It was nearly three months ago that the entire world learned that Khloe Kardashian is pregnant with her first child.
It’s amazing and welcome news for her and for Tristan Thompson. But the couple haven’t been celebrating — publicly. In fact, they haven’t even confirmed that she’s expecting.
And now Khloe’s modeling fishnets while contorting herself in order to (partially) hide her baby bump. It’s almost farcicle.
Khloe and Tristan expecting a baby is great news!
Khloe had struggled to conceive in the past, and feared that she was unable to conceive.
(Do people still say barren or is that too harsh? She worried that she was infertile, if that sounds better)
As it turns out, Khloe says, Lamar Odom was just sterile. That’s not a problem with the younger and much healthier Tristan Thompson.
And, of course, Khloe is at a very appropriate age to have a child. She’s 33 and has an estimated net worth of around $ 40 million.
She has an extensive support network of family, including experienced mothers like Kris, Kourtney, and Kim.
Despite that, Khloe has been keeping her pregnancy and the baby bump under wraps. Almost literally.
Maybe it’s out of solidarity with Kylie, who’s said to be struggling with the changing appearance of her pregnant body and may just remain in hiding until her baby’s born.
Or maybe it’s a business decision, and Khloe and Kris have some big reveal planned.
Or maybe, for her own reasons, Khloe has decided to hide her baby bump from the media. Perhaps she still harbors a grudge over the body-shaming that she endured for years.
But whatever the reason, her heart or her shoes (yes, it’s the time of year for Grinch references), Khloe’s been avoiding showing her baby bump.
That’s totally fine and her right.
Goofily, it’s lead to her modeling outfits in odd poses that almost reveal her baby bump. Like in the above photo.
And like in these two new ones:
That’s a very similar pose to what we’ve been seeing from her, right?
Khloe captioned this:

First of all, it’s hilarious that she’s talking about her own clothing as if it just happens to be a product that she endorses.
But second of all, look at her pose!
Khloe is a woman dedicated to her fitness habits, and it appears that between that, her stage in the pregnancy, and her genetics, her body can hide a baby bump better than some.
But she’s lurching over to conceal it. Look again:
Now, we imagine that these photos were taken a while back. Months ago, even.
Khloe is said to be due around the same time as Kylie — so she’s likely in her third trimester now, right?
(Seriously, which Kardashian was it who purchased a piece of “art” that turned out to be an engraving of a fertility god? That seems to be the only explanation for having three babies expected in the next few months)
We can only guess, but … did Khloe plan out a bunch of photoshoots for her clothing as soon as she learned that she was pregnant?
A real photoshoot usually takes time to set up, so she had a bit of a baby bump. And now she’s just posting the photos to tease her followers and fans (and the rest of the world) months after they were taken.
That’s what we imagine, anyway.
