Jinger Duggar Is Besties With Josiah Duggar"s Ex and Fans Can"t Handle It
Back in June, Josiah Duggar married Lauren Swanson in a ceremony that pretty much matched the blueprint for all Duggar weddings that preceded it.
But there was one important difference with Lauren and Josiah’s nuptials.
You see, unlike his siblings, when Josiah met his spouse, he was already no stranger in the ways of love.
In fact, he had extensive experience with hand-holding, chaperoned dates, and, yes … even side side-hugs.
As you may recall Josiah courted Marjorie Jackson before he met Lauren.
The relationship ended abruptly and without explanation after just three months.
Josiah later offered a vague explanation for his breakup with Marjorie, but fans still felt confused.
After all, Josiah and Marjorie may have been young, but the expectations for dating Duggars are extremely high and very specific.
The family describes courtship as “dating with a purpose” — that purpose being marriage, of course.
It’s unheard of for Duggar couples to call it quits after announcing a courtship, which is why fans were so weirded out when Josiah and Marjorie quietly went their separate ways.
And it’s also why they were confused a second time this week when Jinger Duggar’s husband Jeremy Vuolo posted the above photo on Instagram.
“A thoughtful birthday gift from my lovely wife: handwritten calligraphy of the words ‘Og mit liv’ for my office,” Jeremy explained in the caption.
Jeremy went on to explain that the quote comes from a missionary he admires.
But it’s the end of the caption that really caught his followers’ attention.
“Calligraphy by @marjorie.e.jackson,” Vuolo wrote.
Yes, that’s the very same Marjorie Jackson that courted Josiah.
Now, the Duggars are said to be a forgiving lot, so we guess it’s not terribly surprising that they’re not big on holding grudges.
But it’s worth noting that Josiah and Marjorie’s breakup was no amicable parting of ways.
Fans only learned of the split when Josiah deleted every photo of his ex from his Instagram page.
At one point, sources claimed the Duggars were concerned that Marjorie would write a tell-all about her time with the family.
So you can see why so many were caught off guard by the fact that Marjorie maintains ties with the family.
Of course, it makes sense that Jim Bob would keep a young, single fundamentalist like Marjorie in his Rolodex.
Dude has a lot of sons to marry off yet.

Kate Middleton & Meghan Markle: We"re Totes Besties!
Okay, maybe “besties” is a bit of an overstatement.
It’s more like “Kate and Meghan have met, which has the British tabloid press convinced that Harry’s gonna propose any day now.”
Sure, Kate has met several of her brother-in-law’s other girlfriends, but certain media outlets have been searching for hints of an engagement for months now, and they’re taking whatever they can get.
According to OK! magazine, Harry and Meghan recently took a trip to Norway to see the Northern Lights, because Harry’s romantic date game is incredibly strong.
When they returned to the UK, Harry reportedly arranged a meeting Meghan and Kate, because his in-law game is pretty solid, too.
“Kate was really looking forward to meeting Meghan and she knew how important it was to Harry,” a source tells the tabloid.
“They are very close and he really values her opinion on girlfriends.”
If you were hoping Meghan and Kate hit it off and planned future princess parties, you’re in luck:
“It went really well and Meghan was very excited about meeting her,” says the insider.
While there’s been no official news of Harry and Meghan getting engaged, those who are inclined to see every single thing the couple does as a step closer to the altar are at it again:
“I can see them engaged by spring,” another source claims.
“I know that sounds a bit crazily soon, but he’s head over heels and they can’t bear to be apart.”
While it does seem a bit early to start making wedding plans, it does seem as though Harry and Meghan are speeding right past all the usual relationship milestones.
Harry met Meghan’s dad in Canada last month, and there have been rumors that he asked for permission to propose.
Obviously, Harry’s not the sort of potential son-in-law you say no to, but he’s an old school bloke, and he’s reportedly spent some one-on-one time with Meghan’s dad, hence the rumors that they talked marriage.
Meghan met Harry’s father, Prince Charles, just a few weeks after they started dating, which also resulted in talk of wedding bells.
At this point, about these could break up and date other people, and tabloids would claim that they’re engaging in individual marriage practice, as per royal custom.
Don’t get us wrong, Meghan and Harry probably will get engaged at some point in 2017.
But the press can go ahead and stop putting every freakin’ thing they do under a microscope.
We kid, of course, as that will never happen.

Kim Kardashian & Blac Chyna: Becoming Besties Again?!
Long before Blac Chyna got pregnant with Rob Kardashian’s baby, she was orbiting Planet Kardashian for a different reason.
Back when Kim was a B-lister at best and Blac was a relative nobody, the big-butted beauties were BFFs.
You may remember this famous butt selfie from a simpler time when Blac and Kim were just a pair of up-and-comers trying to get ultra-rich and famous without displaying any talent or doing any real work:
These days, Blac and Kim are far from besties.
In fact, if you watched last week’s episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, you know that Kim abruptly hung up when Rob unexpectedly put her on the phone with her former friend.
But whether they like it or not, Kim and Blac will soon by sisters-in-law.
Blac will soon be an aunt to Kim’s kids (and vice versa), and insiders say they’re doing their best to find some common ground before Chyna brings the newest Kardashian into the world.
“Blac Chyna and Kim are slowly rebuilding their friendship,” a source tells E! News. “They do hangout without Rob and talk about all different things.”
The source adds that pregnancy and motherhood are common topics of conversation.
One insider claims that the former friends have even spent some time picking out baby names.
Oh, how we would love to be a fly on the wall for that conversation.
Fortunately, various members of the Kard clan will reportedly be making cameos in Rob and Blac’s reality show, so we’ll get to enjoy some seriously awkward interactions in the very near future.

Kim Kardashian & Spencer Pratt: No Longer Besties!
It’s hard to imagine now, but there was a time when Kim Kardashian clung desperately to the bottom rung of D-list.
She’d pop up on the occasional gossip blog, but she was known as Paris Hilton’s friend with the giant butt, and that’s about it.
Obviously, the Kim Kardashian sex tape hit the web in 2007, and the rest is history, but for the first few years she was in the spotlight, Kim was forced to pal around with the worst kind of reality TV nobodies.
And when we say “the worst,” we mean the worst. We’re talking people life Spencer freakin’ Pratt:
Spencer shared the above tweet yesterday as a reminder of a time when he used to pal around with big-bootied hangers-on and NFL players. (Kim was dating Reggie Bush at the time.)
Frankly, we’re surprised to see that Spencer has a sense of humor about his eternally-plummeting popularity.
After all, this is the same guy who – presumably with a straight face – compared the cancelation of The Hills to 9/11.
We guess in that analogy, Kim is Condoleeza Rice, Heidi Montag is Dick Cheney, and the show’s declining ratings are a melting steel support beam. Or something.
It’s possible we’re giving way too much thought to the crap that comes out of Spencer Pratt’s mouth.

Amber Rose Now BESTIES With Kim Kardashian: We Text Each Other All the Time!
We never woulda thunk it.
A couple months ago if you told us Amber Rose and Kim Kardashian would totally end up as besties, we would’ve said, yeah, kind of like how that bear was totally buds with Leonardo DiCaprio in The Revenant.
But it’s coming straight from the bear’s mouth.
“People think Kim and I are arch enemies, and we’re really not,” the model said during an interview on Nightline.
“We literally text each other all the time. We’re very positive toward each other.”
Fans were shocked when Amber quickly rushed to Kim’s defense after Pink shaded the reality star following a nude selfie she posted earlier this week.
The blond model argued that the slut-shaming needed to stop, and pointed out the sexist double standard.
“If any sexy guy posted a nude picture with a little black strip over his private area, everybody would be like, ‘Damn, he’s hot, he’s sexy, look at that body,’” she said. “Oh, he’s a dad, too?”
Also a mother who is known for posting provocative photos, Amber has been the victim of slut-shaming herself and understands what Kim was going through.
Nevertheless, considering the history these two have, it’s an understatement to say they are the unlikeliest of friends.
Let’s give you a little background here.
Last year, Amber engaged in a very public Twitter feud with Kim’s sister Khloe Kardashian. The beef started when Amber criticized Kim and Khloe’s sister Kylie Jenner, who was 17, for dating 25-year-old rapper Tyga.
Additionally, Tyga just happened to be the ex-fiance and baby daddy of Amber’s BFF Blac Chyna.
BUT ALSO.
Before Kim married Kanye West, Amber had dated him for two years. Kanye once said publicly that Kim made him take “30 showers” after being with Amber, who was formerly a stripper.
Kanye then slut-shamed her again this year during a Twitter war with Wiz Khalifa, Amber’s baby daddy.
SO, you can see why we’d think there might be a little bit of a wedge between Kim and Amber.
But while Amber still openly admits she hates Kanye, it seems Amber and Kim have bonded over a common enemy: public scrutiny.

Kris Jenner and Katy Perry: Still Total Besties!
In case you forgot about the weird friendship between Kris Jenner and Katy Perry, allow Kris to remind you with her latest Instagram selfie:
Kris captioned the above pic, “It’s us again!!!! Love you @katyperry fun night #BFF’S #shinanigans,” thus proving to all the world that she’s besties with Katy Perry and does not know how to spell shenanigans.
Yes, Katy and Kris are klose, but they’re not one another’s only inter-generational gal pals.
You may remember that Kris and Jennifer Lawrence once climbed into bed together for one of the year’s most WTF?! selfies.
And who could forget about the fast friendship between Katy and Hillary Clinton?
But at the end of the day, it seems it’s all about Katy and Kris, and we think they’re a perfect pair.
After all, Katy is still locked in a bitter feud with Taylor Swift, and she needs all of the celeb support she can get.
Showing the world that Kris Jenner is on your side is like shaking hands with Don Vito Corleone.
It proves you’ve got an army of A-listers ready to get your back.
After securing a semi-apology from Kanye, Taylor is finally getting to be on good terms with the Kardashians. You think she wants to mess that up by continuing to take shots at Katy?
Perhaps (make that probably), we’re just reading too much into a selfie, but in Hollywood, you should always be looking for the angle.

Katy Perry and Hillary Clinton: Still Total Besties!
Sure, Taylor Swift’s squad is a force to be reckoned with, but rival Katy Perry has an ally so powerful she makes Karlie Kloss look like…well, like someone who really wouldn’t be that famous if she weren’t friends with Taylor Swift.
Yes, as you may have heard, Katy Perry and Hillary Clinton are pretty tight. In fact, they’re so close that Katy was on Hillary’s mind during yesterday’s Benghazi hearing:
The event that Clinton is referring to is an upcoming Iowa fundraiser that will basically double as Katy’s birthday party.
Perry turns 31 on Saturday, and instead of throwing a $ 4 million banger in Morocco like she did last year, Katy will be doing some slightly more chill (and much more politically-charged) celebrating at a Clinton campaign event.
“I went so cray last year, it’s time to tone it down and not make it so much about me,” Katy recently told The Hollywood Reporter.
She also tweeted about Clinton’s deft handling of yesterday’s often-tense Benghazi session.
“Glad the witch hunt is coming to an end and we can refocus on the future of [America] I admire your unbreakable strength @HillaryClinton #YouABoss”
It’s cute that Katy thinks political with hunts ever come to an end. She must’ve just started paying attention to the news.
Anyway, we think it’s safe Rep. Trey Gowdy won’t be invited to the concert. He’s been a total d-bag lately.

Demi Lovato & Selena Gomez Are Besties Again! This Silly Selfie Is Their First Photo Together Since 2014!
Finally!
We’ve been waiting and hoping for Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez to go back to their old BFF ways, and it looks like it’s finally happening!
On Thursday, the Cool For The Summer singer took to Instagram to snap this silly selfie with her long lost friend, marking the moment as the first time the two have been photographed together since early 2014!

Dannnnnng, that’s quite a while!
But when you think about it, these two have been on quite the relationship roller coaster in recent years! In January of 2014, the two grabbed dinner together in LA — which was pretty much the first time they had hung out since their massive falling out four years earlier.
Then, they seemed all buddy-buddy at the unite4:good gala the next month, where they were caught on camera smiling and sitting together.
And that was the last of their friendship on film until Thursday! Wow!
Things only seemed to take a turn for the worse after the gala. That July, DemDem unfollowed Selena on Twitter, later explaining to Andy Cohen that it was because sometimes people grow apart.
But now, it looks like their sisterhood could be on the mend. Last month, Demi began following the Good For You singer once again, who responded by wishing the pop princess a happy birthday!
And FINALLY we have photographic evidence that their feud is finished… at least for now! Demi captioned this new goofy shot:
“Look at how #coolforthesummer we are. Friends for years, #sameoldlove.”
Awwww! She’s so punny! LOL!
