Bill Cosby -- LAPD Turns Over Sexual Assault Case To D.A. For Possible Criminal Charges

As we reported — Chloe Goins says in 2008 when she was 18-years-old, Cosby gave her a drink at a Playboy party that caused her to black out. She says she woke up half naked with Cosby lucking her toes with his pants around his ankles.
Cosby’s attorneys have denied the allegation in the past … saying he wasn’t even there.
As for the case hitting the D.A.’s office, we’ve reached out to a rep for Cosby … so far, no word back.

Last week, the Green Day frontman’s son Jakob Armstrong proved that he has his father’s genes by signing with garage-rock label Burger Records!

And the 16-year-old, who goes by Jakob Danger, already released a mixtape to show his shredding skills!
The track definitely has a pop-punk feel reminiscent to his poppa’s band — with a bit of an old school Ramones vibe as well — so punk rock! Take a listen (below)!
