Kim Kardashian -- More Like a Fake Out Than a Trip (VIDEO)

We just got video of Kim Kardashian in Beverly Hills Friday, and it seems she was maneuvering around paparazzi more than stumbling.

Pics came out on Friday making it appear a pregnant Kim lost her balance in her high heels, but the video shows an insane pap crush and some quick maneuvering on her part.

That said, more comfortable threads still seem like a good idea.
