Phew!
On Wednesday, it was reported that there is a good chance that Caitlyn Jenner will NOT be facing manslaughter charges for her part in a car accident back in February that resulted in the death of Kim Howe.
It’d been up in the air for awhile whether or not the reality TV star would be held to criminal charges for the fatality by Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office — though it seems they’ve finally come to a decision.

Reportedly, sources connected to the D.A.’s office revealed that those overseeing the case have ruled the incident to be one of a negligent nature rather than a felonious one. Well that’s good to hear!
Still, it’s said that the D.A. herself Jackie Lacey can choose to ignore the findings and still pursue the legal drama by taking the I Am Cait celeb to court. Merp.
Nonetheless, we find it highly unlikely Miz Lacey will take on this up hill battle against the beloved icon. Not to mention, there is also an $ 18.5 million dollar lawsuit from the other crash victims claiming the deceased was at fault. Well that’s convenient!
