Kate Upton Gives Birth to First Child!
The woman who many consider to be the world’s most perfect looking human just gave birth to an absolute perfect baby.
Indeed, congratulations are in order for Kate Upton:
The supermodel just gave birth to her very first child!
The 26-year old shared the blessed news on Saturday evening, alerting Instagram followers to the name and the gender of her and husband Justin Verlander’s precious offspring.
We’ll let Upton take it from here…
“Genevieve Upton Verlander. 11.7.18,” Kate simply wrote, confirming that the newborn came into official existence this past Wednesday.
She included with this message a gorgeous black-and-white snapshot of little Genevieve…
… and here it is!
Well done, Kate and Justin.
Verlander, who works as one of the best starting pitchers in all of Major League Baseball, posted a photo of the couple holding their little one’s hand.
He wrote as a caption:
“Welcome to the world Genevieve Upton Verlander. You stole my [heart] the first second I met you!!! 11.7.2018.”
Verlander also penned a sweet message to Upton after the couple confirmed her pregnancy in July.
“You’re going to be the most amazing Mom!! I can’t wait to start this new journey with you!” he gushed on Instagram at the time, adding:
“You’re the most thoughtful, loving, caring, and strong woman I’ve ever met! I’m so proud that our little one is going to be raised in this world by a woman like you! I love you so much.”
Upton and Verlander got married the knot in Tuscany, Italy, in November of 2017, mere days after the pitcher and the Houston Astros won the 2017 World Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
During the baseball season that recently concluded, Verlander credited Upton for turning both his career and his life around.
Speaking to Bleacher Report about his outlook after going through multiple injuries, Verlander said the following a few months ago:
“Who knows if I’m even here if it wasn’t for her?
“I really thought it was the end. … She was instrumental in me not … like, jumping off a bridge.”
Wow, huh?
And now she’s also been also rather instrumental in Verlander becoming a dad.

Ryan Edwards: Will He Miss the Birth of His Son While In Rehab?
As we reported earlier today, Ryan Edwards is headed back to rehab.
If you’ve been following the sad saga of Edwards’ downward spiral, you know that’s undeniably good news.
Edwards has been arrested three times in the past 18 months as a result of his addictions, and his erratic behavior has endangered his loved ones on multiple occasions.
So it’s encouraging to learn that he’s finally getting serious about getting sober.
But the road to recovery is never an easy one, and according to a new report from Radar Online, Edwards will be making a major sacrifice early on in his sobriety journey.
Edwards’ wife, Mackenzie Standifer, is currently pregnant with the couple’s first child.
(Ryan and Mackenzie each have one child from previous relationships.)
Unfortunately, Edwards will be in treatment for the foreseeable future, and one insider tells Radar that Mackenzie is less than one week away from. giving birth.
“Mackenzie is expected to be induced on October 8,” says the source.
“She is naming her son Jagger Ryan Edwards.”
The insider goes on to confirm that Mackenzie has no expectation that Ryan will be present when her son enters the world:
“I believe her mom and her aunt will be in the delivery room with her,” the source adds.
Not only will Ryan miss the birth of his child, it may be several months before he even meets little Jagger.
“[Ryan] isn’t supposed to be out [of rehab] until February or March,” a different insider claims.
Meanwhile, it remains unclear if Ryan and Mackenzie are still a couple.
One source claims that even before Ryan checked into rehab, he and Mackenzie were no longer living together.
“Mackenzie moved out of the lake house they were living in,” the insider says.
“[She] is now living with her parents.”
Despite that development, Mackenzie recently claimed that she and Ryan are still going strong:
“I’m so sorry but I will continue to stand up for what I believe in no matter how chopped, edited, and jumbled it may be,” Standifer wrote in an Instagram post.
“I have stuck by my husband through some of the darkest times imaginable,” she added.
“Have mistakes been made? Hell yes,” Standifer continued.
“Have they been accounted for, dealt with and resolved, yep.”
So it sounds like, for the time being at least, Mackenzie is planning to ride this thing out.
We wish her and Ryan all the best through the difficult time ahead.

Jill Duggar Announces Birth of Another Family Baby!
Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard are already parents to Israel and Samuel, and have taught their boys all about “God’s plan for sex” using a hate-filled children’s book.
It turns out that this fundamentalist take on sex education came just in time, because the Dillard family had another baby on the way.
Now, Jill has gleefully announced, the new baby has been born.
“So excited for another Dillard baby!! …” Jill wrote on Instagram beside a black-and-white photo of the newborn.
The baby, of course, is not hers.
Jill’s post continued: “Congrats @deena.dillard and @justdand.”
Those are Denna and Dan Dillard, her in-laws through her husband, Derick.
She also shared her nephew’s name, writing: “We can’t wait to meet baby Jax!”
Jill concluded her congratulatory post with the hashtags: “#firstDillardcousin #jaxonmichaeldillard”
Jax’s mom also had some happy words to share.
“We are so excited to introduce Jaxon Michael Dillard to the world,” Deena writes on Instagram.
“He came at 9:11pm on Sept 5th,” Deena shares. “He weighs 6lbs 7oz and is 19 inches long.”
“He’s absolutely perfect in every way,” Deena gushes. Awww!
“During our skin to skin time,” Deena adds. “@justdand prayed the sweetest prayer of thanksgiving and blessing over our little family.”
“We are so grateful for God’s sweet blessing of Baby Jax,” Deena concludes.
Not content to write an Instagram post, Jill also took to her family blog to congratulate Deena and Dan.
“We are so excited for Dan and Deena (Derick’s brother and sister-in-law) on their new arrival!” Jill writes.
“Israel and Samuel are thrilled to have their first Dillard cousin,” Jill adds. “And we are so excited to have our first Dillard nephew!”
Jill reveals that they haven’t seen little Jax in person yet, but writes: “We all look forward to meeting him soon!”
“Y’all are such great parents already and we are so happy for you,” Jill writes to the new parents. “Welcome to this wonderful parenting journey!”
Jill and Derick and Deena and Dan are no strangers to congratulating each other.
“I would like to wish my sister-in-law @jillmdillard the happiest of birthdays!” Deena wrote on Jill’s birthday, back in May.
Though Derick’s bigoted attacks had gotten the couple in trouble, Deena sang Jill’s praises, writing: “She is a wonderful mother who loves Jesus so much!”
Deena even praised Jill and Derick’s missionary work, adding: “She’s even willing to raise her kiddos in the most challenging conditions in order to bring the Gospel to the nations.”
“We are blessed to know her,” Deena concluded at the time.
Derick and Jill are controversial, even compared to other Duggar family couples.
Their missionary work raised some eyebrows from fans who are concerned about their parenting — and from others who want to know why the couple is always begging fans for cash.
Derick’s transphobic attacks on fellow TLC star Jazz Jennings were not only despicable (what grown man tweets attacks on a teenage girl?), but ended the couple’s reality television career.
A lot of fans — even those who genuinely like Derick and Jill despite everything — aren’t confident that they know what they’re doing when it comes to raising children.
But it’s nice to see them celebrate a normal family milestone. They have their very first Dillard nibling! Maybe their kids will be close with Jax.

Audrey Roloff is nothing if not an open book.
The former Little People, Big World cast member talks often about her faith and her family and how the two nearly always intertwine.
The mother of one also talks about parenthood on a frequent basis, ever since welcoming daughter Ember into the world in September of 2017.
Now, in a very personal and impressive blog post, Audrey has opened way up about her actual birthing experience.

But we"ve shared a handful of excerpts below in order to help Audrey relay her experience to the fans and followers who are either interested or who may even benefit from this kind of information…
1. This is How Audrey Opened Her Lengthy Post:
I am just now finally getting around to sharing her birth story. WOW! It has taken me an entire year to finish it. Sigh. Guess that’s just reality as a new mom, going through two remodels, writing our first book, keeping always more and beating50percent a float, while trying to maintain sanity and some resemblance of a social life. The past year has been exhausting, thrilling, tearful, and full of treasured moments. But perhaps the most treasured moment was September 10th, 2017
2. I Will Not Be Sugar Coating the Messy Reality of Birth…
So Audrey warned, prior to getting into said details as follows: “By the time I was 10 days overdue, I was trying whatever the internet suggested about naturally inducing labor. Pineapple, spicy food, bouncing on the ball, taking baths, long walks, raspberry leaf tea, acupuncture, and sex, but still no baby. I remember reading comments on social media, and even receiving texts from friends, who had some opinions about my desire to wait for our baby to come naturally… Of course. I would not put our baby in danger if I did indeed need to be medically induced. But I also knew lots of women who were impatiently or unnecessarily induced early, and I wanted to avoid that. So I kept surrendering and trusting in God’s timing for our daughters birth.”
3. She’s Finally on the Way!
“I woke up at 2:30 am to what I thought was just intense cramping. I had experienced some pretty intense cramping the past couple of nights so I didn’t think too much of it at first, but after a few minutes I quickly realized this was different. MUCH different. This was the blinding ambush. IT WAS TIME!!! I reached over into my nightstand drawer and grabbed a sharpie to write my life mantra on my arm – ALWAYS MORE. I knew that this day, more than any other day, I needed to be reminded that I ALWAYS had MORE strength, endurance, and hope through Christ.”
4. What They Decided:
“Jeremy and I wanted our labor and delivery experience to be a calm, low stress, and intimate experience between the two of us. That meant no family, friends, or cameras in the delivery room. We wanted to bring our daughter into the world together without having to think or worry about anything or anyone else. Just Jeremy and I, intimately experiencing the most defining moment of our lives together.”
5. More Specifics:
“Our birth plan was essentially to have a low-intervention, unmedicated birth at the hospital with the help of our doula Echo, essential oils, prayer, and a jammin’ Spotify playlist.”11
6. Why Did She Opt for an Unmedicated Birth?
“I didn’t want labor to solely be something I went through, while Jeremy watched from a chair. I wanted for him to be an active participant. I wanted for him to feel needed and important during the whole process – and he was. Laboring with Jeremy was was the most intimate, unifying, God-empowering, thing we have ever done together.”

Chelsea Houska: Has She Given Birth to Baby #3?!
Chelsea Houska might the most private of all the Teen Moms, but with 5.3 million followers on Instagram and another 1.8 million on Twitter, it’s not easy for her to keep secrets.
Chelsea’s fans follow her every move, and when she goes silent on social media — however briefly — they immediately begin to suspect something is up.
Houska is pregnant with her third child, and when she went a few hours without posting yesterday — as human beings with jobs and social lives tend to — many jumped to the conclusion that she had gone into labor.
That may seem a bit extreme, but such is the life of a reality star in 2018.
The cameras might stop rolling between seasons, but with a web presence that massive, you’re always in the spotlight.
The speculation started innocently enough, with one fan tweeting:
“@ChelseaHouska hasn’t been tweeting too much lately. Baby time?”
This led to the creation of a subreddit with the title “Chelsea Has Been Quiet On Social Media – Think She Had Her Baby?”
Of course, it wasn’t just Chelsea’s digital silence that led fans to the conclusion that she’s in labor.
Houska’s due date is fast approaching and she delivered her first two children ahead of schedule.
She recently tweeted that she had reached the “over it” stage of her pregnancy, which led some to the conclusion that she expected to deliver soon.
On top of that, it would make sense for Houska to keep the big news to herself until after she’s home from the hospital.
Chelsea has had scary encounters with fans in the past, which is one of the reasons she keeps a lower profile than her co-stars.
Ironically, that move has led to increased scrutiny of her personal life.
In other words, while it was a bit crazy for fans to just assume Chelsea was in labor, we can see the thinking that led to that conclusion.
Alas, it seems all the words of congratulations were a bit premature.
“I can promise everyone that whenever I AM in labor…nobody will know..and there def won’t be posts and silly little articles about it,” Chelsea tweeted last night.

Joy-Anna Duggar Opens Up About Difficult Child Birth: I Could Have Died!
It’s been five months since Joy-Anna Duggar welcomed her first child.
At the time, it was reported that the birth did not go according to plan, and Joy-Anna was rushed to a nearby hospital, despite her intention to deliver the baby at home.
It’s not the first time that a Duggar woman was forced to abandon her plans for a homebirth, but Joy-Anna’s case sparked greater interest among fans than those of her older sisters,
In the corners of the internet that are devoted to all things Duggar, fans speculated that Joy-Anna’s delivery went seriously awry.
There were rumors that Jill Duggar had served as midwife, even though she lacks the proper qualifications for the job.
Some even went so far as to claim that Joy nearly lost her life.
On tonight’s episode of Counting On, Joy-Anna will open about the complicated delivery and share previously undisclosed information with her many curious fans.
The episode finds Joy-Anna and her husband, Austin Forsyth, meeting with their midwife in the weeks before Joy-Anna gave birth.
“I want to have all the options available, but I’m not sure,” says at one point.
“We want a home birth, we’re going to try, but we’re not going to risk mom and baby’s life,” says Austin.
“I’m just having to remind myself not to let the fears and anxiety things take over and just prepare as best as I can and be flexible at the same time,” a very anxious-sounding Joy remarks.
Yes, it seems that Joy-Anna had her doubts about a homebirth from the very start.
Asked by producers for her feelings on the situation, Joy had this to say:
“My thoughts right now? If you ask me, I mean, they change. Sometimes I’m like, ‘I’m ready for this, I can do this!’ And then sometimes I’m like, ‘Why am I doing this?’
“It changes. But right now, I’m excited and I’m ready and I want to have this baby as soon as it’s ready to come out.”
She added:
“I really wanted to at least try it, and we’re only about 30 minutes from the hospital, so it’s not too bad in case of an emergency or a change of plans.
“[I’m feeling] somewhat nervous, trying not to be scared, but just prepared.
“I know that it’s going to painful, there’s going to be a lot of emotions, but I know Austin is going to be there to support me.”
The bad news is, the homebirthing option proved to not be viable and Joy-Anna had to be rushed to a hospital.
The good news is, once she was there, she delivered a happy, healthy baby boy.
These days, Joy is loving new motherhood, and baby Gideon is getting bigger by the day.

Woman Gives Birth in Chick-Fil-A, Earns Baby Free Nuggets for Life
A child born inside a San Antonio-area Chick-Fil-A this week may very well be spending a lot of time in this establishment as she gets older.
Allow us to explain…
On Tuesday night, a woman named Falon Griffin started to feel intense contractions and therefore headed to University Hospital with her husband, Robert.
Prior to their arrival, though, the couple met a family friend in the parking lot of a Chick-Fil-A in order to drop off their two oldest daughters while Falon went and gave birth.
But the mother-to-be felt a strong urge to use the bathroom there, knocking on the door of the closed restaurant and convincing an employee to let her in.
“I didn’t know I was going to have a baby in there! I was going to the restroom,” Falon said afterward to KSAT-TV.
Indeed, not long after entering the stall, Falon knew she wasn’t going to make it to the hospital.
Her baby girl was on the way!
“I’m about to dial 911, I open the door and she’s just screaming,” said Brenda Enriquez, the Chick-Fil-A store director who was on the premises at the time.
Enriquez proceeded to grab some towels, scream for Robert Griffin and tell him to go to work. He’d have to deliver his own child.
“I looked at her and said, ‘We’re going to do it right here, right now,"” Robert said.
Falon said her and her baby, who the couple named Gracelyn, were considered high-risk throughout her pregnancy. So she was understandably nervous.
“I’m in excruciating pain. He’s not skilled. I don’t know what’s about to happen right now. I don’t know if she’s going to come out alive,” Falon recounts of her feelings during labor.
Robert, however, was up for the task… and then some.
Not only did he deliver his third kid safely, he did so after a very scary moment that could have resulted in her death.
“I stopped her at her shoulders because I saw what looked to be a white collar around her neck, and it was the cord that had been wrapped around her neck twice,” Robert says.
Yet he managed to successfully unwrap it and bring his daughter into the world in one, healthy piece.
“All I cared about at the end of the day was the baby was breathing, and by the time they [first responders] arrived, she was pink, thankfully for those blankets for keeping her warm,” Falon says.
EMS arrived about 10 minutes after Gracelyn was born and transported mother and baby to the hospital.
But that isn’t where this amazing story ends, not quite.
Gracelyn will now have Chick-Fil-A for life, the chain has announed, at no cost — and she’s guaranteed her first job at age 14!
The franchise owners are already helping plan her first birthday party at their restaurant as well.
Talk about a lucky little nugget!

Jinger Duggar Gives Birth to First Child!
SHE’S HERE!
Following months of anticipation and numerous updates on Instagram, Jinger Duggar and husband Jeremy Vuolo welcomed their first child into the world very early on Thursday morning.
She was born at 4:37 a.m., according to the very proud and exciting father himself.
“God is so kind. Jinger gave birth to Felicity Nicole Vuolo this morning at 4:37 a.m.,” Vuolo said in a statement not too long ago, adding:
“Felicity weighs 8 lbs and 3 oz, and is 19.5 inches long. Both mom and baby are healthy, doing great, and resting well.
“We are very thankful for her safe arrival and look forward to life as parents!”
The couple got married in November of 2016 and announced in January of this year that they were expecting.
They did so via a message that read as follows:
The past fourteen months have been the best of our lives as we have had the wonderful privilege of beginning our journey through life together in marriage.
We both looked forward to the joys of marriage but neither one of us fully understood just how amazing the start of this journey would be.
Truly, the Lord’s mercies are new every morning! Now, the journey has taken an exciting turn: we are expecting our first child.
We are praising God for this beautiful gift and ask that you join us in praying for a safe and healthy pregnancy.
A few months later, in April, Jinger and Jeremy revealed that they were expecting a girl.
Citing their own parents this time around, the TLC star said:
“We could not be more excited and are eagerly anticipating meeting our little lady this Summer.
“We especially love thinking forward and realizing that she will have excellent role models in both of her grandmothers, who cannot wait to shower her with love.”
Just a few days ago, Jinger posted her final baby bump photo on social media, making it clear to followers that she was so very close to popping.
Previous to this update, Duggar had posed with a chalkboard and her growing stomach on a near-weekly basis, keeping fans apprised of her progress by comparing the size of her fetus to cantaloupes, bell peppers and pumpkins.

Jinger seemed to have a relatively calm and healthy pregnancy overall.
(Easy for us to sit back from a distance and say, we know.)
“I do think probably what surprised me most is just being so tired all the time,” she told Us Weekly at one point in her journey, adding that Jeremy had been a massive help in terms of being in charge of meals and:
“I was never a napper, like having to take a nap, and now it’s like, ‘Ooh! I think I want to nap every day!”
That’s good.
She’s been catching up on her sleep prior to likely not getting any for awhile.
Felicity Nicole Vuolo, meanwhile, will be in good company:
Duggar’s sister, Joy-Anna, welcomed a son named Gideon with husband Austin Forsyth in February of this year.
Also, their sister-in-law, Kendra, gave birth to a son named Garrett David with husband Joseph Duggar on June 8.

Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton: Due to Give Birth on the Same Day?
We recently discussed the report that Meghan Markle is expecting a boy and a girl — fraternal twins — with Prince Harry.
There is also a report that Kate Middleton is already pregnant with her fourth royal baby.
A new report confirms them both … and says that Kate and Meghan may end up giving birth on the same day
A new InTouch cover gleefully announces this story to the world.
“They’re both pregnant!” the cover proclaims.
The cover goes on to proclaim that both Kate and Meghan are “due the same day!”
That would be a real gamechanger, though, as we all know, due dates are more of an educated guess.
“A girl for Kate,” the headline continues. “And twins for Meghan!”
InTouch’s report continues with further details.
“Meghan,” they explain. “Conceived just a few weeks after Kate.”
And apparently this has forged a closer knit between the two duchesses.
“Kate and Meghan bonded over the men they married,” they reveal. “Now they’re bonding over being pregnant together.”
It wasn’t so long ago that the two were rumored to be royally feuding, but this report says that “That’s all water under the bridge now.”
InTouch offers a few more details.
“Meghan,” they say. “Wants to give birth in the U.S.”
Some people are more comfortable giving birth at home. Especially when that means that their child will also be an American citizen.
The repot says that, because Meghan’s “due date is around the same time as Kate’s,” there’s a very real possibility that “they could give birth the same day!”
“While the pregnancies are the subject of plenty of palace buzz,” the report confides. “The duchesses have only shared their news with a small group of friends and family.”
That all sounds so exciting.
But, as Gossip Cop points out, there are some apparent holes in the story.
First of all, InTouch says that the “palace confirms.” Kensington Palace has done no such thing, and reportedly said as much to Gossip Cop.
Second of all, do they have the same due date or are their due dates merely close to each other?
We know that due dates can sometimes be given as a range, but … it sounds like the story isn’t entirely straight.
Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Meghan and Harry were recently spotted on a lunch date in Dublin.
The two shared some beer with lunch. That might be standard in the British Isles, but it’s definitely not something that anyone should do when pregnant.
The world has just seen photos of Prince Louis’s Christening. Kate’s youngest looks so precious and cute — and Kate herself looks so radiant — that it’s easy to understand why people are eager for another royal baby.

But there is no indication that Kate or Meghan are pregnant.
Remember, Kate has extremely bad morning sickness — which is how we were able to predict her pregnancy last year a couple of weeks before it was announced.
And Meghan, as we mentioned, was washing down her lunch with Guiness.
Reports like these are always tempting because they can be exciting, but let’s keep a cool head and wait for news that we can verify.
We just got the latest royal baby a couple of months ago. We can be patient.

Cardi B Gives Birth to First Child! EVER!
For Cardi B and Offset, first came love… then came marriage…
… now has come a baby in, we presume at some point, a baby carriage.
It’s true: Cardi B just gave birth to her first child!
The beloved artist made this very exciting announcement herself, doing so in very Cardi B-like fashion:
Via a naked photo on Instagram, along with the date of the child’s birth (yesterday, July 10, 2018) and her gender (a girl) and her unique name: Kulture Kiari.
Yes, Kulture Kiari.
Gotta imagine the Kardashians are either very excited about that name or very angry that Cardi B totally stole their gimmick.
“Kulture Kiari Cephus 07/10/18 @offsetyrn,” wrote Cardi B as a caption to the image below.
The rapper kept her pregnancy a secret for months before finally revealing her bump during her stint as a musical guest on an April episode of Saturday Night Live.
“I’m finally free!” the 25-year-old said as she walked off stage from her performance.
Since then, she has talked openly about the pregnancy, as well as about her relationship with Offset.
Heck, she even admitted that she considered an abortion because she learned about the pregnancy, which was NOT planned, at the exact time her career was taking off.
But then Cardi realized the position she’s in and explained:
“I just didn’t want to deal with the whole abortion thing. I’m a grown woman, I’m 25 years old, I’m gonna say this in the most humblest way: I’m a schmillionaire. I’m prepared for this.”
Cardi and Offset, meanwhile, actually got married in September.
They just didn’t tell anyone at the time.
“There are so many moments that I share with the world and then there are moments that I want to keep for myself! Getting married was one of those moments!” she wrote in a Twitter note, adding recently:
“Our relationship was so new breaking up and making up and we had a lot of growing up to do but we was so in love we didn’t want to lose each other.”
Offset is the father of three children from previous relationships – two sons, Jordan and Kody; and a daughter Kalea Marie.
Cardi B has been happy to put trolls who question their romance and who question having a child with a multi-time baby daddy in their rightful place.
Wendy Williams, as always, was one of those trolls.
Offset was also caught cheating on Cardi B awhile back, but the singer was able to move past that rather huge obstacle.
“We didn’t want to lose each other,” Cardi simply said of that issue.
As for whether motherhood will change her schedule? Cardi B has said the following:
“What I envision is my tour bus has my own personal room and I just want to be with my baby. Only time I don’t have my baby with me is when I’m getting my hair done, makeup done, performing.
“I don’t want to miss one second. I don’t want to miss no smiles, I don’t want to miss no new movement, I don’t want the baby to confuse me and the babysitter.”
