Lou Gehrig -- Game-Used Bat Found ... Family Used for Home Protection

Talk about hitting the jackpot … a NY family learned a baseball bat specifically kept in the house for beating off intruders … IS WORTH A FORTUNE … ’cause it was used by Lou Gehrig! 

The story is pretty crazy … the family says they came into possession of the bat decades ago when a family member of a former NY Yankees groundskeeper gave it to them as a gift. 

Clearly, they thought it was just a regular bat … and kept it behind the front door of the home for “protection” … and it stayed there for 30 years. 

That is, until someone realized it wasn’t just an old piece of wood … but a 1929-31 Lou Gehrig game-used bat … one of the few Gehrig bats known to exist. 

Now, the bat is hitting the auction block through Love of the Game Auctions … and we’re told the opening bid will be $ 20,000. 

Pretty cool, right?

Reese Witherspoon Reenacts A Scene From Legally Blonde With Andy Cohen And Sofia Vergara! Watch Her Bring Back Elle Woods HERE!!

Reese Witherspoon revived her Elle Woods on Watch What Happens Live this week when she acted out a scene from the 2001 classic Legally Blonde!

The 39-year-old acted out a funny scene in the form of her UCLA sorority girl character with her Hot Pursuit co-star Sofia Vergara and host Andy Cohen — who put on a blonde wig to play one of Elle’s Delta Nu sorority sisters!

The scene in the movie is the exact moment when Elle announces to her friends that she is planning to take the LSATs and go to Harvard Law School, all to win back the love of her life.

Andy gets really into his sorority girl role, and Sofia didn’t really understand the “vacay” colloquialism. But Reese TOTALLY got right back into her iconic character with ease!

When asked about the possibility of a Legally Blonde 3, the actress said:

“I don’t know, yeah. Somebody pitched me an idea the other day. Somebody thought it would be really funny if Elle went to jail.”

One thing’s for sure, Elle definitely wouldn’t think Orange is the New Black! LOLz!

John Stamos is starring in a new FOX show called Grandfathered, a single-camera comedy where the actor will be playing a seasoned bachelor.

Typecast. LOLz!

But then, John’s life completely changes when he finds out he has a son named Gerald, played by none other than Josh Peck. And THEN he finds out GERALD has a daughter, seeing as he got seduced into a one-night stand with Vanessa, AKA Christina Milian, two years earlier.

And just like that, bada bing, bada boom, John Stamos went from being a lone stallion to a new grandfather.

Taking on a starring role is a lot of work, but rest assured, this will NOT affect Uncle Jesse’s part in the Netflix Full House spinoff, or the actor’s other role as executive producer.

Have mercy for John Stamos! The man is going to be exhausted with all these projects he’s taking on.

Kim Kardashian -- Even Protesters Buy My New Book (VIDEO)

Kim Kardashian kind of undermined a pair of animal rights advocates Thursday night, when her people got them to buy her book and then threw them out before they could meet Kim and make a fuss.

The 2 women showed up at The Grove in L.A., where hundreds of people lined up for a John Hancock on Kim’s new book, “Selfish.”

The women made their case to our photog after they were booted, saying Kim has the power to be a positive influence by urging her fans to stop wearing fur manufactured by horrific methods of animal torture.

Kim has never really addressed animal cruelty in the fur industry, only saying, “I believe everyone has the choice of what they want. It’s not illegal to buy fur.”
