Chris Brown is throwing a party for himself, but the guest of honor will really be his 1-year-old girl, thanks to his baby mama.

Chris was supposed to do the ol’ hand off Friday … Royalty‘s been with him all week. He told Nia Guzman he desperately wanted to throw a party for Father’s Day, and Nia agreed to extend the visit a few extra days to accommodate him.

So here’s what’s in store for Royalty … tacos, enchiladas, and other fixins all catered by rapper T-Rell‘s mom, a bounce house, swimming and entertainment.

Chris has invited his pals who have kids. We’re told Tyga may stop by with King Cairo.

As for why Nia — who’s in a bitter custody and child support fight with Chris — decided to bend … we’re told she doesn’t want to come off like a bitter mom.

Baby steps.

'Honey Boo Boo' House Hits The Market ... For Double

Mama June, Sugar Bear and the rest of the ‘Honey Boo Boo‘ clan have been a financial bonanza for their landlord, who stands to make a killing off their Georgia digs.

The owner of the 1,368 sq. ft. 3 bed, 1.5 bath home — heavily featured on the cancelled reality show — has put the house on the market for $ 45k, almost twice the $ 27k he bought it for 5 years ago.

The home’s been vacant since Mama June bailed for an upgrade earlier this year…and we’re told they left the place in pretty good shape. Only a few repairs to the roof and other minor stuff.

The brand new security system they left behind probably spiked the price. 

But one thing could turn buyers away … all those ‘sketti marks.

A-Rod Baseball -- Yankees Offer King's Ransom ... Says Guy Who Caught It

How bad do the New York Yankees want A-Rod to have his 3,000 hit ball back? So bad that the team is offering a smorgasbord of AWESOME pinstriped-themed goodies … so says the guy who caught it.

We spoke to Zack Hample … the lucky dog who snagged A-Rod’s historic dinger, and he tells us the Yanks made an incredible offer to him the minute the MLB authenticated his ball.

According to Hample the deal included …

- Seats in the “Legends” section of Yankees stadium

- A personal meeting with A-Rod.

- His own press conference with the media.

- Appearances on the YES network for the rest of the season

- A “sizable” donation” to the charity of Hample’s choice (with A-Rod to match the donation)

FYI — sitting in the  swanky “Legends” section of Yankees stadium is a big deal, with tickets running up to $ 1,500 per game … and include gourmet food and drinks for the whole 9 innings.

Hample says it’s ain’t just the Yanks who want the ball — with multiple auction houses and collectors offering big cash for the rock — but he hasn’t made up his mind about what to do with it just yet.

Good problem to have if you ask us.
