Organized Crime Ring In San Diego Steals $100,000 Worth Of LEGOs!

Lord Business would very much enjoy this story.

San Diego Police just busted an organized crime ring that was responsible for stealing more than $ 100,000 in merchandise from chain stores!

And when we say 100K in merchandise, we actually mean 100K in LEGO sets and Frozen toys…

That’s right!

Liliana Marquez, 29, Juan Camacho, 26, and Elizabeth Bojorquez, 21, were among five suspects taken in by the cops after surveillance cameras caught them robbing five different Toys-R-Us stores more than 30 times over a course of six months!

Apparently, the alleged criminals simply loaded up their cart with around $ 4000 worth of toys each time, and just walked out of the store — easy as that!

Not to advocate for robbery or anything, but how did the superstore not catch on sooner since this had been happening since December?!

Police have yet to find any of the missing toys, but we just know that Emmet will save the day!
