Ever since Briana DeJesus joined the cast of Teen Mom 2, the 23-year-old has had no problem delivering on the drama that producers and audiences expected from her.
Most of the Briana drama has surrounded her deadbeat baby daddy, but the mother of two is stirring the pot in other areas as well.
Rumors that Briana is dating Javi Marroquin have been circulating for weeks now, and at first it seemed there reports were completely baseless.
Recent remarks made by Javi, however, had led fans to conclude that the Javana might really be happening.
“I would be open to dating Briana,” Marroquin told Radar Online last week.
“She’s a really cool girl. Her whole family is awesome. She’s really beautiful. We text back and forth. We’ll see what happens.”
So Javi is definitely not opposed to the idea of dating Briana (or at least hooking up with her), but will it ever actually happen?
Well, on the basis of his latest Instagram post, some fans think it already has.
Yes, that’s Javi hanging out with Briana and her sister at a nightclub.
“Thank you @laurentbaud for taking care of us at @taodowntown last night,” Marroquin captioned the pic.
“We all had a great time. If y’all are in the city, be sure to hit him up for the connect.”
Okay, so they may have just been doing a paid club appearance together, but as many fans have pointed out, Javi and Briana look mighty comfortable with one another in that pic.
(And Briana’s sister is wearing the eternally exasperated facial expression of the third wheel.)
Obviously, there’s no conclusive evidence provided here, but that hasn’t stopped fans from jumping to all sorts of conclusions.
We’re not willing to make any sort of prediction, because there are so many rumors about Javi’s love life that are floating around these days, it’s impossible to tell who he’s sleeping with.
Over the summer, he was dating Lauren Comeau, but that relationship appears to have flamed out.
Just last week, there were rumors that Javi was back together with Kailyn Lowry, but we can’t imagine that either of them would be foolish enough to go down that road again.
A Javi-Briana relationship would be a logistical nightmare for the reason that they live in separate states, but as members of the very small group who knows what it’s like to be stars of the Teen Mom franchise, they have a lot in common.
And it would certainly make for an interesting storyline!
