Congratulations are in order for Briana DeJesus.
The Teen 3 alum, who is set to return to the MTV franchise this summer on Teen Mom 2, has welcomed her second child into the world.
According to MTV News, which broke this exciting story, DeJesus is now the mother to a little girl named Stella.
She was born just prior to 2 p.m. today, weighing in at the time six pounds, 11 ounces and measuring 19.5 inches in length.
DeJesus confirmed the existence of daughter number-two via an adorable Instagram photo that featured these key figures, along with little Stella’s first footprints.

“What a blessing,” Briana wrote as a caption to the image.
An insider tells MTV that mommy and baby are both “healthy” and that Nova, the five-year old daughter to whom Briana gave birth during her stint on 16 & Pregnant, is “excited to be a big sister.”
DeJesus shared her pregnancy with the world on January, keeping fans apprised of her pregnancy progress as the weeks and months flew by.
“Looks like Nova won’t be an only child anymore. Super excited for July,” DeJesus captioned photos on her Story back when she made this announcement.
At one point, she even posted a 3D sonogram of the impending child, penning as a caption to the awesome image:
“My lil Dominican bae is 6lbs, healthy & hairy (lol) few more weeks well actually she can come any day now.”
On Briana’s 23rd birthday last month, her friends and family members hosted a baby shower for Briana, who had already alerted her loved ones that the baby would be named Stella.
On the paternity side:
Nova’s father is DeJesus’ ex-boyfriend, some dude named Devoin Austin.
Her second daughter, meanwhile, is the result of relationship she had with a new boyfriend, a guy named Luis, and it was “the last thing that I expected to happen,” she told People Magazine this spring.
Will Luis play a role in his child’s life?
It doesn’t sound that way.
By the end of the latest preview for Teen Mom 2, Briana is seen breaking down in tears, explaining that “[Luis] been cheating on me this whole time, so I don’t know what I’m gonna do.”
YIKES.
DeJesus made headlines in 2016 when she underwent a self-described “mommy makeover,” receiving butt implants, breast implants and a labiaplasty.
She sounds pretty much perfect for the drama set to ensue on Teen Mom 2, doesn’t she?
And she has company in the new mom/Teen Mom universe, as Chelsea Houska and Jenelle Evans both welcomed babies earlier this (a boy and a girl, respectively).
As fans of the franchise are also well aware, Kailyn Lowry is due to give birth to her third child nearly any day now… and 16 and Pregnant’s Ashley Salazar also welcomed her second child in January.
That’s a lot of unprotected sex!
Teen Mom 2 returns on July 17 with new episodes, many of which will focus on Briana’s pregnancy journey.
