Rosie O'Donnell Shows Up in Court For Custody Battle (VIDEO)

Rosie O’Donnell just showed up at a New York City courthouse to begin fighting her custody battle in front of a judge. 


Rosie wasn’t talkative but showed resolve as she entered the building.


TMZ broke the story … Rosie’s wife, Michelle Rounds, claims Rosie indulges in alcohol and weed to the point she is not capable of taking care of their 2-year-old daughter Dakota … it’s a stark contrast to the various pics we’ve seen of Rosie and her daughter.


For her part, Rosie says Michelle is a liar whose end game is squeezing money out of her.


Michelle’s lawyer will be in court, asking the judge to order Rosie to submit to random drug testing until the custody matter is resolved. Rosie is asking the judge to enforce the prenup — which has a confidentiality clause — and gag Michelle.

Chris Brown: Battery Charges Already Dropped

Just one day after being charged, Chris Brown is no longer wanted for battery.





Yesterday, Chris Brown was accused of punching a man during a Vegas basketball game--which comes as no surprise because Chris Brown has a history of violent behavior.

But today, the same guy called the cops and decided he did not want to press charges.  He offered no explanation, and the case is closed.


No other information has been released.


This is a lucky break for Brown.  He has been in a string of legal issues in recent years.  If it is any indication of his legal history, in January, Chris Brown's probation was revoked.

Katharine McPhee -- Touched ... by Estranged Hubby Nick Cokas

It’s a stark contrast to her split with Nick Cokas, which allegedly came after Katharine was photographed sucking face with her “Smash” director Michael Morris. Katharine claimed in the documents she was already separated from Nick, but he says they were still together.


But things change … or do they? A source close to Katharine insists Katharine and Nick had a friendly business breakfast in West Hollywood. He’s still involved in her music stuff.


The source also says Katharine has a boyfriend.
