala, it seems we’re not the only ones who have picked up on her glaring lack of authenticity.
Jennifer Lawrence appeared on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live last week, and she assessed Kent’s contradictory behavior and tendency to flip-flop in a brutally frank way:
“I’m like, ‘Bitch, you’s a c–t!” Lawrence told Cohen when asked about Lala.
Now, it’s easy to forget – particularly when you’re watching a show as endlessly melodramatic as Vanderpump – that the people on screen are real-world human beings and not soap opera characters.
And it’s not surprising that Kent was taken aback by Lawrence’s take of her TV persona:
“Did Jennifer Lawrence really call me a ‘c–t’ on @bravowwhl? Annnnnd talk about my mama? Bitch, you better pray I don’t see you in the streets,” Kent tweeted.
“You’re one of the highest paid actresses on the planet…you claim you are pro-women and you call another woman a c–t? You’re gross,” she added.
Kent went on to congratulate Lawrence on “two bombed movies in a row.”
Lala promptly deleted the tweets, but as she revealed in a recent podcast interview, she did so not out of remorse, but in response to a stern warning from her manager:
“I did a three-peat: I did one tweet, delete, two tweet, delete, three tweet, delete. My manager called me and said, ‘Lala, what are you doing?"” Kent said.
“She goes, ‘You either delete the tweet or you delete my info for the next 24 hours ‘cause I’m not trying to deal,"” she added.
“So, I deleted it.”
Lala went on to argue that Lawrence’s behavior would be better suited to a SUR girl than an Oscar-winner:
“The thing is, no one wants to be called the c-word, especially by an A-list celebrity on national television. I was such a huge fan of hers, and it bummed me out,” Kent remarked.
“I thought that she had a little more class than that. You know, let’s leave the trash to people like me who do reality TV,” she said. “Don’t try to steal my thunder, girlfriend!”
Well, the threat of violence may have been out of line, but Lala is actually coming off as the more level-headed party here.
No word on whether or not Lawrence has apologized, but she may want to reflect on the fact that she managed to make a member of the VPR cast look rational by comparison.

Jennifer Lawrence: Kylie Jenner Is My Least Favorite Kardashian!
Hey, maybe Red Sparrow will surprise us all and absolutely destroy at the box office this weekend.
It"s got Russia, and Jennifer Lawrence"s boobs, and presumably other things that might be of interest to American audiences.
What seems much more likely, however, is that Sparrow will extend Lawrence"s streak of relatve flops with middling reviews from critics.
So why are we even talking about a film that few will remember a year from now?
Mainly because Jen is still doggedly promoting the movie, and her press tour has been peppered with crige-worthy moments.
Yesterday, Lawrence defended Ryan Seacrest in an interview that elicited audible face-palms all over the country.
(Seacrest has been accused of sexual harassment by several of his female employees.)
Now, she"s on the hook for a far less scandalous comment that"s still attracting ire from Angry Internet People.
Sitting down with Andy Cohen recently, Jen was asked to rank all the members of Kardashian-Jenner clan from most to least favorite.
Despite some serious reluctance, Jen seemed fairly certain about her top rankings:
“Kendall, Khloé, Kim, Kourtney,” she began.
“Oh god I hate this. Does Kanye count now? I forgot about Kris! Oh god, it’s like Sophie’s Choice,” she continued.
“Please don’t do this. Kris is at the top, the rest I guess they’re at the bottom.”
When Andy pointed out that that would place Kylie Jenner alone at the bottom, Jen sighed in concession.
Many have wondered what Kylie has done to reach such a lowly status in Jen"s eye, but to us the real question is – no love for Rob?!

Jennifer Lawrence: Slammed For Defending Ryan Seacrest, Appearing Drunk on Red Carpet
Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
We’re referring, of course, not to the literal Jennifer Lawrence falls that were once such a common occurrence on red carpets, but rather to the slow decline of what previously seemed to be one of the sturdiest careers in Hollywood.
Although come to think of it, based on her recent descriptions of her own booze intake, we wouldn’t be surprised to see Jen take an actual tumble again soon.
Usually around this time of year, J-Law is wrapping up a promising Oscar campaign.
These days, however, she’s promoting the poorly-received spy snoozer Red Sparrow, and thus far the press tour has been about as abysmal as the film’s reviews.
Lawrence sat down for an interview with Howard Stern today, and in a true sign of how much things have changed since the earlt days of the shock jock’s career, it was Jen who created a minor scandal with her comments.
While she’s not nominated this year, Jen will be in attendance at the Oscars, and Stern asked if she’ll be chatting with E! News, despite recent sexual harassment allegations against Ryan Seacrest.
“I don’t know about the Ryan Seacrest thing,” Lawrence replied.
“I think it is scary, you know. He has not been to trial for anything. I am not a judge. I am not a jury, you know,” she said. “I don’t know… that is where this stuff gets tricky.”
As many have pointed out Harvey Weinstein also hasn’t “been to trial for anything” but Lawrence gleefully called him a “boil on the ass of Hollywood” several times in the past week.
While she’s certainly not wrong in that assessment of Weinstein, the fact that she seems more willing to believe her fellow famous actresses than the mid-level E! employees who accused Seacrest has prompted many to accuse Lawrence of hypocrisy.
This is far from the first time that Lawrence has made comments that don’t quite align with the feminist agenda she usually espouses.
Of course, in today’s climate, it’s more important than ever that stars remain consistent in their messaging.
For the most part Jen has done just that quite admirably, which makes her occasional slip-ups all the more glaring.
Now a new theory has emerged about why Jen hasn’t been as poised as usual during her current promotional tour.
Jen has sat down with Andy Cohen twice this week and during their second interview, she revealed that she got drunk on the set of Watch What Happens Live before proceeding to the New York premiere of Red Sparrow.
“I did get drunk at your thing,” Lawrence admitted on Cohen’s SiriusXM show.
“Can we look at the premiere photos please? I look like I had had electroshock therapy.”
Lawrence continued:
“In my head I’m like, ‘I’m a goth dream,’ and then I looked at the photos and I’m like, ‘I’m a goth dream on crack’,” she added.
“My eyes were like ‘I’m not drunk!’”
Booziness has always been a part of Jen’s public persona, and it’s likely that she was at least partially joking.
Still, if Jen isn’t more careful when discussing sensitive topics in public, she’ll soon have fans imporing her to do her drinking at home.

Jennifer Lawrence Claps WAY Back at "Sexist, Ridiculous" Dress Ridicule
Jennifer Lawrence stars in a new film titled Red Sparrow.
In reality, however, the actress is red with anger at the moment over the way some people have reacted to the sight of her in a revealing black dress.
Allow us to explain:
Earlier this week, Lawrence took part in a London-based photo call along with co-stars Joel Edgerton, Jeremy Irons and Matthias Schoenaerts, along with director Francis Lawrence.
She was the only woman in a shoot that took place outside on a rooftop, and she bared a whole lot of skin for the event, rocking a Versace gown that exposed her shoulders, her cleavage and her left leg.
She looked positively amazing.
But a handful of social media users who likely thought of themselves as very woke to the #MeToo Movement lashed out at this set-up.
They simply presumed that Lawrence, as a woman, was forced to dress in a scantily-clad manner… while the men were allowed to bundle up and actually dress for the weather.
To wit:
“It must be about 3 degrees in London ATM, cold enough that the bloke actors have to wear coats and scarves to their press call and yet poor Jennifer Lawrence is wearing a small amount of fabric some might call a dress,” one person Tweeted.
This person was obviously trying to be on Team Jennifer.
But Jennifer herself has now come out and made it clear she doesn’t need any cheerleaders, thank you very much!
She is anything but a damsel in distress.
(Or a damsel stuck in a sexy dress, one might say.)
“Wow. I don’t really know where to get started on this ‘Jennifer Lawrence wearing a revealing dress in the cold’ controversy,” the actress wrote on Facebook.
She then clapped back against the so-called scandal. HARD.
“This is not only utterly ridiculous, I am extremely offended,” the 27-year old added.
“That Versace dress was fabulous, you think I’m going to cover that gorgeous dress up with a coat and a scarf? I was outside for 5 minutes.
“I would have stood in the snow for that dress because I love fashion and that was my choice.”
Hear that, folks?
Jennifer Lawrence knows all about sexism in Hollywood and wants to make it clear that this was NOT an example of it.
“This is sexist, this is ridiculous, this is not feminism,” continued to pissed-off star.
“Over- reacting about everything someone says or does, creating controversy over silly innocuous things such as what I choose to wear or not wear, is not moving us forward.
“It’s creating silly distractions from real issues. Get a grip people. Everything you see me wear is my choice.
“And if I want to be cold THATS MY CHOICE TOO!”
Game. Set. Match, J. Law.
This is not some “poor” woman who needs anyone to fight her battles for her.
This is frickin Katniss Everdeen, people! She can handle her own business.

Jennifer Lawrence Visits Children"s Hospital on Christmas, Remains Awesome
Lots of people say they’re gonna perform some sort of charity or volunteer work during the holidays, but all too often the obligations of the season get in the way.
Which is why it’s all the more impressive when someone with as much on her plate as Jennifer Lawrence takes time out of her busy schedule to make the season brighter for those less fortunate.
Lawrence stopped by the Norton’s Children’s Hospital in her native Kentucky on Christmas Eve to spread some cheer and pose for photos with staff and patients.
It’s the fifth consecutive year that Jen has stopped by the hospital during the holiday season.
While many celebs would no doubt take to social media to inform the world of their magnanimity, Jen has made no public mention of her selfless act.
In fact, were it not for an Instagram post from hospital staff, we might never have learned of her visit!
The photo below appeared online on Christmas Eve, along with the following caption:
“Louisville’s own Jennifer Lawrence stopped by Norton Children’s Hospital today to visit with patients, families, and staff,” the hospital shared on their Instagram page on Sunday.
“This visit has become a tradition for Lawrence each Christmas. Thank you, Jennifer! You sure do bring a smile to all!”
And, of course, Jen is generous with more than just her time.
Last year, she donated $ 2 million to the medical center.
Shortly thereafter, she announced the establishment of the Jennifer Lawrence Foundation Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
Sure, stuff like this will never grab as many headlines as the rumors that Lawrence is dating Brad Pitt (she’s not, by the way), but this is the sort of thing Jen will be remembered for long after her popularity at the box office has declined.
(Not that that will be happening anytime soon.)
The impact that Lawrence has had on the young people she visits and their families is immeasurable.
Add to that the fact that there’s no telling how many millions of fans might be inspired by her stellar example and perform some of their own acts of kindness, and you start to get an idea of just how awesome Jen truly is.
We hear she’s not too shabby as an actress, either!

Kourtney Kardashian to Jennifer Lawrence: Stay Away From Scott Disick!
If you’ve enjoyed her many bonkers interviews over the years (some of which, to our minds, are every bit as entertaining as her funniest film roles), then you’re likely aware that Jennifer Lawrence loves alcohol and reality television.
So it’s not surprising that J-Law might have a bit of a thing for Kourtney Kardashian sperm donor and bold innovator in the use of facial hair to camouflage booze bloat, Scott Disick.
On second thought, it is surprising, but only in the sense that we’re shocked Scott is still alive.
Anyway, Jen revealed her love for the Lord in a recent interview with Oprah, in which she revealed that Scott would be one of her three ideal dinner guests.
(The other two were Luann DeLesseps and Bethenny Frankel, both of Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise. Jen … we’re concerned.)
Given that Jen chose Scott over any of the women in the Kardashian clan, it’s not surprising that certain tabloids already have these two bedding down together.
It’s also not surprising that some of these same publications are casting Kourtney in the role of the insane ex:
According to the Australian version of OK! magazine (because why wouldn’t news about three American celebs reach Sydney first?), Kourtney is pissed about the possibility of Jen and Scott hooking up.
In fact, Kourt has reportedly warned Lawrence to keep her mitts off her boozy baby daddy.
The subtly-titled piece “Kourtney Warns J. Law: Stay Away From Scott!” doesn’t offer anything in the way of quotes or evidence, and instead poses an argument along the lines of “makes sense if ya think about it.”
The article also doesn’t mention the fact that Kourtney is dating Younes Bendjima.
Or that Scott is with Sofia Richie.
Or that Jen was clearly joking, and her ideal dinner party would really just consist of Meryl Streep playing three different roles.
Look, we believe Jen when she says she genuinely enjoys Keeping Up With the Kardashians (though it’s worth noting that she’s said she watches the show “to fall asleep.” Celebrities–they’re as bored with the Kardashians as the rest of us!).
But there’s a difference between enjoying a reality show and wanting to enmesh yourself in that world.
We like watching Naked and Afraid, but the thought of a single genital mosquito is enough to keep us inside for the bulk of 2018.
Hey, if the mere mention of Scott Disick doesn’t bring to mind a bloodsucker who will spread disease to your nether regions, then you’re not sufficiently wary of the Lord.

Brad Pitt & Jennifer Lawrence: Dating?!
Last month, Jennifer Lawrence and Darren Aronofsky broke up following a brief romance that began on the set of their not-so-well received artsy thriller mother!
Last year, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie separated, following a different sort of failed collaboration (the actors couldn’t see eye-to-eye with regard to their parenting methods).
We don’t need to tell you what this means:
Two of the Extremely Attractive People on Hollywood’s ever-dwindling A-list are single, and should therefore mingle.
Yes, we badly want Brad and Jen 2.0 to happen.
We would love nothing more than for these golden gods of cinema to get together and begin breeding brilliant and beautiful children who will lead us into a new era of peace and prosperity.
This is the America we wish to live in.
But if the fact that we once again didn’t awaken this morning to breakfast in bed served by a wisecracking robot has taught us anything, it’s that we can’t just will things into being simply because they’d be awesome.
Yes, there is a rumor that Brad and J-Law are hooking up, but sadly, it comes courtesy of the ever-unreliable Star magazine.
In a piece suspiciously titled, “Post split with Angelina Jolie, has Brad Pitt moved on to Jennifer Lawrence?” the tabloid offers some not-so-compelling evidence, mostly culled from anonymous sources.
One “insider” claims that Brad and Jen have been “enjoying lots of late nights.”
Another source wants us to believe that Brad freakin’ Pitt had a hard time summoning the courage to make the first move.
“Apparently, it was not too easy for Brad to gain the courage to reach out to Jennifer, but one of her friends gave him the green signal ‘because he’s been single long enough,’” the made-up informant claims.
“Jennifer is said to be so smitten that she has been putting up in Los Angeles, instead of New York, so that she can be closer to Brad.”
We call pieces like these Santa stories because we want to believe they’re true, but they don’t stand up to the slightest scrutiny.
But hey, Star just decided to put this one out there as a “law of attraction” type thing.
Maybe if we all say Pitt and Lawrence are banging, eventually it’ll start happening.
The power of positive thinking, and whatnot, ya know?
It’s the same reason we won’t shut up about our breakfast robot.
If we stop drawing blueprints like everyone wants us to, it’ll definitely never happen!
