Gossip Girl Actress Kelly Rutherford Has Won Sole Custody Of Her Kids!

After a long legal battle, Kelly Rutherford has finally won custody of her children.

The 46-year-old Gossip Girl actress now has sole custody of her eight-year-old son Hermes and six-year-old daughter Helena after a judge ruled that they must be brought home from Monaco. The children have been living with their father Daniel Giersch for three years, but now they’ll reside with their mother in Los Angeles, after this ruling.

Previously, even when Rutherford went to Europe to see her children Giersch wouldn’t let her, but now she’s in control and will keep their passports.

Next, there will be a hearing on June 15th in which both parents and kids (or Giersch’s representatives) will be present. Rutherford’s lawyer Wendy Murphy said:

“We are ecstatic, and hopeful that Monaco will respect the California court’s ruling and send the children home. It has long been our position that Monaco has no jurisdiction because Hermes and Helena, as American citizens, have an absolute right to live in their own country. If the citizenship shoe were on the other foot and these children were citizens of Monaco, I have no doubt the United States would respect their right to reside in Monaco. Monaco officials know that sending the children back to America is the right thing to do. I’m looking forward to the happy reunion of the children not only with their mother, but also with their country!”

Hopefully Kelly and Daniel can come up with some amicable plan to raise their two kids going forward.

Shortly after Gigi Hadid and Cody Simpson announced their amicable breakup, the supermodel has been seen spending a lot of time with one man in particular. You may remember Lewis Hamilton, the race car-driving ex of Nicole Scherzinger?

The duo dated on-and-off for seven years, and now it looks like Lewis is really ready to move on.

Not only did Mr. Hamilton and Miz Hadid attend the Cannes amfAR gala together, but they continued to spend some quality time in Monaco.

Gigi, her sister Bella Hadid, and the Jenner girls were there, cheering on Lewis at the Monaco Grand Prix. Then they were of course water-bound, jumping into the water form waaayyyyy high up (video below).

It doesn’t seem super serious, but it looks like there could be a romance brewing here.

Kim Kardashian Cried When Kanye West Gave Her Closet A Makeover!

Remember when Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West first got together, and Yeezy decided she wasn’t chic enough so he and his stylist cleaned out her closet?

Well, it turns out it was far from a painless experience.

Kimmy appeared on Monday’s Live With Kelly & Michael and talked all about her husband’s style overhaul! She explained:

“They put everything that he thought wasn’t ‘cool enough’ in a pile, and I walked in and it was like a pile to the ceiling of shoes. All my amazing shoes that I loved, and I started crying. I was like, ‘I can’t get rid of this stuff, your stylist has no idea what she’s talking about.’ So I put it all in another room, and I was like, ‘I’ll trust your opinion, but I’m not getting rid of my stuff. Let me see what you’re really talking about.’ Then I walk into my room, and there’s an entire room filled with all new clothes. All the stuff he wanted to fill back up my closet with. It was, like, really cool new designer stuff — I hadn’t even heard of some of these designers before. And it really helped me fall in love with fashion. I eventually did get rid of most of that stuff, and my style has evolved and changed. But I couldn’t see it at that time.”

And they matched happily ever after! LOLz!
