Rocco Ritchie Bails on Monster Mom Madonna, Moves in With Guy Ritchie
She may share her name with the Bible’s best-known mom, but Madonna’s parenting skills are being called into question by those who know her best this holiday season.
The singer’s 15-year-old son, Rocco Ritchie, has reportedly chosen to move in with his father, director Guy Ritchie, after complaining of being mistreated his famous mother.
Sources say Rocco felt that Madonna was more interested in him as a “trophy,” than as a son.
“There were horrible, full-blown fights with screaming and crying,” says one insider of Madonna and Rocco’s relationship.
According to TMZ, Rocco accompanied Madonna on her recent European tour, but was a no-show when her private jet was scheduled to leave London for Stockholm.
Insiders say Rocco couldn’t handle the non-stop fighting and traveling that had come to characterize life with his mom.
He’s now living with Ritchie in London, and Madge is reportedly exploring her legal options.
This is far from the first time that the Madonna and Rocco’s difficult relationship has made tabloid headlines.
Earlier this year, Madonna commented on Rocco’s penis in an Instagram post that she later deleted, reportedly upon his request.
Last year, Madonna used the N-word to refer to Rocco, and sources say he complained about his mother’s inappropriate social media posts on that occasion, as well.
Both Madonna and Guy have yet to speak publicly about the situation, but we get the feeling they may soon wind up talking to a judge.
