Fadi Fawaz: George Michael Did Not Kill Himself!

With 2016 in the can, the world is still trying to come to terms with the huge amount of celebrities that did not make it out of the year alive.

George Michael passed away on December, 25, 2006, with his boyfriend, Fadi Fawaz finding his body.

There has been much speculation about what caused the death of the singing sensation, but there has been rumblings that it was a cardiac arrest.

With the autopsy results being inconclusive, we’re no closer to finding out what caused the fatal cardiac arrest.

George Michael fans around the world were shocked to find several tweets on Fadi Fawaz’s Twitter account that seemed to hint towards George attempting to end his own life.

“We loved each other very much and we were together almost 24 hours a day..” the tweets claimed.

“And finally he managed… he tried numbers of time to kill himself many times… the only thing George wanted is to DIE … not sure who that nasty close friend of George but I was in relationship with george micheal (sic) till I found him dead in bed.”

As you can probably expect, Fadi has opened up about the horrible tweets and revealed that he was not the one who sent them.

“I am shocked with what’s going on with the Twitter thing. My Twitter account has been hacked and closed,” he said in the statement.

“It’s a bit scary, to be honest. I did not send those tweets. I woke up at 11.30 a.m. to the news. I am not going to worry about these things.”

It’s horrible just how low some people will go in order to mess with someone who is going through a heartbreaking time.

It’s hard enough losing the person you love, but someone tweeting as you and painting the deceased in a bad light is just a bit too far.

There’s no word yet on who the douche was that behind the hacking.

What do you think about this?

Fadi Fawaz: I Found George Michael Dead in Bed

Fadi Fawaz, the long-time boyfriend of George Michael who alerted authorities to the death of this music icon, has spoken out for the first time since Michael’s passing.

The iconic singer passed away on December 25 of reported heart failure.

Ad while we wait for the official autopsy to be performed, along with official funeral arrangements made, Fawaz has taken to social media in order to offer fans a few more details on what transpired this past Sunday.

The celebrity hairstylist, who had been with Michael for years in a relationship they tried to keep as quiet as possible, Tweeted the following on Monday:

“ITs a xmas i will never forget finding your partner dead peacefully in bed first thing in the morning.. I will never stop missing you xx.”

Representatives for the artist are the ones who have said Michael passed away from heart failure, but it remains unclear just what caused this fatal event.

Publicist Connie Filippello, meanwhile, announced the stunning news to the BBC via a statement that read:

“It is with great sadness that we can confirm our beloved son, brother and friend George passed away peacefully at home over the Christmas period.

“The family would ask that their privacy be respected at this difficult and emotional time. There will be no further comment at this stage.”

Since this time, celebrities have flooded Twitter and Instagram with their thoughts, prayers and condolences, along with too many George Michael tributes to even count.

Most recently, Boy George left a lengthy message on Twitter in honor of his fellow beloved singer.

“I am thinking of @GeorgeMichael’s family, friends and fans right now,” he wrote in an extended tweet that continued:

“He was so loved and I hope he knew it because the sadness today is beyond words. Devastating. What a beautiful voice he had and his music will live on as a testament to his talent. I can’t believe he is gone.

“I hope the Buddha will hold him in his arms. NMRK.”

(Note: NMRK” stands for “Namu Myōhō Renge Kyō,” which is a Buddhist chant.)

Elsewhere, we’ve also now heard from Kenny Goss.

The 13-year partner of Michael, who was once set to marry the star, told E! News that he is grief-stricken and stunned by the news.

He described Michael as his “dear friend and longtime love,” adding:

“I’m heartbroken. … He was a major part of my life and I loved him very, very much. He was an extremely kind and generous man.”

Goss and Michael broke up in 2011.

Speaking to E! News, however, Goss had only good things to say about the late singer.

“The beautiful memories and music he brought to the world will always be an important part of my life and those who also loved and admired him,” he concluded.

The Recording Academy has also released the following statement in the wake of Michael’s death:

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of two-time Grammy Award recipient George Michael. During an influential career that spanned nearly four decades, George became one of the most beloved pop craftsmen and respected entertainers.

From the enormous success he achieved with pop duo Wham! to his influential solo career, his extraordinary talent had a profound impact on countless entertainers worldwide, and his creative contributions will live on forever.
