Counting On Returns: Check Out These New Duggar Storylines!

Counting On returns in the summer of 2018, and TLC has released a new trailer to tease fans about upcoming storylines.

Jessa speaks out about what fans can look forward to seeing if they watch Counting On online.

"It’s crazy how much has changed in our family over the past year."

And she reminds viewers that, in a family as large as the Duggar clan, there"s just no shortage of major life events.

"There’s so much more to come. Babies, relationships, and milestones are always happening."

Duggar fans who keep a close eye on the family may know how a lot of stories end, but TLC"s cameras will offer a front-row seat as several new storylines unfold.

Here"s what you can expect as Counting On returns:

1. Counting On is coming back

TLC promises fans and viewers that the series will return this summer.

2. The first new storyline is a sweet one

Viewers will see Kendra Caldwell and Joseph Duggar on their honeymoon

3. And Joseph and Kendra deliver a very important announcement

Producers ask if Kendra is pregnant, and she says that she hasn’t taken a test yet. But …

4. Kendra Caldwell is pregnant

And viewers will even get a glimpse of the nursery. The pregnancy isn’t news to fans who keep up with the series.

5. Ben and Jessa talk about how their relationship works

They have two young children. That can be quite a handful.

6. Jessa seems to balk at the idea of having more children

At least, she doesn’t seem eager to have more young children any time soon.

Jill & Jessa Counting On: 13 Hot Storylines to Watch in Season 2!

The Duggar family is returning for Season 2 of Jill and Jessa: Counting On, and there are no shortage of storylines for TLC to focus on.

While 19 Kids and Counting primarily with how such a big family dealt with day-to-day life, the spinoff has shifted its focus dramatically.

Zeroing in on the titular adult offspring and their families, as well as the next generation of Duggars coming of age, there"s a lot to cover.

Here are 13 stories we are … wait … wait for it … Counting On!

1. Jinger Duggar Courting Jeremy Vuolo!

This is first, foremost and most obvious, as TLC has already promised that Jinger Duggar’s courtship with Jeremy Vuolo will be a major focus this season. The sixth-eldest Duggar and the former soccer star turned preacher should be primary fixtures throughout this season.

2. Anna Duggar Addressing Her Life

How the show handles the ongoing, sad saga of Anna Duggar will be by far the most interesting – and telling – aspect of Season 2. Is she taking Josh back for good? Did his family put the pressure on, or does she truly believe it was the right thing to do? How is she rationalizing that to herself, and others? What is their living situation like? So many questions we may finally have answered …

3. The Sexual Deviant Elephant in the Room

Will family pariah and international disgrace Josh Duggar make his way back on screen, as some sort of trial balloon at a birthday party or in a full-scale storyline devoted to his recovery from “sex addiction” and efforts to crawl back into Anna’s good graces?

4. Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard … Doing Whatever it is That They Do

What exactly Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard do as missionaries in Central America has long been a topic of discussion – and controversy. Perhaps Season 2 of Jill & Jessa: Counting On will shed some light on what precisely Israel’s parents are up to … and whether or not they’re deliberately trying to present themselves differently than people’s perceptions of them might entail.

5. Jessa and Ben Trying to Stay Relevant

Let’s face it … Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald may be among the better known figures in the famous family, but they are vastly becoming less interesting. Not necessarily in a bad way. If anything, lack of notoriety can be a virtue for this lightning rod of a family. It should be interesting to see how they attempt to angle for screen time against her rising star siblings, however.

6. Jana Duggar … Continuing to Be Put Upon

In Season 1, we saw a great deal (but never enough!) of Jana, the eldest Duggar daughter, sometimes referred to as the “Cinderella Duggar.” Producers made it very obvious that they were trying to show how Jana does things other than raise her siblings, including home improvement projects and coordinating a wide variety of activities. However, Jinger’s courtship further confirms that Jana is quite literally always the bridemaid and never the bride … and that the bridesmaid likely picks up the slack for everyone else.

Rob & Chyna: Filming Underway, Storylines Already SO Fake

At what point does a reality show become a “Based on Real Life” series in which a couple of rich kids follow a script, then pick up their phones and send sexts to F-list rappers?

This is definitely the case with the Kardashians, and now Rob & Chyna, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s new reality show.

Slow claps.

They’re reportedly taking home a $ 5 million paycheck, thanks to Kris Jenner, so now all that’s left to do is film some funny scenes, that show the love birds doing things.

What kind of things, you ask?

You know, things. Like, looking at homes to buy even though your mom just threw down $ 2.3 million on your very own.

Sources tell Radar Online that Kardashian and Chyna were perusing Calabasas, CA real estate (where his $ 2.3 million abode is located).

“They were just filming the scenes for the show,” one source said.

“They’re not going anywhere.”

A recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians showed Jenner moving new furniture into her son’s home and enlisting the help of “Morally Corrupt” Faye Resnick to decorate.

Show executives are convinced that Kardashian and Chyna are a match made in ratings heaven, and are really banking on them being an entertaining duo.

Kardashian is almost as boring as his younger sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, but I have no idea what Chyna’s personality is like outside of Snapchat.

But none of that matters, because the ink on the deal is dry and the endorsements will start rolling in any day now.

“They both feel that having their own spin-off show under the direction of Kris Jenner is the best way for them to profit off of this entire situation,” the source added.

Kardashian and Chyna, who got engaged in early April, are expecting their first child together, due at the end of the year.
