By exercising with his girlfriend Sami Miró!

Last weekend, the Neighbors stud and the model went jogging on the beach in Tybee Island, GA!

The High School Musical hunk wore a tight, white tank top while his gal pal looked chic in a black long-sleeve tee and short shorts!

The equally fit couple have been going strong for quite some time now, and have done their fair share of traveling together!

As we wrote last month, the photogenic duo vacationed in Mexico!

When you’re Zac Efron, life is nothing but a beach.

Lili Bernard Files Sexual Assault Charges Against Bill Cosby

A total of 40 women have now accused Bill Cosby of sexual assault, but thus far, the comedy legend has been protected from prosecution by the statute of limitations on such crimes.

With the exception of Chloe Goins - a model who claims Cosby drugged her and licked her toes at the Playboy Mansion in 2008 - all of the accusers say that their encounters with Cosby took place several decades ago.

On Friday, Lili Bernard and Sammie Mays became the two most recent accusers, and while both say they were raped by Cosby more than twenty years ago, in Bernard's case, there's a legal loophole that land Cosby in serious legal trouble.

Bernard claims that she was assaulted by Cosby in New Jersey, a state where there is no statute of limitations of felony rape charges.

Bernard's attorney, Gloria Allred, says that her client filed charges with Atlantic City police just before her press conference on Friday.

"Unlike most other states, New Jersey has no statue of limitations for rape, which means that law enforcement is not prevented from prosecuting a case because of an arbitrary time period set by law," Allred says.

Cosby has not yet spoken publicly about the possibility of facing rape charges in court. With the exception of a statement issued by Cosby's attorney back in November, the comedian has made no comment on the many allegations against him.
