Briana DeJesus, is that really you?
Fresh off a series of plastic surgery procedures, the controversial MTV personality posted the first photo of herself in weeks on Wednesday, giving followers a look at her brand new body.
Can you note the many changes below?
On February 1, DeJesus touched down in Florida in order to get seriously madeover by a famous surgeon named Dr. Miami.
(NOTE: This is not his real name, we strongly presume.)
The procedures didn’t cost Briana any money, according to various sources, but they may have cost her some dignity.
This is because Dr. Miami used DeJesus for promotional purposes, sharing some rather explicit before-and-after photo photos of the Teen Mom 2 star on Snapchat a couple weeks ago.
These DeJesus images are NOT for the faint of heart.
Now, however, Briana has gone ahead and posted her very own after shot, revealing the results of her breast lift, implant exchange, tummy tuck and booty reshaping.

DeJesus shared this photo on Instagram yesterday, not including any words in her caption for it.
She wants followers to form their own unbiased opinions, apparently, which is an admirable stance to take we suppose.
But it may be one she soon regrets, based on an initial glance at a few comments in response to this picture.
They aren’t exactly overflowing with praise and flattery, are they?
This was the second time DeJesus permitted Dr. Miami to broadcast her surgical procedures, which previously included breast implants, a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction and a labiaplasty in 2016.
“I can’t button my pants cause it hurts but I’m back,” DeJesus also Tweeted on Wednesday, not exactly giving the makeover a ringing endorsement herself, either.
She later added:
“Feels good getting back into the swing of things lol this surgery still has me walking all weird but each day gets better!”
So she’s walking weird and she’s in pain and most people on the Internet are making fun of her? Got it.
Remind us to never get plastic surgery.
DeJesus, of course, has been in the news for reasons aside from her redefined appearance.
She was visited in Miami by estranged boyfriend Javi Marroquin this month, only for Kailyn Lowry’s ex-husband to leave the Sunshine State earlier than he originally planned.
He told Radar Online shortly after jetting out of there that the reunion did not go as he had hoped it would, allegedly because DeJesus was also visited at the time by her ex-boyfriend.
So much for a reconciliation between the pair, who split earlier this year after just a few months of dating?
That’s certainly what it sounds like when you consider Briana’s new living arrangement.
Sources have claimed that Briana is actually residing with the aforementioned ex-boyfriend, some dude named Devoin Austin who is also the father of her first child, Nova.
It’s all pretty darn complicated, we know.
We have a new-looking DeJesus, scorning one ex-boyfriend in exchange for another, all in a matter of weeks.
But the important thing to remember here is that Briana brought MTV cameras with her to Miami as well, so all of this drama will soon play out in front of our eyes on future episodes of Teen Mom 2.
It’s almost as though it was scripted that way all along.
