Dance Moms: Is It Really Cancelled?!?

Is Dance Moms really coming to an end on Lifetime?

We previously reported that the Abby Lee Miller fronted series might be ending after the current season due the ongoing legal issues with Miller.

Now, series star, Ashlee Rumfallo has spoken out about the revelation that the series is over and had much to say on the matter.

“There has not been a definite cancelation,” she said.

“They’re waiting on a few things and deciding how and what they’re going to do. No one knows.”

Sounds pretty ominous. Right?

Considering the way Abby worded a statement on social media a few days ago, it sure seemed like she was saying goodbye to the show that made her a household name.

When you think about it, the show really needs to think about a future without Abby.

She is due to be sentenced on January 20, 2017.

There are rumblings that she could face up to 30 months in the slammer.

Might Abby’s arch nemesis, Cathy Nesbitt-Stein take over from Abby?

That would be a hilarious twist, but Abby would not let that happen in a million years.

Seriously, I could imagine Abby staging a getaway from prison in order to get Cathy away from her show.

Any way you look at it, there’s a lot up in the air for the reality series.

There’s a very really possibility that it is toast.

Ratings for the most recent season are hovering around the 1 million mark, so it’s not like Lifetime would miss it.

However, the network probably makes a lot of money from the international sales of the series.

Don’t expect a definite answer on the fate of the series until after Abby’s sentencing.

For now, you can watch Dance Moms online and enjoy what could be the final episodes of the series.

What do you think about this?

Should it go on without Abby?
