Thomas Ravenel and Ashley Jacobs: Wait, Now They"re Back Together!
Thomas Ravenel and Ashley Jacobs simply can’t quit each other.
Not for longer than a day or two, at least.
On the heels of reports that the Southern Charm stars had broken up, we now hear the exact opposite.
Or, to be more accurate, we know hear that Ravenel and Jacobs did, indeed, split this week…
… only to get back together more or less right away.
Kate Casey said on her podcast (Reality Life) just a couple days ago that Jacobs recently called her and confirmed her ditching of Jacobs, adding in this conversation that she had “blocked” Ravenel’s number.
The podcast host said that Jacobs had decided to “set up a new life, away from Santa Barbara, in another state across the country.”
Good for her, right?
Good riddance to Ravenel the accused rapist and altogther shady dude, right?
Nope. Wrong, apparently.
An insider tells E! News that the Southern Charm-ers “immediately” got back together after this break-up, which is sort of how they’ve been rolling for awhile.
“They have been doing this a lot lately,” says this anonymous source. “It’s always up and down and they fight a lot. They find a way to lure one another back in.”
As for Ashley’s aforementioned plans to move and start anew?
She is still living in South Carolina with Thomas right now and they’re attempting to stay “low-key,” E! adds.
The reality TV star previously told a fan on Instagram:
“I don’t plan on addressing rumors or talking about my relationship status to social media at this time.”
Fair enough, we guess, although it’s always hypocritical of a reality star to demand privacy.
You can’t pick and choose when you want to share your life with the public; or, you can, we suppose, but you should then expect to receive flak for it, considering Ashley earns her entire living by supposedly being open and honest with viewers on television.
In related news…
E! News reports that the cast of Southern Charm has severed ties with Ravenel because they are “disgusted” by his actions.
Throughout season 5 of this obnoxious Bravo series, Thomas did little to squash the tension between Ashley and the mother of his children, Kathryn Dennis.
Then in May, two women came forward with sexual assault allegations against Thomas, both of which he’s denied.
Says an E! mole:
“The cast was very upset with Thomas and the situation surrounding Ashley, and cut him out of the group months ago after they stopped filming.
“The majority of the cast was also disgusted by his behavior and the support he gave towards Ashley’s actions.
“No one can believe he is staying in a relationship with Ashley and thinks it’s disgusting.”
Ravenel and Jacobs have been dating for over a year after having met in early May of 2017.
She even moved to Charleston, South Carolina, from her hometown of Montecito, California, to be with him.
Jacobs seems aware of the criticism of both Thomas and her relationship with him, but she also doesn’t seem to care about it.
“I only get one shot at living, so I’m living for myself without the influences of other people getting in the way of who I am,” Ashley wrote on Instagram just a few days ago.

The rumors and speculation have finally come to an end.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have finally said the two words that literally millions of people have been waiting months to hear:

Markle and Harry exchanged vows at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. The nuptials took place on a Saturday, so British citizens did not need to leave work to cheer them on.
3. The When:
Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland, arrived on the official scene at 6:42 a.m. EST, while Prince Charles arrived at 6:45 a.m to walk Markle down the aisle. The wedding began at 7:00 a.m.
4. The Who:
We could spend forever listing the celebrities that were in attendance, but among the A-Listers to have received invites: Serena Williams, George Clooney, The Spice Girls, Janina Gavankar and members of the Suits cast.
5. The Gown:
Simply stunning, don’t you agree? Meghan went with a dress designed by Clare Waight Keller. The long-sleeve elegant gown had a shallow boat-neckline.

Jill Duggar Throws Shade at Josh Duggar & Derick Dillard: They"re Not Okay!
Jill Duggar is generally not one to make waves.
The second-eldest daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, Jill has spent the majority of her life meeting the demands of her ludicrously strict upbringing.
On the reality shows that made her family famous, Jill quickly emerged as a fan favorite, modest enough to appeal to the fundamentalist segment of the Duggars’ fan base, but independent enough to give hope to those who watch in … that she and her sisters will one day break away.
When Jill married Derick Dillard in 2014, however, her public image took a turn for the worse.
Brash and abrasive where Jill was meek and kind, Derick quickly became a divisive figure amongst Duggar fans.
Last year, Derick was fired from Counting On after making comments about fellow TLC star Jazz Jennings that many considered transphobic.
Jill quit the show in a gesture of solidarity, thus leaving her young family with no source of income.
These days, Jill has a lot of time on her hands, and she often uses it to post on social media, despite frequently disturbing fans with her content.
This week Jill posted a list of prayers for her children that many took as evidence of bigotry.
The items on the list were mostly innocuous concerns, such as “Their salvation,” “That they would be kept morally pure,” “That they would love each other.”
But the last prayer struck a nerve with fans, many of whom considered it further evidence of Jill’s transphobia.
The response from Instagram users was swift and harsh, with some accusing Jill of rank hypocrisy:
“But it’s ok to be a homophobic, cheating molester who is literally making money from having their family on a reality show,” wrote one fan.
The comments seem to refer to both Josh Duggar – who molested five young girls while living under his parents’ roof – and
Now, Jill is criticized on social media quite regularly, with followers taking issue with everything from her parenting to her wardrobe.
But this time is different in that Jill actually replied:
“I have never said those actions were ok.”
Now, that may seem like a very mild response, but as many have pointed out, it constitutes the first time that Jill has expressed any misgivings about the behavior or beliefs of her brother and husband.
Perhaps this is the beginning of a new day for Jill.
Maybe she’ll finally join the rest of the world in calling the male members of her family out for their more problematic actions.
What seems more likely, however, is that Jill has simply grown tired of being lumped in with men like Derick and Josh.
Some feel that she’s complicit with their behavior, while others see Jill as a victim.
Whatever the case, she’s clearly fed up with being associated with the more shameful aspects of her family history.
