Chris Brown -- A Little Hair, A Little Urine Could Spell Trouble in Custody Fight

Z STAFF

EXCLUSIVE

0911_chris_brown_NIA-GUZMANChris Brown won a big victory in custody court Friday, but it could get derailed because of an on-the-spot drug test.

TMZ broke the story, Chris got temporary joint custody of Royalty, where he and baby mama Nia Guzman rotate every 4 days.

Sources close to Nia tell TMZ, something else happened in court. Her lawyer asked the judge to force Chris to submit hair and urine samples for drug tests, and the judge ordered Chris to ante up on the spot.

The judge didn’t say what he would do if the tests came back positive for drugs … it would obviously depend in part what type of drugs, if any, were present in his system.

Our Nia sources also say Chris’ custody win had strings attached … his mom must be present when he has physical custody of his 1-year-old.

We’re told in 12 days Chris and Nia must go into mediation to hopefully agree on a long-term custody and support agreement. If they can’t, the 4-day rotation will continue and a full-blown trial will be scheduled.

Ice Cube Photog -- "Raiders" Tees Are Straight Outta Line

Z STAFF

EXCLUSIVE

0911_ice_cube_pictureIce Cube and Forever 21 are not only a totally unexpected pairing, it’s an illegal one — according to the guy who says the retail giant ripped off his pic of the rapper to make a buck.

The t-shirts in question show Cube’s snarling face slapped on a mocked up Oakland Raiders logo. Perfect for that 20-something chick who’s just dying to rep old school rap and the silver and black … right?

Patrick Hoelck says not so fast. He’s the photographer who took the famous pic of Ice Cube used on the t-shirt, and he says Forever 21, and another merch company called Control … never got his permission.

In the lawsuit he just filed … Hoelck says he sent both companies letters back in June demanding they yank the shirts. They didn’t, so now he wants a jury to shut ’em down, and award him their profits.

Side note: Copyrights aside, the shirt seems kinda stupid to us, since Cube’s sporting a Washington Nationals hat in the photo. Hardly screams Raider Nation.

Air Jordan Shoes ... Thief Uses Phony Money and Brutality in Theft

Z STAFF

EXCLUSIVE

0911_offer_up_compositeMichael Jordan‘s good name has been dragged into a criminal investigation after a guy allegedly used fake money to score a pair of his famous Air Jordan shoes, and the seller got beat up during the deal.

The Jordans were being shopped on OfferUp.com for $ 385. The seller met up with a guy named Leon at a Burger King in L.A.. Leon handed the seller a stack of bills and walked away with the kicks.

Almost instantly the seller realized he’d been had … the money was obviously counterfeit. The seller booked it to Leon’s car, ran to the car and tried grabbing the shoes out of the passenger window, but the passenger had other ideas and punched him multiple times in the face.

Leon got away, but maybe not for long. Cops got a search warrant last month to check Leon’s OfferUp account info.

So far, Leon’s still on the loose.
