Kailyn Lowry to Jenelle Evans: God, You"re Homophobic!

This not exactly just in:

Kailyn Lowry will not be inviting Jenelle Evans over for Christmas this year.

Or any year after this, either, we can safely say.

The Teen Mom stars have gone back and forth on Twitter over the topic of Kailyn"s sexuality, with Jenelle making what certainly seems like a very insensitive and inappropriate comment.

That"s so unlike her, right?!?

Scroll down to see what we mean and to take a side in this ongoing feud…

1. Kailyn and Jenelle Were Once Close Friends

Jenelle and kailyn

It’s true! We actually documented a little while ago how their friendship turned into a rivalry.

2. Happier Times…

The cast of teen mom 2 photo

Heck, Kailyn once helped Jenelle post bond and get out of jail. But the relationship appeared to sour for good when Evans told the world Lowry was pregnant with her third child… before Kailyn wanted that news out there.

3. I’m Coming for You, Kailyn…

Im coming for you kailyn

In early October, sort of out of nowhere, Jenelle addressed Kailyn on social media, asked why Lowry is always talking about her kids (Editor’s Note: She’s not) and made it clear that she was prepared to go after her former friend online.

4. The Attack Commences

“I really hope you’re reconnecting with your mom because you f-cking need it,” Evans ranted at Lowry shortly afterward, adding: “You need someone to love you so you can stop fantasizing about other’s lives and putting others down because you don’t have the life you want. Sorry. Hope you find some peace and happiness.”

5. Whatever, Jenelle…

Kailyn lowry for good american

“I’m flattered she’s so bothered by me,” Lowry said to Radar Online in response. “She’s gotta calm down. Out of everyone she’s only bothered by me… and I’m not even writing about her.”

6. Passive Aggressive Shade Thrown

Kailyn lowry signs

Considering Jenelle started going off on her around the same time as allegations of domestic abuse against David Eason, Lowry added in this Radar Online chat: “Jenelle only makes a big deal about me when something else is going on underneath it all.”

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar to Derick Dillard: Stop Being So Homophobic!

By now, we’re all very familiar with the very strict courting rules that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar apply to all their children.

No kissing before marriage. No public displays of affection at all. No revealing outfits. And so on and so forth.

But a new report also indicates that the couple is trying to impose a pretty simple rule on son-in-law Derick Dillard, and it goes something like this:

SHUT THE EFF UP WITH ALL YOUR HOMOPHOBIC TWEETS AND COMMENTS!

According to Radar Online, it’s not necessarily that Jim Bob and Michelle disagree with many of Dillard’s most controversial opinions…

… it’s that he voices these opinions on social media and makes everyone associated with him look terrible as a result.

“Everything that Derick has said has caused the family bad press,” says a Radar insider.

The whole Duggar family, especially the famous matriarch and patriarch, are now “pissed off” about it, this source continued.

Dillard’s run of open intolerance started about a year ago when he constantly dragged transgender reality star Jazz Jennings on Twitter.

His comments have included how bring “‘transgender is a myth,” and that “gender is not fluid; it’s ordained by God.”

Despite Jennings never really responding to these offensive remarks and always taking the high road when asked about Dillard, Derick has continued with the attacks.

In response to Jazz undergoing gender confirmation surgery, for example, Dillard blasted this procedure as a form of child abuse.

TLC fired Derick months ago for being a bigoted jerk and relatives such as Jeremy Vuolo have seemingly hurled shade in his direction as well.

Most recently, Dillard offers online praise to a baker who refused to make a gay wedding cake.

The Radar Online insider says that Dillard’s in-laws have attempted to respect the fact that Derick is married to Jill, but they have decided to confront him because “they don’t like what he is doing.”

It’s one thing to simply possess the views espoused by Dillard.

It’s another to drag his relatives down with him as he publicizes each and every one of them.

Derick Dillard and Jazz Jennings

The source explains to Radar that the Duggars are concerned about “what he says and how he says it.”

And this message has possibly gotten across because Dillard has made his Twitter account private, while tampering down his most controversial of takes of late.

We have no doubt he’s still hugely homophobic, but he’s seemingly realized that it’s been causing him personal and professional distress to shout this fact from the virtual rooftops.

Maybe if he can learn that fact, he can someday learn those in the LGBT community are just regular people and that one’s sexual preference has nothing to do with what type of person one is and…

… sorry, nevermind.

There’s a better chance of Jim Bob and Michelle encouraging their kids to engage in premarital sex than there is of this happening.

Dillard married Jill Duggar on June 21, 2014.

The couple are parents to a three-year old son named Israel and a one-year old son named Samuel.

We hear that he may soon start attending law school in Arkansas, which would be an interesting move for him, huh?

Anyway, the guy is close-minded and ignorant and sucks a lot.

Anyone care to disagree?

Kim Kardashian Gets Body-Shamed By Tyson Beckford, Fires Back With Homophobic Insult

It’s one of the most random celebrity feuds in recent memory, and it’s got Twitter divided as to how far is too far when one is clapping back at a hater.

It all started when Tyson Beckford commented on an Instagram photo that showed Kim Kardashian walking into Jimmy Kimmel’s studio for an appearance on his show earlier this week.

Kim K Shade Room

“Sorry I don’t care for it personally,” he commented, as though anyone had asked his opinion.

“She is not real, doctor f–ked up on her right hip.”

Now, Kim has been denying plastic surgery rumors for the entirety of her career, so it’s not surprising that she took issue with Beckford’s remark.

It is surprising, however, that she chose to malign a marginalized segment of the population in her rebuttal.

“Sis we all know why you don’t care for it,” Kim replied on Instagram.

Kim Kardashian-Tyson Beckford

Just in case there was any confusion with regard to her intentions, Kim made added the usual shade-throwing emojis:

A brush painting fingernails, a frog, a tea cup — all combining to evoke the image of a bitchy Kermit cutting his critics down to size with a single offhand remark.

Generally, those who stand up to online bullies are applauded for their courage.

But Kim’s comment has raised some serious concerns.

Obviously, she’s implying that Beckford is not interested in her sexually because he’s gay.

Setting aside the troublingly hubristic assumption that if someone doesn’t want to bed you, it must be because of their sexual orientation, it’s problematic that Kim seems to think that accusing Beckford of being a closeted gay man amounts to an insult.

Beckford addressed Kim’s comments in an Instagram story, but opted not to remark on the allegations of homophobia.

“Despite what @TheShadeRoom might be tryna say, my opinion on women who do plastic surgery stays the same, not for me!

“I personally don’t care for it! End of story.”

Just in case anyone doubted that he’s an incredible douche bag, Beckford added:

“Always gonna pick a Beyonce over anyone else.”

Yes, it’s one of those sad situations in which both parties come away looking like jerks.

Obviously, there’s a debate to be had over who comes off worse here.

But the fact that both Kim and Tyson have a whole lot of growing up to do is inarguable.

Do better, y’all.

David Eason Caught Harassing Nathan Griffith, Hurling Homophobic Slurs

Yesterday, we reported on the encouraging news that Nathan Griffith wants to fight David Eason.

Nathan would most likely make short work of Jenelle Evans’ husband in the ring, and since Eason was recently accused of punching a toddler, we would very much like to see that happen.

Nathan Griffith, David Eason Split

Nathan has every reason to want to clean David’s clock (the aforementioned toddler is Griffith’s son, Kaiser), so we weren’t all that curious about the motives when he issued his challenge.

But as it turns out, he has even more cause to hate Eason than we initially thought.

As you may recall, Eason was fired from Teen Mom 2 for hurling homophobic slurs at fans of the show in a bizarre social media meltdown.

Far from having learned his lesson about hate speech, it seems David is still targeting epithets at those who have incurred his ire.

These days, that means he’s saying horrendous things to Nathan.

We know this because Griffith’s girlfriend, Ashley Lanhardt, recently took to Twitter in an effort to put a stop to the harassment.

“Jenelle, I would text you but you have me blocked,” she tweeted to Evans.

“Please check your husband and tell him to stop harassing my man calling him a ‘f-g boy’ over text. We are enjoying our night with family on the water and his random harassing texts are unnecessary. Thank you.”

It’s times like this that we like to remind you that David Eason is a 29-year-old grownup who is responsible for the care and upbringing of five (5) children.

We’ll pause while you weep for the future.

Anyway, by blocking all communication from Nathan and Ashley (because why would you ever need to hear from the person you share a child with?), Jenelle and David have put all of their asinine feuds and dirty laundry on public display.

Earlier this week, Nathan took to Twitter to chastise Jenelle for claiming that he wishes to contact her only because he hopes to win her back:

“JENELLE! Get over yourself!” he wrote.

“I talk the same way to my ex-wife. It does not mean I want you back. Once again, I have a child with you.

“I ask all the time about Kaiser. It’s you that stalks and harasses then texts me the next day about something totally irrelevant to Kaiser.”

Hopefully, David is looking at Nathan’s impossible situation and taking notes, because this is the future he created when he made a baby with Jenelle Evans

Watch Teen Mom 2 online to remind yourself of the extent to which David and Jenelle deserve each other.

Derick Dillard: SLAMMED By Duggar Relative For Homophobic Remarks!

If you’re a fan of the Duggar family, then you’re no doubt familiar with the controversy surrounding Derick Dillard.

If you somehow missed the uproar or simply forgot how awful Derick is, here’s a brief refresher:

Back in August of 2017, Derick launched a transphobic tirade against fellow TLC reality star Jazz Jennings.

When fans and pointed out to Derick that he was needlessly bullying a teenage girl, he doubled down with more bigoted remarks.

And when his bosses demanded an apology, Dllard refused.

As a result, Derick was fired from Counting On, which was a devastating blow to his family’s finances in itself.

The situation was made exponentially worse by the fact that Jill Duggar quit the show as a gesture of solidarity.

Derick’s views are pretty much consistent with the far-right ideology espoused by his in-laws, but now it looks as though his own inner circle is turning against him.

In the past week, even Jill Duggar has made comments that have been widely interpreted as critical of Derick’s remarks.

Now, another member of the extended Duggar clan has come forward to more explicitly state his contempt for Dillard’s anti-gay views.

John Andrew Studdard is a cousin of Jill’s who was in attendance at her wedding to Derick in 2014.

Studdard is an LGBTQ activist who expressed his distaste for Derick’s remarks in an interview published today by Radar Online.

“We aren’t close,” Studdard told the outlet. “But I’m sick of hearing his homophobic cries for publicity.”

Studdard added:

“Derick needs to keep his mouth shut.”

Asked how he feels Derick should address matters of inequality going forward, Studdard replied that he should speak with compassion, or not at all:

“We don’t have to agree with someone’s life, but don’t speak out publicly when you know you’re already disliked by half of America,” he told Radar.

“As a public figure, he should stop being so harsh.”

While we agree with Studdard that Derick should shut his trap, the reason why he should do so isn’t that he’s a public figure, but rather that his views and arguments are so consistently idiotic.

Derick has yet to respond to Studdard’s remarks and it’s unlikely that he ever will.

He generally only enters debates with people who are much younger and much more vulnerable.

Jill Duggar Speaks Out After Derick Dillard"s Homophobic Rant

After Derick Dillard’s latest controversy, fans are encouraging former Counting On star Jill Duggar to dump Derick.

It looks like she’s still standing by her man. This time, she’s backing up his homophobic Twitter rant. At least, that’s what it looks like she’s saying.

Take a look at her cryptic post below and decide for yourself.

Taking to Instagram, Jill wrote — without any context:

“To disagree doesn’t = hate, or judgement.”

That is true enough … on certain subjects.

“Love doesn’t always = approval.”

That is absolutely true. You can love and support someone without personally liking, say, their new haircut.

“Just because I disagree with my child on something doesn’t mean I hate him.”

We should certainly hope not.

“And just because I love and forgive him doesn’t mean I approve of everything he does.”

That makes sense, too. Up to a point.

“You can be friends with, love, and care for people you don’t agree with 100%.”

It’s not difficult to see that Jill is indirectly referring to Derick Dillard’s homophobic tweets, in which he attacked husbands Nate Burkus and Jeremiah Brent and their show, Nate & Jeremiah by Design.

It’s a home improvement show but, as with other series like Fixer Upper, it includes a personal touch about the designers’ lives.

Nate and Jeremiah are parents to two young children, which is apparently what had Derick so incensed that he had to tweet out his disdain for their show

“What a travesty of family,” he wrote in the widely condemned tweet.

He continued, saying:

“It’s sad how blatant the liberal agenda is, such that it both highlights and celebrates a lifestyle so degrading to children on public television as if it should be normal.”

First of all, that tweet is of course appalling.

Though it is no surprise coming from Derick Dillard, who was fired from Counting On last year over his transphobic tweets about trans teen Jazz Jennings.

(Pro-tip: networks prefer for you to support their other shows, not condemn them, and when you’re a grown man repeatedly tweeting vile things about a teenage girl, you’re not going to come across as the good guy)

Second of all … it’s always funny (well, as funny as bigotry can get) when people refer to something like “the gay lifestyle.”

We know that they phrase it that way to make it seem like a peculiar choice than part of who someone is.

But, clearly, Nate and Jeremiah’s lifestyle is that they’re parents and designers and, now, reality stars. Those are all lifestyles.

Well, following the backlash that Derick incited with his homophobic rant, Derick continued.

He tried to defend himself without walking back his tweets, insisting that he has gay friends but he simply “doesn’t agree” … with their existence, we suppose.

(It’s powerfully reminiscent of the how can I be racist if I have black friends? argument that people still try to make sometimes)

Derick even suggested that The View was bullying him for being a Christian, even though a number of the hosts are Christians themselves and they mostly addressed gay parents whom they know and admire.

It seems clear that Jill Duggar is, once again, standing by her man.

Her post seems designed to defend herself from fans who share Derick’s homophobia — by stating that she does not endorse their “lifestyle” — and against Derick’s detractors, by saying that at least she and Derick don’t hate gay people.

Jill has shared some cringeworthy posts of her own in the past, including a transphobic prayer that disappointed many fans.

Fans didn’t have a difficult time connecting her new post to Derick’s most recent controversy, and some of the comments were excellent.

“Not a problem to disagree. The problem is to post on a public place that gives you access to many people, and you disparage other people! I do Not Believe the God I worship would want me to publicly disparage people.”

“Instead of encouraging someone you have now turned them away from you and probably have them not too interested in Your God. Yes you do have a right to your opinion, but remember for every action there is a reaction.”

“The reaction to your judgement is people don’t want to be around you any longer.”

“I’ll pray for God to soften your heart! They are a loving family trying to provide a loving home like any other family.”

Derick Dillard Goes on Homophobic Rant, Is Still Just the Worst

Derick Dillard is just a truly awful, no-good person.

You know it, we know it, everyone who has had the terrible misfortune to check out his Twitter account knows it.

He just says so many awful things all the time about so many people — who could forget his favorite hobby of mocking Jazz Jennings, the transgender teenage girl who has her own show on TLC?

Or the way he constantly tries to defend his backwards, ignorant beliefs in the most obnoxious, arrogant way possible?

Or the way he constantly asks Duggar fans for money, even when he and his family worked on a reality show and even now that he insists he has a job now that they’re no longer on Counting On?

It’s just bad. It’s all bad.

And, wouldn’t you know it, Derick’s gone and made our opinion of him even worse by taking a sizable chunk of time yesterday to criticize Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent, the stars of Nate and Jeremy by Design.

If you’re not familiar, Nate and Jeremy by Design is a show on TLC, one of those home renovation and design shows that everyone loves so much.

The show has another layer though, because Nate and Jeremiah are also married.

They have a three-year-old daughter who’s been featured on the show, and they welcomed a son just last month.

They have a really, really adorable family, but it’s not a traditional family, so you know Derick just had to run his mouth about it.

Over on Twitter, he shared a promo for the show that TLC tweeted, and along with it he wrote “What a travesty of family. It’s sad how blatant the liberal agenda is, such that it both highlights and celebrates a lifestyle so degrading to children on public television as if it should be normal.”

So in one single tweet, he called Nate and Jeremiah’s beautiful family a “travesty,” said they were “degrading” their children on TV, insisted that they’re not “normal,” and suggested that the only reason they’d have their own show is because of “the liberal agenda.”

Not a great start, Derick.

When someone pointed out that what they do doesn’t affect him at all, he replied “They affect this poor child, as well as what perversions are celebrated.”

“If it were adultery, I doubt a network would be so quick to focus on the reality of it as if it were ok.”

Adultery and homosexuality aren’t on the same level at all, obviously, and it’s really disgusting to talk about their daughter this way — she looks like a super happy, well-loved kid.

Look, there are too many dumb tweets from Derick to dissect them all like this, so let’s just check out the highlights of his incredible ignorance, all right?

After getting called out for being so judgemental, he said “I’m not bashing the people, I’m just calling out the public agenda at play and how a network chooses what they highlight.”

“Christians should love all as Christ loved all. Take advantage of capitalism: boycott what you don’t believe in, but don’t boycott relationships.”

With all this talk about agendas, someone asked him about his, and he explained that “My agenda is love and truth. I try to follow Jesus Christ as best I can. I’m not perfect, but I do my best.”

Do better, buddy.

He said that his big issue with the show is the way their daughter is involved — a bit hypocritical, considering how many Duggar kids have been featured on the network.

But, as he explained it, “they absolutely have the right to share it, but I’m just calling Christians not to support its promotion in such a public sphere.”

Some sweet soul tried to make the argument that if God created everything, he created gay people, and therefore they are also “fearfully and wonderfully made.”

Derick argued that “Yes, everything was created perfectly. Unfortunately, it didn’t stay that way very long because a curse was brought through sin which affected the whole world.”

“That’s why Jesus came — to redeem it and be the needed savior for our sin. Praise God!”

It’s very clear, and it’s been clear for a long time, that Derick is not interested in ever considering the possibility that he could be wrong — and by “wrong,” of course we mean “ridiculous and hateful and so, so bigoted.”

So on a sweeter, lighter note, let’s check out Nate and Jeremiah’s responses to this mess.

Without replying directly to Derick, Nate tweeted “My hope with having a show like #NandJByDesign on @TLC, where we go into people’s homes and welcome viewers into ours, is that we can start to break down barriers & normalize the way our family looks & the way our family loves.”

Jeremiah added that the show “is about showing the many different faces of love and our universal connection through it.”

Isn’t that infinitely nicer than all that nonsense from Derick?

Shame it’s just a part of that “liberal agenda,” huh?

Nathan Griffith SLAMS David Eason for Homophobic Rant

Earlier this week, David Eason launched into an unprompted homophobic rant on Twitter that horrified fans — and Teen Mom 2 fans are not easily shocked.

MTV has ended their relationship with David Eason, which makes things even more awkward for the already controversial Jenelle Evans.

Nathan Griffith is stepping up to the plate and condemning David Eason’s words.

Just days ago, while arguing with fans on Twitter about his and Jenelle’s decidedly pro-gun response to the tragic shooting at a Florida high school on Valentine’s Day, David Eason got called out on his atrocious parenting.

(And that’s putting it nicely — fans who’ve seen him in action wouldn’t trust him with a pot roast, let alone a child)

David’s response was to pivot by attacking LGBT parents and children, tweeting:

“Why don’t you go tell the homo and transgender parents to start teaching their kids better morals. Oh, I forgot, that’s supposed to be normal.”

There’s nothing abnormal or immoral about LGBT parents, but David Eason says that he’s going to make sure that his kids steer clear of them.

He tweeted:

“I’m going to teach them not to associate with them or be that way…If you lay down with dogs, you get up with fleas.”

A disgusting sentiment and a deeply offensive analogy.

When David Eason was accused of homophobia, he decided to take a literal approach to the word’s etymology.

“Homophobic? You really lost it now. I’m not scared [of] s–t, especially a homo.”

That’s right, he decided to make it worse. (By the by, folks, “homo” in this context is a slur, but that’s hardly the worst part of his tweets)

MTV pulled the plug, firing David Eason with six weeks of production remaining.

Nathan Griffith Tweet 01

Nathan Griffith sometimes feuds with Jenelle Evans, which really fits the Teen Mom 2 brand because they’re exes. And, in particular, he’s Jenelle’s ex.

And now he’s speaking out against her current husband, David Eason.

He started his series of three tweets with well wishes for everyone.

“Please take care everyone! Especially, with the terrorist attacks in the east and the families suffering in Florida.”

Every day is one nightmare after another, it seems.

“God bless and remember that God is the only one that judges and loves all his children of all races, sex, personal orientation, and belief.”

That seems like a direct reference to David Eason.

Nathan Griffith Tweet 02

He then goes on to admit that (quite frankly, like every man who’s ever been in Jenelle Evans’ orbit) he is far from perfect, writing:

“I know there are some things that I have said out of pure ignorance on my part.”

You know what — not that it’s an excuse — but everybody’s learning all of the time.

“And if I have offended or hurt anyone out there, I am truly sorry and the door is always open to vent or even ask for advice.”

That

Once could cynically suggest that perhaps Nathan is simply hoping to make sure that he never becomes unfilmable, but his message is a positive one.

Nathan Griffith Tweet 03

“I have my own beliefs and my own opinions but to segregated, belittle, and to hate someone based on their opinions, lifestyle, religion, race, and/or sexual orientation is wrong. PERIOD!”

When he talks about segregation, he’s clearly talking about David Eason’s vow to teach his children to never associate with LGBT people.

He then goes on to lament that people are still having to preach basic equality in 2018.

“It’s 2018! As long as it doesn’t affect your life, then let it go. #lovemorehateless”

That’s a very positive message.

Nathan Griffith does have a tendency to come across as the more reasonable of the two when he feuds with Jenelle.

(Admittedly, that’s not super hard to do — we’re talking about the Carolina Hurricane here)

We’re not going to endorse him for President any time soon, but it’s probably fair to say that Nathan said some good and fair things in these tweets.

And he didn’t actually mention David Eason by name — though, obviously, anyone who saw them knew what brought on his statements.

Farrah Abraham: David Eason Is a Homophobic Dumbass!

If you’re a Teen Mom 2 fan, then by now, you’ve likely heard the news that David Eason has been fired by MTV in connection with a series of homophobic remarks he made on social media.

The news that Jenelle Evans’ husband is a hateful jackass isn’t terribly surprisising, but it’s been nice to see the entire TM organization, including Jenelle’s co-stars, take action to ensure that David’s bigotry isn’t permitted on their show.

Even the Teen Moms from the OG series have gone public with their disgust for Eason, including one cast member who’s engaged in some pretty revolting behavior herself over the years.

In a recent interview with Radar Online, Farrah Abraham revealed that she fully supports MTV’s decision to kick David to the curb.

“This is a great learning opportunity for Jenelle and her children,” Farrah told Radar.

“I hope David equally understands that this world needs to be aware of certain vocabulary that is off limits.”

Okay, so like everything that comes out of Farrah’s mouth, you really have to wade through a lot of word salad in order to find the true meaning, but we think she’s saying that David deserved to get kicked to the curb.

Farrah was recently fired from the network herself, and she cracked what we think was a joke about the similar situations.

“I’m happy MTV had one responsible firing,” she told Radar.

David’s firing marks what many fans are hoping is the beginning of the end for Jenelle.

News that he won’t be returning to the show comes on the heels of multiple scandals, several of them involving Evans and Eason’s insensitivy toward large segments of the population.

Last week, Jenelle posed with a gun and posted the photo to Instagram just hours after the nation learned of the tragic school shooting in Parkland, Florida.

Just days later, Eason proved that that was no fluke – he and Jenelle really are filled with bitter hatred for their fellow human.

In response to a suggestion that Eason teach his kids to be sensitive to the plights of others in the wake of tragedies, Eason went on a bizarre social media tirade.

“Lmao why don’t you go tell the homo and transgender parents to start teaching their kids better morals?” he wrote at one point.

“Oh I forgot that’s supposed to be normal,” he added.

Yeah, for once we’re fully in agreement with Farrah on something – this bigot needed to go,

Watch Teen Mom 2 online to remind yourself of just how badly David sucks.
