There are plenty of celeb moms who are tatted up, like Pink and Kailyn Lowry — and we know no one would DARE try to tell Pink she can’t breastfeed!
Now, a judge in Australia has ruled that a mother from New South Wales will be allowed to breastfeed her 11-month-old baby after she was previously banned from doing so — just because she got a tattoo!

Two weeks ago, Judge Matthew Myers of the Federal Circuit Court banned the 20-year-old newly inked mom from breastfeeding, concerned that she might transmit a blood-based disease to the infant.
The mother was tested for diseases at the time — and found to be negative for any blood-borne problem — but Judge Myers still prevented her from breastfeeding despite the clean bill of health.
Now family court Judge Murray Aldridge has overturned that ruling, and in the process, he threw some mad shade at Judge Myers, saying:
“Judges must not mistake their own views for being either facts not reasonably open to question or as appropriately qualified expert evidence. That those views may have been obtained by the judge searching the internet compounds, rather than alleviates, the difficulty.”
In other words, Judge Myers ruled on something he didn’t know anything about, except for a quick Internet search that took him in the wrong direction. Yikes!!!

Apparently, Myers’ initial judgment came about earlier in June when the baby’s father spoke out about the mother’s tattoo as part of a bitter dispute over parental rights.
What do U think — are fresh tattoos a big deal on new moms?
