Scandal Season 5 Promo: Olitz? Oh, Yes!

Thank Goodness It"s Thursday?

Yes, that will be for sure once Scandal Season 5 returns on September 24.

But the first official teaser for new episodes to come have us thinking of a different saying at the moment: Thank Goodness It"s Olitz!

The 30-second promo focuses heavily on Fitz and Olivia in bed, making it clear these two will give it a go as a legitimate couple. Also hammering that point home?

We see Fitz drop the D-Word bomb on Mellie toward the end of the preview. Shocker!

The footage is set to Etta James" "At Last" and it has us giddy for Scandal Season 5 Episode 1, titled "Heavy is the Hand."

Check out the first promo now.

The Vampire Diaries Season 7 Promo: New Enemies, New Stakes

The CW has released the first promo for The Vampire Diaries Season 7.

And this 60-second trailer makes one thing abundantly clear: things in Mystic Falls will never be the same.

We see Lily and her family of Heretics taking over Mystic Falls, apparently having struck some kind of deal with the residents there.

But Damon isn"t a fan of the deal, and it becomes rather clear why when the bodies pile up and when Lily offers Stefan one word of motherly advice: RUN!

Elsewhere, Stefan is definitely making out with Caroline; one character is learning how to make a bomb; and there are fires, explosions and threats galore.

Look for new enemies and new stakes to emerge when The Vampire Diaries Season 7 Episode 1 airs on Thursday, October 8.

Cincinnati Bengals -- No Devon Still ... Means No Jersey Fundraiser for Cancer

Z STAFF

EXCLUSIVE

0910_devon_leah-still-instagramThe program raised more than $ 1.3 MILLION last year — but now that Devon Still has been cut by the Bengals, there will be no “Round 2” of his infamous jersey fundraiser … this according to the team.

The Bengals stepped up in a big way last year — participating in a program where a majority of the money brought in from Still jersey sales went to the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

No question, the Bengals did a very cool thing — and props to them for it.

But now that Still has been released — we asked the team if there were any plans to continue the program in some form … possibly involving Still, since he’s so beloved by the Cinci community.

The short answer — no.

A rep for the Bengals explained the 2014 program was a “unique opportunity to help Devon’s efforts to help others … but as he is no longer with us, there is no ongoing program.”

The rep adds, “Devon and Leah are of course in the team’s thoughts and prayers, and also of course, we are happy to know she is in remission.”
