Matt Roloff and Chris Marek: Totally Best Friends Now!

Matt Roloff and Chris Marek apparently have two things in common:

1. Both have seen Amy Roloff naked.

2. Both have broad feelings of respect for the other.

All fans of Little People, Big World were aware of point number-one, of course, as Matt was married to Amy for about 27 years and Marek has been dated her for just over two now.

But point number-two is new and interesting information.

For several months, there’s mostly just been assumed tension between Roloff and Marek, largely based on the simple fact that both have a romantic history with Amy.

Moreover, the pair are forced to see each other often because Amy and Matt still work together on their family farm and still live very close by to one another.

However, Marek just spoke to Radar Online and cleared up all chatter of any real issues between him and his girlfriend’s ex-husband, saying the following to this rival website:

“I think [Amy] is more accepting of us being friends. In fact Matt and I just shared the day yesterday on the farm. Everyone is fine and doing well.”

It wasn’t all that long ago that Amy made it clear how uncomfortable she was with Matt and Marek spending any real time together.

Marek admitted as much in a separate interview with Radar.

“To be honest, Amy was concerned in the beginning about how Matt and I might interact,” he said at the time, pretty much stating the obvious.

Again: Matt and Amy see each other very often.

They are both prominently involved in the lives of their four kids and two grandkids.

It makes perfect sense that Amy would be concerned about Marek interacted with Matt; the same way it would make sense for Matt to be concerned about the way Amy gets along with his serious girlfriend, Caryn Chandler.

She’s pictured here with the reality show star:

As we’ve written for a long time, though, Matt and Amy have handled their divorce and their ongoing friendship as well as could possibly be imagined.

Just over a month ago we stated that the former couple has clearly moved on and asked fans: Why are you still giving them a hard time?!?

Heck, if Marek and Matt can extend an olive branch between themselves, we’re pretty sure people who have never met either should be able to do the same.

The only issue we really care about is which couple will get engaged first:

Marek and Roloff or Roloff and Chandler?

“We are not talking about marriage yet, but everything is going well – very strong, all good,” Chris tells Radar.

He added back in March:

“I’m excited. We had a good year, we’ve done a lot of stuff and hopefully other people will enjoy the adventures we have. It’s been a good year.”

Okay, fine… so he’snow the best spoken person on the planet.

But he makes Amy happy and that’s all that matters to us!

Amy Roloff Celebrates Anniversary with Chris Marek, Posts GORGEOUS Photos

Amy Roloff has officially won this week.

We’re just gonna go ahead and call it now.

That’s what happens when you get to celebrate both a birthday and an anniversary mere days apart, spending time wth those you love and counting your blessing at every turn.

Indeed, the Little People, Big World star turned 52 years old on September 17.

She marked the occasion by gathering with close friends and family members, as documented in THIS PHOTO GALLERY.

Fast forward mere days and Amy marked a different special occasion with someone who may someday be a family member;

Long-time boyfriend Chris Marek.

As you can see above and below, in some rather intimate and downright gorgeous pictures, the TLC matriarch and her man got together on Saturday to celebrate two years as a couple.

Wrote Amy as a caption to these images:

Anniversary! What? Where did two years go?

It’s been a wonderful adventurous and full of lovely special moments of dating with this guy. So looking forward to the tomorrow’s and days ahead with him.

She concluded her heartfelt post with the hashtags:

#dating #anniversary #lotsoftime #lotsoflove #youandi #lifeisgood.

Marek is in the real estate business and, by all accounts, is a very nice guy who gets along very well with Amy’s children.

Sadly, however, for reasons that continue to defy our comprehension, so-called fans of Roloff don’t just give Marek a hard time…

… they say some really dumb and cruel things about the guy.

We’re not kidding around here.

We mean some REALLY dumb and mean things.

Thankfully, Amy keeps ignoring the haters and the trolls and just keep enjoying what she refers to as her “second act.

A much-deserved second act, we’d like to add.

Amy and Matt Roloff divorced back in early 2016.

They released an amicable statement at the time and have maintained a healthy relationship ever since.

Matt is seriously dating a woman named Caryn Chandler and both halves of this couple has moved on successfully, having established romances with their new significant others.

In this spirit, we’re just gonna go ahead and wish Amy and Chris all the best, while sending them our congratulations and posing one simple question to Marek:

When are you gonna put a ring on it, man?!?

Amy Roloff and Chris Marek Ignite Engagement Rumors with Ring Photo!

A couple of weeks ago, Amy Roloff took Chris Marek to visit her home state of Michigan. It was a major step in their relationship … and many saw it as a prelude to an engagement.

Well, Amy shared a new photo of her and Chris in a group picture.

And fans could not help zeroing in on the very conspicuous ring on her finger. Take a look!

Amy took to Instagram to share a group photo in which she and boyfriend Chris took center stage.

“Celebrating this awesome guy -Chris – birthday,” Amy wrote.

She added that she was celebrating “with Randy, Alicia, Art, and Lisa.”

“Friendship is one of the best gifts,” Amy added. “Happy Birthday Chris!”

Here is the pic:

We’ve included a closer look at her ring — both rings, actually — below.

Fans noticed right away, and could not resist commenting.

“Are you engaged?” Asked one fan. “I noticed the ring”

Another fan piped up: “I notice a ring on your finger!!!”

While one ring is on her right ring finger and the other is on her left pinky, clearly, fans have picked up on how close Amy and Chris have become.

Amy Roloff Rings Picture August 2018 Zoom

One fan was not going to let the others kid themselves, and wrote: “Wrong hand!”

There were also, of course, the usual comments.

Plenty of nice birthday messages for Chris. Plenty of pleasant compliments for Amy.

There were also the unfortunately standard accustaions that Chris is dating her for the wrong reasons.

Our absolute favorite comment was: “AMY HAPPINESS FOE U ALWAYS PL JUST GO FOR A FACIAL U WILL BE SO RELAXED AND WILL DO WONDERS FOR UR APPEARANCE JUST SAYING.”

Time after time, fans accuse Chris of dating Amy for the wrong reasons.

Some believe that it’s all part of a sinister plot to get his hands on her money and on her piece of Roloff Farms.

Others believe that he’s chasing fame, since she’s a reality star.

Despite these suspicions, Chris appears to be nothing but nice and loving.

In contrast, Amy’s ex Matt Roloff suggested that she’s kind of dumb. Notably, many of the viewers who are wary of Chris think that Amy should get back with Matt.

We would like to believe that the folks who can’t trust Chris are really just sentimental about Amy and Matt’s marriage.

Unfortunately, it seems more likely that some people are — perhaps even on a subconscious level — suspicious of any man of average height who is dating a little person.

While little people are sometimes pursued by “chasers” who fetishize them, Chris just seems to be a loving boyfriend who loves Amy enough to stay with her despite harassment from fans.

Even though it doesn’t look like either of Amy’s rings are an engagement ring, it’s great that they’re spending so much pleasant time together.

Perhaps these two will get engaged soon, but of course it’s very healthy for them to take their time. Especially considering how complicated Amy’s life can be at times.

We hope that Chris had a wonderful birthday!

Amy Roloff Takes Major Step in Romance with Chris Marek

If you close your eyes and listen closely, you can hear them.

The sound is not overpowering just yet. It remains somewhat faint.

But make no mistake: When it comes to Amy Roloff and her long-time boyfriend Chris Marek, they are very much there.

We write, of course, about wedding bells.

More specifically, about the sound of them ringing and how we’re more convinced than ever before that they will be doing precisely this for the Little People, Big World star some time in the near future.

This is not a new sentiment, really.

Roloff and Marek have been very serious for awhile now.

However, they took a rather major step over this past weekend when Amy took Chris to her native state of Michigan.

(As all fans of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette know well, such hometown visits often preclude a proposal.)

“So happy I got to show Chris my favorite place to go to in Michigan, besides my folks cabin,” wrote the TLC personality as a caption to the image above, adding:

“Had the best time and made such a memory together. We’ll be back! #puremichigan #homestate #amyrandchrism #amyssecondactcontinues.”

You’ll be back, huh?

Like… for a wedding?!?

After not featuring Chris in a few Instagram photos for a bit, Amy was forced to address break-up rumors recently.

In short, her response was simple: the couple is anything but broken up. They are very much together.

For whatever reason, however, many Little People, Big World fans refuse to accept this relationship for what it is.

They think Marek has sinister motives; that he’s only dating Amy for her fame and her fortune, even though:

  1. He has never given us any reason to think this.

  2. Let’s face it: she isn’t that rich or that famous.

But irrational social media users do not care.

They continue to warn Roloff about how Marek is a “wolf” and how his interest in her is all about “[money.]”

To wit:

marek slams

Amy and ex-husband Matt Roloff divorced well over two years ago, following about 27 years of marriage.

They still star on Little People, Big World together, however, and still run their family business together.

Matt is dating Caryn Chandler and may also soon get engaged and the tension between exes is obvious at times.

But they remain pretty darn amicable, all relationships and awkward situations considering.

“I never thought I’d be dating as a grandma,” Amy said during the most recent season of her TLC reality series, adding that while she’d love a “lifetime” relationship, she wasn’t looking to make things so permanent with Marek just yet.

She is in no rush to walk down the aisle again.

It’s certainly possible that day never comes.

That doesn’t mean Amy won’t stick it to Marek haters, though, when their clams come out and it doesn’t mean she won’t rule put the possibility of getting hitched again.

But why worry a lot about the future?

Why not just enjoy the present as much as one can?

And, for the record, Amy’s kids approve.

“Chris seems like a good guy,” son Zach said on a Little People, Big World episode this spring, adding:

“He seems pretty straight, level-headed, not fake. That’s why I like him, because he doesn’t try to be my best friend. He’s not overly aggressive. He’s cordial, and he’s just a normal dude.”

We concur.

Amy Roloff Breaks Silence on Chris Marek Breakup Rumors

A couple of weeks ago, Little People, Big World star Amy Roloff actually defended her ex-husband, Matt Roloff. Things between the two of them seemed better.

But ever since boyfriend Chris Marek was conspicuously absent from her Fourth of July photos, fans have worried that things between Amy and her love are worse.

Fortunately, Amy has found a gentle way to lay those rumors to rest.

“This guy!” Amy Roloff writes under this cozy photo of her with Chris, quashing breakup rumors without ever having to acknowledge them.

Amy’s post continues, as she gushes: “What a fun time at his family reunion picnic yesterday!”

Attending a family reunion with someone is usually a big deal — if you’re both adults, anyway. It’s like a magnified version of introducing someone to your parents.

“Yes they loved my Oregon Bounty,” Amy writes. “Marion Berry loaf and Hazelnut cookies and Lemon cookies from Amy Roloff’s Little Kitchen.”

If you don’t love Amy Roloff at her shameless product placement on social media, you don’t deserve her the rest of the time.

“Woohoo!” Amy says. “I was excited about that and being with him.”

“So excited for you,” one fan commented. “You found a very nice person. Your family is awesome.”

“So cute what a great couple!” another fan exclaimed. “You guys look great!”

Someone else decided to ask an impertinent question, writing: “Will you guys get married?”

Don’t be pushy, folks.

“Love the fact that ure much happier now. Best of luck. Been watching the series for years,” another fan commented.

Some fans also wrote to Amy that her description of the food that she brought to his reunion really sounded appetizing.

Amy has international fans, and some asked if her products were available in the UK or in Australia. We’re sure that she was heartened to see these messages.

Others offered some unsolicited advice on how Amy should get along with Matt and let go of her anger.

That’s all fine and well … if she asks for your opinion. If you’re not her friend or her therapist, what business do you have giving her life advice?

It seems that, no matter what Amy does, some commenters will never be satisfied.

Just because two people are dating doesn’t mean that they have to attend every single event together or be in every photo together.

For reference, see: what your parents told you when you wanted to bring a date on your family vacation in high school.

So Chirs didn’t have to appear in pics with Amy on Independence Day. That doesn’t mean that he doesn’t love Amy — or America.

If Amy had addressed the rumors, that would have seemed confrontational to fans — and might have seemed to lend legitimacy to them.

Instead, Amy just found a way to shut them down without addressing them.

And she included a little product integration in the process.

Fans are happy to see Amy with Chris for a lot of reasons — and some of them just didn’t like Matt. Or, at least, they didn’t like the way that he treated her.

We all recently saw Matt portray Amy as being dumb, so that kind of insulting behavior is fresh on the minds of fans.

Of course, there are also some trolls who like to give Amy a hard time about her relationshipw ith Chris.

They seem to be “convinced” that Chris is just using Amy for fame.

The reality is probably that these trolls are suspicious of a man who would date a little person because they are projecting their own bigotry onto him.

We’re glad to hear that Amy and Chris had a good time at the reunion.

Amy Roloff Gushes Over "Wonderful" Chris Marek, Sticks It to Haters

Note to all Chris Marek trolls:

Go ahead and slam the reality star all you want.

Call him insincere and homosexual and whatever else you’d like.

Just don’t think for one second that your misguided insults and labels are causing Amy Roloff to miss a single wink of sleep.

As we’ve documented several times over the past few months, many Little People, Big World fans out there appear to have a problem with Marek.

And we really have no idea why.

The real estate agent has been dating Roloff for over a year now and has shown no signs of being anything but loyal and good to her.

No, Marek is not using Roloff for her money, as some haters have insinuated, nor does he simply suck as a person, as others have basically come out and stated online.

Marek makes Amy happy. Full stop.

Thankfully, this is all Roloff is focused on these days, as she just shared an especially sweet photo of herself and her boyfriend (above) and wrote the following caption along with it:

This guy is wonderful!

Thanks for being awesome fans and your support and encouragement here on my FB and IG. Keep smiling – you may help someone else want to smile too!

#tlc #lpbw #amyssecondactcontinues #secondchance #lovesurprises #godisgoodallthetime #allaboutfamily #lovemykids #agoodguy #lotsoflove.

On this past episode of Little People, Big World, viewers had a chance to witness Marek truly caring for Amy.

Not only did he organize a surprise party for his lovely lady friend… he even conferred with her ex-husband, Matt Roloff, for advice on how to hide the cars of his guests in order to keep them inconspicuous.

“I don’t know him real well and it’s awkward – especially knowing Amy is a little dicey with him and I talking. But hey, he is reaching out to me, so we are going to run with it,” Matt said of Marek’s request.

But that’s sort of our whole point.

Marek knew it would be awkward, but he still talked with Matt because he wanted to make sure his party for Amy went as smoothly as possible.

He thought of her before all else.

“Chris is very respectful,” Matt later told the camera on this episode, adding:

“I think Chris is good for Amy. If Chris wasn’t in Amy’s life, Amy would be thrashing around and I’d be on that receiving end of that thrashing. I was for 30 years!

“He’s keeping her calm and relaxed, she’s not all angry.”

Yikes. Talk about a backhanded compliment, huh?

Or not even a compliment. Matt basically just insulted the mother of his four kids, while at least praising Marek a little bit we guess.

What’s crazy, however, is that fans are STILL giving Marek a hard time.

The guy goes out of his way to create a special occasion for his girlfriend and some viewers still drag him on Twitter.

“Why does Chris look so uncomfortable with Amy?” asked one viewer this week out of nowhere, while another added:

“I cannot watch Amy and Chris! Something just isn’t right about that guy or their relationship. Amy is definitely into him more than he is into her.”

SIGH. Will these types of comments ever end?

Whatever, though, we suppose.

If Amy isn’t going to let these trolls bother her, then we won’t them bother us, either.

We’ll just continue to send the reality star our best wishes and to wonder when Marek will propose.

We want to see these two walk down the aisle! Wouldn’t that be terrific?!?

Amy Roloff Fans: Chris Marek Doesn"t Love You! He"s Gay!

On this week’s new episode of Little People, Big World, Amy Roloff and her boyfriend, Chris Marek, got into a bit of a disagreement on camera.

They made up, and Amy spoke about how their open and honest success was the reason for their relationship’s success.

Some very vocal and negative fans are urging Amy to dump him, accusing him of being greedy, fame-hungry, … and secretly gay.

While there absolutely were plenty of positive messages showered upon Amy on social media after the recent episode, a number of very vocal trolls have taken to her Facebook comments.

And, as always, there is no love lost between them and Chris Marek.

“Yeah red flag with this guy, yeah so left you Amy got up walked out of the restaurant on your motorcycle road trip to talk to HIS friends, so why not tell you and take you with him.”

He apologized for wandering off. Yeah, it was weird, but it’s weird any time that a couple has a disagreement. That’s life.

“What were they talking about that didn’t include you, YOU’RE RUDE Chris your a fake and the reason everyone has bad feelings about you.”

The person continues to direct their comments towards Chris … under a post by Amy.

“That was disrespectful to Amy on any level, she deserves better than to be treated like that. maybe this is why your have never been married!!”

Ugh.

Another commenter left a message that starts as condescendingly as possible.

“Amy dear, you should of gave Chris the silent treatment for awhile for what he did!”

The silent treatment might be one of the most toxic things that could manifest in a relationship. Amy and Chris talk about the importance of communication.

“That was ignorant and very ‘RUDE’ of him. Was it that important he had to up and not tell you where he was going and to leave you alone.”

Then this person shares her theory.

“Nope, I am trying to figure this guy out but I believe your farm looks too good for him!!1 Please be careful!!!”

In other words, this commenter believes that Chris Marek is after Amy’s money.

For the record, he makes his own money … but there’s no use telling some of these people that.

Another made what may be the most outlandish claim about Chris yet.

“Will start watching show again when Amy realizes that Chris just in it for the money!”

Again, there is no evidence of this.

“Always knew he wasn’t what everyone thought he was… no straight guy hangs around gay bars ..”

That is categorically false. Plenty of straight men who aren’t wildly insecure about their sexualities go to gay bars to hang out with friends.

“Now just walking off leaving Amy without saying anything… no commitment in Chris not when it comes to women…”

Oh boy.

That same person’s comment continues:

“And that one expression half way a smile something behind those eyes like he is just acting like he is a good guy.. something shady about this character!!”

She says that she won’t be watching until the show focuses once again upon the younger Roloffs.

“Anyway when it’s about the kids and grandbabies and the farm I’ll start watching again!”

Someone else chimed in, writing:

“I wondered if anyone else thought of Chris of being gay! He was hiding something to be gone that long from Amy!”

It’s still a ridiculous claim, given that the two of them are constantly all over each other.

“Can’t wait for Amy to wake up with this dude!!!”

Then came even more comments, this time by people who don’t have so much in the specific accusation department as they do just … general “bad vibes.”

“I think he is with her just because of her fame on t.v.”

Plenty of people date famous people, but very few get this kind of vitriol.

“There is something about him. I would not trust. Sorry.”

Wow, we guess she’ll break things off right away,t hen.

“I hope I am wrong, but I think he’s in it just for his 15 minutes of fame.”

He’s been dating her for a lot longer than that.

“Something about him,I can’t put my finger on it!”

Then don’t date him.

“I am trying to like him….. I still have a bad feeling .. hope I am wrong.”

Try harder.

Another critical comment takes more or less the opposite approach of claiming that Chris Marek is gay.

“Have watched the show from the beginning, but about to quit watching, getting tired of everything about Amy and Chris.”

A lot of Little People, Big World fans love their romance. It’s heartening to see people find love after divorce.

“They look like 2 teenagers always kissing, acting like idiots.”

Yeah, what kind of dumb idiot kisses the person they love.

“If they truly love each other fine, but lets get back to the way it used to be, at Least Matt and his girl act like adults when they are together.”

You heard it in these comments, folks. Chris is apparently a fame-hungry, money-seeking gay man who can’t keep his hands off of Amy.

Can the haters give it a rest?

Chris Marek Settles the Matt Roloff Feud Question Once and for All

Is there or isn’t there… a feud?

Do they or do they not… get along?

Will they or will they not come to blows… over Amy Roloff?

Chris Marek has finally spoken out and provided an answer to these questions, which continue to circulate all around the Internet.

Despite there not being any outward bad blood between Marek and his girlfriend’s ex-husband, Matt Roloff, fans of Little People, Big World continue to pit this pair against each other.

Earlier this week, for instance, Amy Roloff shared a photo of her and Marek, who have been a romantic item for about a year now.

It was simple. It was sweet. It should have been harmless.

But it led followers to somehow attack Matt, claiming he never showered Amy with the sort of affection Chris shows her on a regular basis.

In other words: social media users want there to be a rivalry between Marek and Matt Roloff.

But does one actually exist?

“To be honest, Amy was concerned in the beginning about how Matt and I might interact,” Marek admitted in a recent interview with Radar Online.

However, he continued…

She has “no concerns about that now. Everything is good. Matt and I get along just fine.”

Oh, well… okay then.

That’s far less dramatic and interesting from the perspective of a celebrity gossip website.

But it’s definitely a positive thing for the Roloffs as a whole.

Marek and Amy started dating about nine months after she finalized her divorce from Matt.

The Little People, Big World stars announced to the world in June of 2015 that they were splitting up after 27 years and four kids together.

“We are proud of what we have accomplished together including raising four wonderful children who have grown to become remarkable adults and building our strong and ongoing successful businesses,” they said, adding:

“Our kids and our ever growing family, and the love and support we have for them, will be our priority.

“We will continue to work together side by side in the daily responsibilities for our many current ventures.

“We would like to thank our family, friends and all our fans for their continued support and understanding during this difficult time.”

And this is exactly what has happened.

Amy and Matt remain integral parts of each other’s lives and spend plenty of time together with their kids and grandkids, as you can see in this photo from January:

There are no hard feelings here, as much as a certain segment of the population may want there to be.

Matt is actually dating Caryn Chandler, the former manager of the family farm who was once sort of close to Amy.

Has this created a bit of tension between all parties? Probably.

But have they done an excellent job hiding it and is none of this really our business and we should therefore just butt out and get excited instead for the return of Little People, Big World on April 3?

Yes.

Chris Marek Actually Speaks Out: Is He Engaged to Amy Roloff?!?

Chris Marek is tired of listening.

He’s tired of reading all those insults hurled his way via social media, as Little People, Big Word fans across the Internet accuse him of being a gold digger who is no good for Amy Roloff.

He wants to finally set the record straight.

For the first time that we can remember, Marek has actually sat down for an interview, talking in depth about his relationship with Roloff.

The pair have been together for nearly a year now and show no signs of slowing down.

Marek is a successful real estate agent who seems completely smitten and who has been accepted by all members of this close-knit family.

So, why do so many people out there hate Marek so much?

Why are there so many comments on Amy’s Instagram page that urge her to dump his sorry, no-good rear end?

Marek has no idea.

But he can at least address one rumor that continue to make its way around the Web:

Is he engaged to Roloff? Are they planned a wedding?

“No, we aren’t engaged,” Marek tells Radar Online in this exclusive Q&A, adding:

“Everything is good. Everything is strong, but not at this time.”

It does sound like something Marek has considered or would consider, however, and he even may have hinted to Radar just when the major question may be popped.

“Nothing major is happening now,” he insists, prior to dropping what some could consider a significant tease:

”But we have a cruise coming up next month – that’s the biggest thing happening in the near future that we are excited about.”

Could this big thing include a big diamond as a gift to his long-time girlfriend?!?

We can only speculate at this time.

Amy, of course, split from husband Matt Roloff back in May of 2016.

The reality stars released an amicable joint statement back then and haven’t said a single negative word about each other in the media since.

Matt has moved on himself to a woman named Caryn Chandler, yet some folks out there continue to either hope for a reconciliation or to push Amy to at least find someone other than Chris.

As we said previously, we really can’t figure out why.

Marek seems really nice!

As you can see via photos such as the one above, Chris often hangs out with Amy and her kids, which is a huge reason why we’re happy to accept him in her life.

If her children don’t have any objections, how can we?!?

The only question remaining is the one Marek answers above: Are they engaged? Okay, no.

But will they soon be engaged? It sounds possible, doesn’t it?

You can expect The Hollywood Gossip to be leading the cheering section when this blessed event does, at last, take place.

We just want Amy Roloff to be happy.
