Dylan Sprouse Responds to Cheating Allegations from Ex, Dayna Frazer
For years, Dylan Sprouse and Dayna Frazer were just a low-key, unnecessarily attractive couple.
Though Dylan Sprouse’s nudes leaked after someone betrayed his trust, but he’d sexted over those pics before he had what seemed like such a stable, healthy relationship with Dayna.
That’s come to an end, however, with Dayna accusing Dylan of cheating last week. Now, Dylan has taken to Twitter to respond.
Dayna Frazer is a gorgeous model.

Dylan is known for his role in Suite Life of Zack and Cody and Suite Life on Deck, roles that he played as a child actor with his twin brother, Cole Sprouse.
He’s known for being a religious minority — though he’s rarely spoken about being Asatru.
Dylan has a noted interest in video games, as does his twin. (And most people, right?)
He’s only recently overtaken Cole in hair length and became the hotter twin. We can’t quite put our finger on when, but it was in the past couple of years.
And, frankly, Dylan’s known because the world saw him in all of his naked glory back in 2013.
To be clear, every time that nudes leak is a tragedy.
Unfortunately, when you see the name of an actor or actress trending on Twitter without context and you just click on it, you see what leaked just the same as you would if you’d actively sought it out.
Just because Dylan took it in good humor, publicly, doesn’t mean that it wasn’t a terrible thing to happen.
But now it’s Dayna taking to social media to share her heartbreak … and a major accusation.
In case Snapchat text isn’t your thing, that reads:
“When you find out your bf cheated on you lol.”
Dayna is, of course, using some very Millennial language to convey her heartbreak.
It’s just a way of conveying the seriousness of something by pretending that you’re trying to laugh it off.
The juxtaposition of speaking casually and tersely about something devastating, as if it were a joke, is rarely so obvious as when the poster includes a selfie of their tear-streaked face.
It makes a lot of sense that Dayna would be distraught.
Being cheated on can be agonizing. And they were an almost unspeakably beautiful couple.
Just look at this photo of them from earlier this year:
Though both Dayna and Dylan have deleted all photos of each other from their respective social media accounts …
(In Dylan’s case, Instagram was easy because he does that annoying one-photo-showcased-while-other-photos-form-a-mural thing that’s only cute when Jaden Smith does it)
… They haven’t really discussed their breakup much openly.
It wasn’t until Wednesday, a week after Dayna’s accusatory snap, that Dylan tweeted out his public response in a series of four tweets:
“I will say this and only this: by adhering to an assumption based on limited information, you neglect the complicated nature of this issue.”
And then the second tweet:
“The truth always has two sides, and those sides have motivations, and those motivations, despite how cloudy they currently seem, are private.”
And then the third tweet:
“This is complicated and it will remain complicated, but those who know me and who have known me, know well enough what kind of person I am.”
And then the fourth tweet capped it off:
“And that is all.”
First of all, obviously, that’s not a denial.
Which would lead people to believe that he did cheat on Dayna.
If you’re thinking that Dylan’s language sounds stilted, there are a couple of explanations:
First, the more specific that you want to be, the more careful you need to be with your diction. And there’s obviously the real risk of being too verbose.
Second, sometimes when people are upset, they use very clinical language. (I know that my vocabulary becomes way more formal if I’m drinking)
As for whatever meaning we’re supposed to take from his tweets …
Something for sure happens, but it’s something that Dylan seems to believe is more complicated than Dayna is making it out to be.
But he doesn’t seem especially willing to elaborate on that, and wants to keep the matter private.
So … this could be anything, basically. Maybe a miscommunication, maybe they were on a break but not that kind of break. Maybe it was something that he doesn’t consider cheating but she does.
Or maybe Dylan just wants to be vague about it because that sounds better than “yeah, my bad.”
We don’t know the details behind this split or what happened before that, and it would be irresponsible to try to guess the truth with so little information to go on, you know?
That’s a far cry from discussing possibilities.
Here’s what we can say with reasonable certainty:
Dylan Sprouse and Dayna Frazer are both beautiful and talented.
They’re both going through a hard time right now, perhaps for different reasons.
We will probably never learn the whole story of what’s going on.
We wish them both the best, both in their careers and in their personal lives — and, yes, in their future relationships.
