Kim Kardashian: I Loved to Look at OJ Crime Scene Photos as a Kid!
Something strange is going on with the Kardashians.
Perhaps they’re taking a page from Kanye’s Big Book of Insanity, or maybe the sisters realized they need to be less boring if they’re to maintain the vise-grip on our national consciousness that they’ve enjoyed for the past decade.
Whatever the case, the Kards have been more dramatic, more eccentric … more weird in recent months than ever before.
It’s a trend fans began to notice when the sisters began to engage in increasingly vitriolic arguments on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
(The recent Kim vs. Kourtney feud is a memorable, hilarious example.)
Around this same time, Khloe became much more candid when discussing the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal.
Now, even Kim — long regarded as the most “basic” of the Kardashian sisters — is proudly letting her freak flag fly (and not in the way she did in her infamous Ray J tape).
Due to her involvement in securing presidential pardons for Alice Marie Jones and other non-violent inmates, Kim was invited to appear at the Variety/Rolling Stone’s Criminal Justice Reform Summit in Los Angeles.
And she made some surprising revelations during an onstage interview with CNN’s Van Jones.
Speaking about her father’s work as a lawyer, Kim opened up about the ways in which her family was affected by the OJ Simpson murder trial.
“When he was involved in cases like the OJ case, that one was … obviously that was his best friend and it was deeper,” Kim said.
“Nicole was my mom’s best friend. It was more than just a case he took on. But a lot of the meetings were held at our home and we would have Johnny Cochran, Shawn Holley, Bob Shapiro. All the attorneys would meet in our house,” the mother of three continued.
“And so they had all of the evidence books in the library of my dad’s house and so on the weekends when no one was around, I would go over these evidence books and go over crime scene photos and wild stuff.”
Yes, it seems that just like the rest of the country, young Kiki was fixated on that grisly scene in Brentwood.
Unlike the rest of us, however, the drama was playing out in her own home.
“My sister Kourtney would be, ‘What are you doing? Why do you care about this stuff? Leave it alone. You are not supposed to be going through it.’ I was just always so interested,” she added.
“I would just ask my dad questions. I was always really present.”
So next time you find yourself wondering how someone as milquetoast as Kim puts up with the roiling insanity of Kanye West, just remember that this is a woman who grew up pics of her mom’s best friend’s murder.

Pete Davidson Accused of Taunting Mac Miller With Intimate Photos of Ariana Grande
In the wake of news that Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson have broken up, fans are understandably consumed with curiosity.
What could have caused such a seemingly intense romance to flame out?
Sources close to the couple say the timing just wasn"t right, but it"s not hard to see why that explanation doesn"t sit well with the public.

Catelynn Baltierra Shares Extra Special Maternity Photos
Tyler and Catelynn Baltierra are expecting their third baby.
This would be a special occasion for any couple, but it"s an especially meaningful one for the Teen Mom stars because Catelynn suffered a miscarriage several months ago.
The trauma caused her to check into rehab in order to deal with mounting stres and anxiety – and it also put into question whether the couple could or would have any more chilren.
But… amazing surprise!
They announced Catelynn"s pregnancy two weeks and have been flying high ever since.

Amy Roloff Celebrates Anniversary with Chris Marek, Posts GORGEOUS Photos
Amy Roloff has officially won this week.
We’re just gonna go ahead and call it now.
That’s what happens when you get to celebrate both a birthday and an anniversary mere days apart, spending time wth those you love and counting your blessing at every turn.
Indeed, the Little People, Big World star turned 52 years old on September 17.
She marked the occasion by gathering with close friends and family members, as documented in THIS PHOTO GALLERY.
Fast forward mere days and Amy marked a different special occasion with someone who may someday be a family member;
Long-time boyfriend Chris Marek.
As you can see above and below, in some rather intimate and downright gorgeous pictures, the TLC matriarch and her man got together on Saturday to celebrate two years as a couple.

Marek is in the real estate business and, by all accounts, is a very nice guy who gets along very well with Amy’s children.
Sadly, however, for reasons that continue to defy our comprehension, so-called fans of Roloff don’t just give Marek a hard time…
… they say some really dumb and cruel things about the guy.
We’re not kidding around here.
We mean some REALLY dumb and mean things.
Thankfully, Amy keeps ignoring the haters and the trolls and just keep enjoying what she refers to as her “second act.
A much-deserved second act, we’d like to add.
Amy and Matt Roloff divorced back in early 2016.
They released an amicable statement at the time and have maintained a healthy relationship ever since.
Matt is seriously dating a woman named Caryn Chandler and both halves of this couple has moved on successfully, having established romances with their new significant others.

Chelsea Houska Shares New Maternity Photos, is the Actual Best
Pregnant Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska is marking the final days of her third pregnancy with some stunning new maternity photos.
We don’t throw the word “stunning” around lightly, but let’s be real: Chelsea’s latest maternity shots certainly earn that designation.
The Housk gave photo credit to Kate Jones and baby credit to husband Cole DeBoer on Instagram when sharing the above image.
You know, because she took the breathtaking photos of her, and he put the baby in there. Well done, both of you. Good work.
Naturally, because it’s Chelsea, the responses were much more positive than you’d normally see on the Internet these days.
Especially for a cast member of Teen Mom 2.
“I so wish I would have done a pretty maternity shoot when I was pregnant,” one woman wrote, in the ultimate compliment.
“I always [thought] that it was corny,” the Houska fan added, “but @ChelseaHouska has changed my mind. STUNNING.”
Chelsea is changing lives, people.
In all seriousness, Houska actually agreed, responding to that tweet by revealing that she had similar thoughts about this process.
She writes: “I’ve never done them either, definitely out of my comfort zone! But the photographer talked me into it and I’m SO glad I did!”
It’s hard to argue that the pride of South Dakota makes pregnancy look maternal and sexy, which is not the easiest thing to pull off.
Good lighting helps, but still.
It’s even harder to argue that Chelsea has defied the odds by settling in to a very happy, drama-free and quiet life these days.
With the exception of the dark cloud that is Adam Lind hanging over her as he always will to some degree, she’s on cloud nine.
As her dad, Randy, says, she flies so far under the radar that MTV forgets she exists. Maybe not quite, but you get his point.
For a show focused on drama – on and off the air – this is no easy feat, especially in today’s 24-hour news and social media enviroment.
We’ve now reached the point where producers are accused of enabling or encouraging feuds, as Chelsea and Kailyn Lowry alleged.
The fact that Chelsea and Cole continue to share their lives with TV viewers, yet maintain their boundaries and stability, is impressive.
We’d argue she’s the real MVP of the show.
Houska, of course, shares a daughter, Aubree, with Lind. She recently welcomed Aubree’s little brother, Watson Cole DeBoer.
With the arrival of her third baby next month, her precious family is ready to become even cuter, if that’s humanly possible.

Father Spots Creep Snapping Upskirt Photos, Tackles Him in Target
Not all heroes wear capes. But some heroes, it seems, shop at Target.
A surveillance video is making the rounds after it shows one seriously creepy dudes snapping upskirt photos of girls … and then paying the price.
It was a father, out shopping with his daughter, who noticed what the man was up to and took action. Take a look:
On Wednesday, August 1, 29-year-old Jorge A. Ibarra Jr. was arrested.
The arrest was over "suspicion of invasion of privacy," which seems like a major understatement after you watch this video and hear the story of what went down.
See, surveillance photos appear to have captured him snapping "upskirt" photos of girls, some of whom were minors, at a Target store in Cypress, California.
If you"re not familiar, "upskirts" are what they sound like — a man takes pictures up a skirt, hoping for a glimpse at a girl"s thighs and underwear and any potential glimpse of their butt or genitals that might come with it.
Upskirting is gross, it"s predatory, it"s a nightmarish invasion of privacy, and, in this case, it will get you tackled in a Target store.
Ismael Duarte is the hero of the hour.
He was shopping with his 15-year-old daughter on Tuesday, July 1 while Ibarra was allegedly on the prowl.
According to Duarte, he noticed that something was odd about Ibarra"s behavior.
It sounds like it didn"t take long before he realized that the man was (allegedly) snapping upskirt photos of unsuspecting women, including his own daughter and another girl.
Duarte leapt into action, chasing and tackling Ibarra, who fled the store.
"My daughter, and the girl that actually was getting their picture taken without her being known," Duarte says. "That’s what got me"
The surveillance video appears to show Duarte kicking the man"s phone away and then chasing the man, confronting him, and perhaps pushing him.
The man, later identified as Ibarra (who looks 46 and not 29; we don"t know what that"s about), flees from Target.
Duarte gave chase.
Though Ibarra did get away, Duarte was able to snap a photo of the man in his car.
Duarte provided his photo and a description of what happened to the police.
Though he wishes that he had somehow been able to do more, Duarte says that he did not appreciate Target"s security team"s inaction during the confrontation.
"All they did was stand behind," Duarte laments. "And that"s very disappointing."
Target released a statement, affirming that "the safety and security of our guests is very important to us and we have no tolerance for this behavior in our stores."
"Immediately upon learning of these recent incidents," Target continues. "Our teams called police to investigate and shared video footage with them."
Target concludes: "We will continue to help law enforcement in any ways that we can be of support to their investigation."
Ibarra was arrested and booked at Orange County jail on $ 25,000 bail.
It may be tempting for some individuals to dismiss upskirt photos as a hobby of perverts.
But there are victims — the women involved.
There are plenty of moral and legal rationales saying that a person has the right to record video of anything that they can see in a public place (though sharing that video is another matter), but upskirts are not part of public view.
That"s someone peeking inside someone else"s clothing. In this case, it sounds like at least one of the alleged victims was a minor.
Good for Duarte and the police for taking action.

Jessa Duggar Posts Photos of Kids, Gets Roasted For Bad Parenting
Another day, another Duggar parenting controversy.
This time, it’s Jessa’s turn once again, as the mother of two is being harshly criticized for some innocent photos that appeared on her Instagram page this week.
“I’ve never known another little boy who’s more in love with mowers, tractors and skid steers,” Jessa captioned this pic of her unfortunately-named 2-year-old, Spurgeon.
“It makes his day if he gets to sit in the seat and ‘drive’ it.”
Not surprisingly, dozens feigned concern so that they could tear Jessa apart for allowing her eldest to play on farm equipment.
Obviously, the machine isn’t turned on, and the boy was being supervised, but that’s the sort of Duggar criticism that doesn’t even surprise us anymore.
What does surprise us is the fact that fans took issue with this photo of baby Henry enjoying a snooze:
“When this kid is deep in with his chubsy toddler hands behind his head,” Jessa captioned the pic.
“It’s literally just about the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.”
Surely, Jessa can’t be criticized for a photo of a sleeping toddler, right?
Wrong!
Jessa got positively roasted for this pic, and shockingly, it wasn’t for her use of the word “chubsy.”
No, her followers had beef due to the fact that little Henry appears to be wearing a diaper.
When one follower remarked that the 1-year-old “should be out of diapers by now,” Jessa violated the Duggar rules by actually replying to an online critic.
Even more surprising is the fact that she was totally polite and good-natured in her response:
“My philosophy is that if they aren’t able to do the whole thing from pulling their pants down and getting themselves on the toilet, to pulling their pants back up, and washing their hands, then they aren’t ready,” Jessa replied.
“Otherwise it feels like it’s actually the parent who’s potty training and doing all the work. Lol!
“I’ve been around kids, and I’m aware of the signs of readiness. My two-year-old is getting close, but not quite there, so we’re not rushing it.”
Yes, Jessa says not only is Henry not potty-trained, his big brother isn’t either.
And she doesn’t care what you think about it!
And of course, legions of Jessa’s fans rushed in to help her slay the troll, even the original commenter probably got the point after the first few hundred clapbacks or so:
“My 3 1/2 yr old is just now starting. Each child is different,” wrote one fan.
“You are the mom and you will know when he’ready. Hope you and Ben are doing well. You have beautiful happy boys!”
Obviously, Jessa gets slammed pretty much every time she posts a pic of her kids, so she’s probably used to it by now, but seriously folks — it’s getting out of hand.
There are so many valid reasons to criticize the Duggars that we really shouldn’t get bogged down nit-picking their parenting choices.

Jinger Duggar Shares Maternity Photos With Fans: Yes, I"m Still Pregnant!
Earlier this week, fans were convinced that Jinger Duggar had secretly given birth thanks to a cryptic Instagram post shared by her husband, Jeremy Vuolo.
Jinger and Jeremy never confirmed the arrival with an announcement, and now we know there’s very good reason for that …
As evidenced by a new round of pics posted last night, Jinge is very much still pregnant.
The couple posted one artsy shot on their Instagram page with the rest available on their joint website.
“We’re so excited to have pictures back from our maternity photo shoot,” Jinger captioned the pic.
As many fans have pointed out, the fact that the photos were taken at the Walt Disney Concert Hall may be a sly way of confirming the rumor that Jinger and Jeremy are moving to Los Angeles.
Vuolo was recently accepted into a doctoral theology program in the city but has not yet revealed if he plans to enroll.
In a statement on the couple’s website, Jinger confirmed that she and Jeremy have spent some time in LA yet, but made no mention of their future plans:
“A couple of weeks ago, Jeremy and I traveled to Los Angeles for meetings at The Master’s Seminary,” Jinger wrote.
“While there we had the privilege of spending time with our dear friend Madisen Mahoney,” she added.
“Since I was in my 34th week of pregnancy and Madisen is a wonderfully skilled photographer, we thought it made sense to head to downtown LA and take a few pictures! Here are the results.”
In a way, relocating to the West Coast would be a dream come true for the mom-to-be, who has always open about her desire to live in a major city.
In her youth, Jinger often spoke of moving to New York City, much to her parents’ chagrin.
Jeremy proposed to Jinger in New York as a way of honoring her childhood ambitions.
So the question of where Jinger and Jeremy will raise their child remains a mystery.
But on other issues, Jinger has been an open book.
We know, for example, that she’s expecting a baby girl, and her due date is in early July:
“We are so happy to announce that we are having a BABY GIRL!” she wrote in a blog post in April.
“We could not be more excited and are eagerly anticipating meeting our little lady this Summer.
“We especially love thinking forward and realizing that she will have excellent role models in both of her grandmothers, who cannot wait to shower her with love.”
And of course, fans are almost as excited as the expectant mom and dad.
