A Judge Says Rosie O'Donnell WON'T Be Drug Tested — Get An Update On The Contentious Custody Battle HERE!

Rosie O’Donnell just got some good news.

On Friday, a judge ordered that Rosie WON’T have to submit to random drug testing during her contentious custody battle with ex-wife, Michelle Rounds.

The presiding judge felt that Michelle’s unfit parent claim was bogus and that the exes 50/50 custody agreement doesn’t require any modifications at this time.

According to a source, Rounds is furious at the decision and she plans to refile her claim ASAP because she feels the kids aren’t safe with Rosie.

Sheesh, what a mess!

Aside from the drug testing ruling, the judge admonished both parties for speaking out on the case to social media and he ordered the former couple to stop the public dramz immediately.

Hmm, we’ll see if these ladies will listen!!
