LeAnn Rimes Plots Career Comeback, Shares Sad Selfie From Her A-List Days

These days, LeAnn Rimes is best known as the failed reality star who stole Brandi Glanville’s husband.

There was a time, however, when LeAnn was one of the biggest names in country music.

In fact, when she was just 14, LeAnn had a massive hit with her cover of Bill Mack’s 1958 single “Blue.”

It looked like the beginning of a legendary career.

Instead, it was the beginning of … a semi-decent Instagram following? A lifetime of going all Single White Female on your husband’s ex? Copping a “Kardashian attitude” with the few people still willing to pay to see you perform?

We’re not really sure how you would describe whatever the hell it is LeAnn does now, but we know she wants us to focus on her music … and her career comeback. (Ed. note: LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!)

Last week marked the 20th anniversary of LeAnn’s version of “Blue” and she marked the occasion in a couple of sad ways on social media.

First, she posted this photo:

“Today is the first day of my next 20 years! I am declaring now that this next 20 will be even better than the first. I feel it, I believe it. I am so beyond grateful for music and for having the ability and opportunities to to still create it 20 years later.

Yeah, we’re sure EPIC things lie ahead. Sorry, did that sound sarcastic?

As though that wasn’t pitiable enough LeAnn posted this photo of herself with Britney Spears back when they both had bright futures ahead of them:

Yes, it’s safe to say these two careers went in different directions.

These days Britney has a lucrative Vegas residency, and LeAnn can’t keep a reality show on VH1.

Oh, well. Here’s to the next 20 years, right? Um…right, guys?!

Kylie Jenner: SO INTO PartyNextDoor, Doesn"t Care About Tyga!

After Kylie Jenner broke up with Tyga, fans were like, yessss, this kid can finally be a KID!

But before even reaching the bottom of the Ben & Jerry’s carton, Kylie picked up right where she left off with another obscure rapper called PartyNextDoor.

While OK! magazine earlier today claimed that Kylie and Tyga got back together, a slightly more reputable tabloid is telling a different story.

Although some fans thought PartyNextDoor was just a rebound for Kylie, sources tell Us Weekly that it’s the real deal.

“They’re talking and texting nonstop,” an insider tells the magazine.

“He’s as into her as she’s into him.”

The pair first met at a Memorial Day bash held by Drake, who is apparently responsible for all of this.

“They were introduced by Drake,” the source adds.

“And they were all over each other at his party, even though Kylie initially thought that this would be a rebound.”

Kylie has talked to her sisters about her new boo, but has yet to speak publicly about the dalliance.

She has, however, allowed herself to be seen on PartyNextDoor’s Snapchat, including a video in which she complains that he was trying to “hide” her.

While the rumor mill has been rife with chatter about Tyga threatening to sell his sex tapes with Kylie, another source claims the exes are still friendly.

“They still text and share a group of friends,” says the source. “But there’s not a relationship-y vibe between them anymore.”

“She doesn’t care about Tyga like she used to,” the insider added. “As far as Kylie is concerned, Tyga can go do this thing.”

Muhammad Ali Laid to Rest: See the Funeral Photos

Muhammad Ali has been laid to rest in Louisville.

Days after the beloved ex-boxer died at the age of 74, thousands of fans and many celebrities gathered in Ali"s home town to say goodbye.

Here"s a rundown of notable names, events and photos from the sad proceedings:

1. A Famous Pallbearer

Will Smith and former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson were among the pallbearers who loaded Ali’s casket into a hearse and took part in a 17-car processional that took the legendary boxer on a final journey around his hometown.

2. A Huge Gathering

All across the route, mourners chanted, “Ali! Ali!” and helicopters buzzed overhead. An endless array of fans stood on the streets, many of them carrying signs and posters.

3. Signs of the Times

Ali was buried at Cave Hill cemetery. Many people laid flower petals on the ground there, as the processional’s 19-mile route stopped at landmarks in the three-time heavyweight boxing champion’s life.

4. Those in Attendance Included:

Billy Crystal, Bill Clinton, Bryant Gumbel, Lennox Lewis and many other big names. President Obama sent along a message, but was in attendance at his daughter’s high school graduation.

5. A Community in Mourning

The service took place at the KFC Center in Louisville and was open to the public; it was also live streamed and a private viewing will be held for family members.

6. A Message from His Daughter

“I personally have been sad for a long time,” Laila Ali said on Today this week. “My father has been struggling with Parkinson’s disease for many years and it wasn’t easy to watch him suffer, so knowing that he’s not suffering anymore is what gives me comfort.”
