Keeping Up Sneak Peek: Wait, Scott is in Rehab!?

Scott Disick enters rehab on this Sunday"s episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians … to the surprise of his famous family members.

You don"t have to watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online to know that Kourtney Kardashian"s ex has battled drugs and alcohol.

Now we"re getting a closer look at what went on behind the scenes, as Kim Kardashian tells Khloe Kardashian about it in the clip below.

"Have you heard that Scott has gone to rehab?" Kim asks a shocked Khloe. "He came here, I just like had no idea he was here."

"And he was like, "Hey I came by to see your mom.""

Kim tells Khloe that they talked for "30 minutes" and Scott was "normal" and "eight days sober" to "get it together this time" for his kids.

"I hope he stays and actually like does the treatment," Khloe says, admitting that she was "just hearing he was on the streets partying."

"Kourt knows right?" Khloe asks Kim, who admits she hasn"t spoken to their older sister about it, but offers some insight into her mindset:

"I haven"t… she hasn"t said anything to me. I mean I think she"s like been really distant from him and just like wants to keep her distance."

"Yeah she"s over it," Khloe agrees.

Clearly, both parties are hoping for the best, but Lord Knows if he"ll actually conquer his demons and turned things around this time.

Kanye West Changes Album Title: What"s It Called Now?

Kanye West has made two important changes to his upcoming album.

First, it now has a new title.

Previously titled “So Help Me God” and then re-christened as “Swish,” the album will now be named “Waves.”

That’s the first change.

Now here is the second change: the album will totally and completely change your life.

Having previously Tweeted that this will be “the best album of all time,” Kanye took to Twitter again on Tuesday and wrote the following:

“This is not album of the year. This is album of the life.”

We’re not entirely sure what that means. But it sounds dramatic!

In making the name change announcement, the father of Saint and North shared a photo online of the same piece of paper (which included a bright red “Kylie Was Here” scrawl) from when he confirmed his track list on Sunday.

This time, however, the document had undergone a few changes of its own, with nots on it from fans and collaborators, most notably wife Kim Kardashian.

As you can see above, Kardashian wrote “Kim Never Left” in response to Kylie Jenner’s previous note.

West then concluded a busy night of Tweeting by posting the following picture of a seemingly tired Kardashian and including as a caption along with it:

“#wifey #season3.”

Khloe Kardashian Throws Shade at Rob Kardashian, Blac Chyna

As you’ve probably heard by now, Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian are hooking up. 

The same day the news broke, Khloe Kardashian slammed Rob Don Corleone-style on Twitter, accusing her younger brother of going against the family. Today, she made the point again, whilst wearing a Compton hat for added gangsterism:

Khloe posted that pic to Instagram early this morning with a caption reading “Never go against THE family.”

Note the emphasis on “THE.” Apparently the Kardashians are Ohio State now.

Anyway, it seems the Kard clan had gathered at the studio to assist Kanye with his forthcoming album, because there’s no way their input will turn one of hip hop’s most respected artists into a walking punchline.

It seems they took some time off from torpedoing Yeezy’s career to pose for the most badass pic ever taken by a bunch of women who sent back their avocado toast three times this morning. It’s hard to find good help, ya know?

We mock the Kardashians not because it’s fun and easy (though it’s certainly both those things), but to make a point.

The whole family is pissed about Rob hooking up with Blac, when not a day goes by that one of them doesn’t do something equally ridiculous.

Take Khloe’s hat, for example.

We know she thinks she earned a ton of street cred from having sex with The Game, but we’re pretty sure you’re not allowed to rep a neighborhood when if you were dropped off there by yourself, you’d be weeping in a parking lot like Alicia Silverstone in Clueless within minutes.

Just sayin’, ladies – you’re all ridiculous, so maybe lay off Rob a little.

Kourtney Kardashian & Justin Bieber: Back ON??

The rumors of Kourtney Kardashian hooking up with Justin Bieber seemed to fade as quickly as they surfaced.

As we know, the media were hot on this story after Kourt was caught leaving the “Sorry” singer’s hotel room last December.

But the chatter died down after neither celeb spoke on the topic (much) and Justin started posting pics of himself snogging Hailey Baldwin.

However, a source now tells HollywoodLife that there indeed may be a little spark between the two.

“They haven’t been hooking up, but they have been speaking and texting,” claims the source. 

“They get each other and they have a similar sense of humor, which is what really brought them together in the first place.”

GET each other? Well, that sounds like it could be more than just bumping uglies. Sex is sex but connecting on a mental level is, dare I say it, kinda spesh.

On Monday, during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the host probed the mom of three about her relationship with the Biebs.

“We’re friends,” she said with a coy smile. Even Ellen saw something in her eye and asked why she was “smiling like that.”

Earlier in January, Mr. Bieber kinda hinted on The Bert Show that the two did, in fact, hook up.

“I’m being used, man, what can I say?” he said when asked about their involvement.

However, Justin says he’s not looking for anything serious, according to HollywoodLife.

“He feels that now is no time to be tied down to one woman,” a source told the site. “It would be selfish of him because he knows he doesn’t have the proper amount of time to nurture a healthy relationship, so he is just having fun.”

Sounds kinda perfect, because Kourtney also says she’s not looking for a relationship and just wants to “do her” after ending things with her baby daddy Scott Disick.

“I just got out of a 9-year relationship. I think the last thing I need is someone else in my life,” she said during a December episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Unless maybe that someone is just a fling in the form of a hot 21-year-old with a killer face and body plus a decidedly impressive package?
