There are some TV shows that are just terrible – and we"ve rounded up the 13 worst ones of 2017.

1. Pretty Little Liars

This Freeform drama was awful for years before it came to a grinding halt in 2017. How did it end? With a whole lot of questions. A sequel series is already in the works at the network. Gulp.

2. Kevin Can Wait

The show was never great, but it only got worse when Erinn Hayes was swapped out for Leah Remini. The show is down considerably, so it seems like the controversial decision only made the show worse.

3. Ray Donovan

Showtime’s creatively challenged Ray Donovan tried to inject some life back into the show by killing off Abby. While the reveal was well-executed, it quickly fizzled out and there were just awful sub-plots left to tell for the characters.

4. Scandal

ABC’s frothy drama series opted to make the lead character the most unlikable woman on television. There are no redeeming qualities about Olivia Pope, and it’s dragged down the rest of the series with it.

5. Marvel’s Iron Fist

Marvel’s Iron Fist is the fourth entry to the Marvel Netflix TV universe, and it’s without a doubt one of the worst shows around. The show lacked focus, excitement and any characters that were worth getting attached to.

6. 9JKL

9JKL follows a divorced actor who lives in apartment 9J, while he has family members in 9K and 9L. Despite a solid cast, the writing was astonishingly bad and there are no laughs. We’d rather watch paint dry than spend more time in this building.
