Katy Perry Undergoes Radical Makeover: See the Photo!

As we all know by now, Katy Perry once kissed a girl…

… and she liked it!

But the artist has now undergone a rather dramatic makeover and we can’t help but wonder:

Do YOU like it?!?

About a month after Perry cut off a lot of her hair, the singer went back under the scissors over this past weekend, asking stylist Chris McMillan and colorist Justin Anderson to change her look even more.

The result?

Perry sort of resembles Eminem now, flaunting her very short and very blonde hair in an Instagram photo while also rocking a hooded jacket.

In this selfie, Perry stands in front of a rack of clothes, a lot of makeup on her face and very little hair on top of her head. 

“Fifth element flow,” she captioned the photo.

We’re pretty sure this is a reference to Brad Pitt’s character in the movie The Fifth Element, which came out in 1997 and earned Pitt an Oscar nomination.

McMillan and Anderson were also behind Perry’s first hair transformation this year, when the star went from brunette to platinum blonde in late January.

Then, a little over a month later as mentioned above, she cut her shoulder-length locks into a cropped pixie.

Perry posted an Instagram video of McMillan tousling her tresses at the time, writing, “I WASN’T READY TILL NOW.”

There’s actually some irony to this new look.

On the red carpet of the Grammy Awards in February, Perry made a random, inappropriate reference to Britney Spears and her meltdown many years ago.

Asked by Ryan Seacrest about her hiatus from music in 2016, Perry joked as follows:

“It’s called taking care of your mental health. I haven’t shaved my head yet.”

At the same event, she made a similar comment to CBS when the topic of her evolving hair was raised.

“It’s like the last color in the spectrum that I can do,” the singer said, adding once again:

“I’ve done all of them and the only thing left to do is shave my head, which I’m really saving for a public breakdown.”

Perry has not shaved her head here, of course. 

But she’s pretty darn close to having done so, wouldn’t you say?

Perhaps this is Perry’s way of apologizing to Spears.

Or maybe she made those comments earlier this year out of jealousy and she actually admires Britney’s unusual hairstyle back in the day.

Kylie Jenner Turns 19, Undergoes Radical Transformation

Kylie Jenner is leaving the age of 18 behind.

And apparently embracing the next year of her life in fiery fashion.

On the eve of her birthday late Tuesday night, Kylie took to Instagram and surprised fans with a selfie.

On its own, of course, this is pretty much the least surprising thing one will ever see on the Internet.

At this point, as you can see below, Kylie Jenner is more known for snapping selfies than half-sister Kim Kardashian is for banging Ray J on video.

So, what made this Kylie Jenner selfie different?

The hair color and hairstyle being rocked by the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star in it.

Ready to be blown away? And perhaps a little bit frightened? Don’t say we didn’t warn you…

Yikes? Or: Well done, Kylie?

Merely captioning her photo with a red heart, Jenner left fans to wonder where this dye job was real or the work of a wig.

Back in August 2015, remember, Kylie proved she can pull off being a red head when she shared a Photoshopped image of herself on social media.

This may not be a permanent change, but Jenner clearly thinks enough of it to show it off to her millions and millions of followers.

We tend to think this is just a wig, however, due to some further investigating of the World Wide Web.

Jenner’s usual “wig guy,” Tokyo Stylez, shared the same flame-colored snapshpt on Instagram Tuesday writing as a caption to the image:

“#touchedbytokyo.”

We’re not sure what that means. But it does imply that Kylie is just wigging out in this case.

Still, it’s very much like one of the Kardashians or Jenners to experiment with a different look, even if it’s not completely real.

Kylie, the youngest sibling in this famous family, has tried nearly every hair color out there in recent memory, from green to pink to blue.

Lots and lots of blue.

The Lip Kit creator previously went pastel blue in July…. aqua for Coachella in April… and went full blue for sister Kim Kardashian’s wedding to Kanye West.

Remember this blue-haired selfie?

Or the other times Kylie’s hair matched the sky?

In a recent post on her official app, Kylie said that changing up her hair color has kind of an “addiction” since she first dyed her locks at age 16.

“It makes me feel like a new person. I love feeling different and I love leaving the house knowing that nobody has ever seen me this way,” she wrote.

“It’s hard for me to go back to different styles I’ve worn before; I don’t always like my normal short, black hair.

“That look makes me feel like I’m going back in time. It’s like I’m going back to that moment a year ago and I just don’t want be in that space.”

Hey, whatever makes you happy, Kylie.
